We used Premiere as our wedding transportation for our guests. They were flexible and accommodating as our plans changed leading up to the date. The busses were on time and our guests really appreciated how nice they were.

I called to get some quotes on transportation for my wedding and Anisia was beyond helpful. She walked me through the process and shared with me the different options for vehicles that best suit our wedding party. Anisia was professional and well-informed. Needless to say, it was obvious that we chose Premier Transportation to get us to our destination.

Everything was great until I was overcharged inaccurately for the time I had the limo for by an extra hour and a half. Whoever is in charge of billing is not professional and never returned call due to being in a "meeting" aka avoiding the matter. The limo itself was great and everyone else was great but at the
end of the day I honestly feel scammed by this company.

They have the best drivers! Susan is AMAZING! She deserves a big raise! She was so sweet to my boyfriend and I! She was caring, funny, and just the best person anyone could ask for traveling with premier. She’s a very people person. She has such a kind heart and was so accommodating to us. Whoever the boss is, please give Susan the recognition she deserves! Everyone is amazing at the company! The best drivers you possibly ask for especially Susan. Thanks for being so kind to us Susan.

If you are looking for special event transportation coverage, I would recommend Premiere Transportation! We used Premiere for our wedding and the driver Robert was amazing! He got our guests to the venue on time and really helped us as we had other transportation issues and made multiple trips to ensure all of our other guests got to the wedding and then to their final destinations at the end of the night. Up to the wedding day, the Premiere team was easy to communicate with and really set us at ease. Can only speak highly of Premiere Transportation and if we need transportation in the future would definitely use them again!

This company has an excellent track record for transporting their customers wherever they need to go, always professional and friendly. However, for the employees that work there, it's not a nice environment, unprofessional attitudes and very low pay for their car washers, who work harder than anyone else there, except for Mr. Brown (one of the bosses), who treats his employees well, as well as the women the run the office, who are always helpful and professional.

Premiere Transportation provided two 40-person buses for our wedding, ensuring that our guests were comfortably and safely transported from downtown Albany to Averill Park. The buses arrived on time, allowing us to stick to our schedule and ensure that our guests arrived at the venue promptly.

Working closely with Premiere Transportation, we were able to tailor a schedule that perfectly suited our needs. They were responsive and accommodating, taking the time to understand our requirements and ensure a smooth transportation flow. Their flexibility and willingness to work with us to create a personalized transportation plan added an extra level of convenience and peace of mind.

The coaches provided by Premiere Transportation were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our guests had a pleasant experience riding in them, enjoying a smooth and enjoyable journey to our wedding venue. Our drivers were were courteous, friendly, and ensured the safety of our guests throughout the entire journey. We absolutely recommend Premiere.

Booked a shuttle to and from JFK. Could not have had a better experience. The executive van was clean and comfortable. On time, drivers very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely use again.

The hotel and venue's wedding coordinators recommended Premiere Transportation for our son's wedding. After a long conversation, Verna and members of the office staff wrote a precise, detailed transportation plan to meet our wedding schedule. We used an SUV Limo for the groomsmen and bridal party and two coach buses for the 75 guests. There were many trips made back and forth picking up different groups. At the after party, one coach became a shuttle driving guests from the bar to the hotel. Every driver was on time, accommodating, pleasant, and friendly. They helped carry items into the vehicles and ensured we were accommodated in every way. Special kudos to the office staff, Verna, and the three kind drivers who drove us on August 19,2022 from noon until 2am. Every guest arrived safely to the wedding, after party, and hotel. Safety is Premiere to us and this Transportation company.

The drivers demand tips from passengers. This is unconscionable. If the passenger doesn't speak clear English the drivers demand huge tips. On sept 2nd on a ride from JFK to Albany the driver demanded a $50 tip from my wife! The ride was $65 ($80 with tolls & taxes)

5 people in small car from Albany, ny to jfk it’s my first time and last time. It’s much better to rent a car.

This is the totally unsafe ride on a pick up from JFK to Albany on 8-27. The vehicle had 5 people. The driver said four, BUT did not include himself as a person in the car. This vehicle was way too small for those inside, especially the 3 of us in the back. We were 3 normal sized adults. I sat in the middle, and could not buckle the seat belt because there just wasn’t room, and pretty much rode side saddle all the way. I sat on the buckle holder the entire ride.
The amount of luggage was way too much for this vehicle, as well. IF we had been in an accident all would have flung forward.
This vehicle is meant to hold four adults only! The one good was that the driver was a kind soul who is doing way more driving than should safely be done.
Also, our trip down on the 11th was in a rickety van with little rear wheel suspension. The luggage in the back was not restrained in any way and rolled all over the back, and if there hadn’t been a log jam in the middle, would have been up and down the center aisle. That driver was NOT friendly and drove like a madman.
A VERY UNSAFE situation both times. Stay away!

Terrible experience. Instead of driving down to JFK in a comfortable van, we’re squashed like sardines into a 5 passenger SUV. Smallest passenger grabbed the front seat so we have a 6 foot male sitting in the middle of the backseat. Also, no seat belts to be found which is ILLEGAL.
The only saving grace is driver seems nice. Other than that, find another way to go to JFK.

Very good Albany to JFK shuttle service! The shuttle was clean and comfortable. The driver was nice and very professional.

