This is our gym and we love it! It's the gym to go to on Monroe NY! The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

The cleaning ladies are amazing and keep the gym clean. Stair machines have been broken for nearly a year, with only one working. Went to this gym for years because it was the closest to my work. Visited the Golds in Newburgh once and immediately canceled my membership here and am now adding 20 minutes of travel to my day just to go to a gym that has working equipment.