Driver for them was on 88 going 75 to 85 mph with a bus load of people.then we call and complain and management calls us back and lies to us about the speed he was going. I've been a bus driver for 15yrs and this company lies and backs there drivers for speeding and doing wrong.

I booked Premier Transportation shuttle service for the first time from Albany to JFK and loved this experience.
The shuttle arrived on time at Albany airport at 9: 30 am. It was spacious enough to carry my 2 check in bags together with 4 other passengers luggage. Driver Dean was very helpful with our bags and also informed us about the time we reach JFK and a 15 mins midway stop. Also, it was so kind of him to point out the NY city line view when we were crossing the bridge:). He dropped me right at my flight’s terminal. Overall a nice experience and will book again! Thanks!

Premiere Transportation transported 60 guests from Hudson to Hillsdale for my wedding. They did an excellent job all around. They were easy to communicate with before and during the booking process. They were on time to pick up and drop off guests, and they got everyone home safely at the end of the night. Highly recommend using them for group transportation!

Weddings and Parties BEWARE! Recently rode in a premiere party bus driven by the driver "Mae" and it was an absolute terrible experience. The driver drove very erratically and reckless. Multiple people in our party experienced motion sickens and it ruined our entire day. Multiple calls were made during the duration of trip to Premiere to address the problem but no remedy or adjustment was made by the driver. We will be avoiding this company going forward are very disappointed by our experience. NOT RECOMMENDED

We utilized one of the shuttles for a wedding this weekend and our experience was perfect! Our driver Rick was amazing and was on time for each part of the day where he was needed.

We used this service for our daughters wedding in June. This company has beautiful vehicles and the driver was very professional, going out of her way to accommodate the wedding party that was staying at the Schoharie Motel.even taking them to Stewart's in Schoharie at the last minute for milk shakes! I would recommend this service to anyone that wants a clean, reliable, professional and safe service. We were very happy with the both the vehicles quality and the drivers ability.

Although the most expensive professional chauffeur group they have the most reliable vehicles and take their jobs very seriously

First heard of Premiere Transportation when the limo company I had originally booked stood me up. A travel agent buddy referred this company to me and ever since I have looked no further. Their customer service experience is like no other and more often go the extra mile to meet your needs. Drivers are extremely reliable, punctual and professional. Not only that but their vehicles are immaculate. Premiere has a fleet of limousines, busses, coaches, SUVs, sedans and hearses making them better prepared for any occasion. Came as no surprise upon discovering they also provide transportation for Albany Empire, their local arena football team. Without a doubt, they are the best at what they do.

We used Premiere shuttle service between Albany and Newark on July 21st and were very disappointed. The Premiere vehicle broke down at Newark airport and Premiere had to arrange for a local alternative for the 7 passengers on our shuttle. By 7pm we had our alternative van. We headed north but after 20 minutes we turned around and headed back to Newark airport, to get the original driver. Realizing what was going on I called Premiere to complain and ask that the driver rent a car and come back on his own, but I was told that was not possible. It was almost 8pm before we left Newark airport once again. Premiere should have had a van in good condition to pick up 7 customers at Newark. Shame on Premiere for that. The local alternative van should have been a good recovery, but turning back around to Newark and adding another hour to the trip was very aggravating!

I’ve taken Premiere Transportation multiple times and have always had a great experience. However this most recent trip (today, June 24th) I was told our last pickup would be someone who’s flight arrives at 6: 40. Which was then delayed to 7pm. It clearly states on the website that your flight has to arrive by 5pm to use the shuttle service. This was frustrating as I chose my flight based on the 5pm cut off. I understand if someone’s flight is delayed as that can’t be helped, but if the scheduled arrival time at booking is after the specified time of 5pm on the website, it should not be booked. It made for an even longer travel day and I’m wondering if I might be better off choosing another mode of transportation in the future.

Aside from that the driver was very nice, and I know he had no control over the booking. He made the long day a little more pleasant.

My daughter traveled back from Senegal to JFK and Premier was supposed to pick her up and bring her back to Albany. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed and arrived later than their 5: 00 cutoff. I called Premier throughout the day to tell them of all the delays, but they just told me to wait and see if the plane would arrive on time. I called them when it was clear that the flight would be too late at which point they told me they could credit my account, but not give me a refund (be warned that they require a 48 hour notification if you want to see your money again). They also had NO suggestions for how my daughter could even get home. We canceled our other plans and drove to NYC to pick her up.
I realize that the airport won't allow them to pick up later than 5: 00, but they couldn't do ANYTHING to help her out? They also can't possibly give me a refund? I'm never going to use this credit so basically I paid someone just to end up going to the airport myself.

Premiere transportation is great! They provide outstanding service from the booking process to a clean on time vehicle!

The camp I worked for this past summer hired this company for two major trips, paid thousands of dollars for their services, yet on the second trip one of the drivers was nasty, acting dangerous, and refused to make a stop for supper when asked to repeatedly, even though the contract stated explicitly that camp has the right to request more stops and pay extra. He was not even close to legal max hours as he claimed. In addition, he refused to stop for bathroom when kids were desperate. We, the camp staff spent the whole last part of the trip trying to defend the kids and make sure they enjoyed, however it was impossible; the major trip of the summer was ruined for everyone. After all that, the company wouldn't even admit to the full extent of their wrongdoing and gave camp a real measly reimbursement for what they should have been given. They were nasty, and impossible to deal with. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone, even if the prices look good, it's just not worth it!
