Very clean, cool staff. The members stay focused on their own respective workouts. I go to unwind and to just have my own personal time and stay active. I like that no one bothers me. I would definitely recommend this Planet Fitness.

Worker is disrespectful, talked down to me when I wanted to use the black card spa. He didn’t believe that I had a Black Card due to either my age or race. The Worker was black as well? 1 Star, need more friendly and respectful workers

PF is clean. The staff are very respectful and cool. I wish the gym was open 24hrs on weekdays. I would go more often. Otherwise, Keep up the good work. Big up this location for having disinfectants to clean the machines. I like that.

This gym is great! I love it because it’s very clean and not very busy in the morning.i’ll take off one star because there’s no paper towels in the girls’ bathroom.i don’t like using the hand driers

The gym is very spacious and has a wide variety of exercise machines.
The employees are kind in helping, when needed.

Better than Broadway in Manhattan so far. Just feels way cleaner. Definitely depends on the time of day but this gym is not busy at all between 2-4am!

Yesterday two young, athletic males said I was "jacked. " When I shared my age, 62, they were shocked. Another asked if we could switch bodies. Thank you Planet Fitness. Couldn't have done it without you.

Hands down. (1) more heavy duty machines that targets single extremities work out. (2) BIG PLUS - A mini lounge area, where u can eat a meal or just chill with TV. (3) Way more machines in addition to the 30 min cycle cardio area. (4) More tanning booth, three levels of workout area. (5) THE LOCKERS ARE WAAY WAY MORE SPACIOUS - SUPERIOR QUALITY. CONS: THE COOLERS, though need upgrade. The water pressure is non-existent. This is not my home gym, but I go here waaay more often by using the 4 train two stops away.so that tells you a lot.

This location was very clean and the locking room was too. I like that all the machines were working. The gym wasn’t crowded. The weight area was crowded with men hogging it like they own the area. The staff was pretty friendly. I’ll definitely come back

The gym is almost always out of hand soap in the bathroom, toilet paper and hand sanitizer. The trainer is they all the time but gym class get canceled a lot and they don’t give you a courtesy call or a heads up to say that the class is canceled and you have to sign up 2 hours before the class starts else you can’t be in the class.

Don't get me wrong, I like the gym. It's clean, the bathrooms are clean and the employees are pleasant. I use the gym all the time, But I find signs all over the gym that say JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE! We should be praising people who are trying to lose weight at the gym not laugh and point at them! We should understand that there are gender non-specific people that use the gym. They shouldn't be laughed at and pointed at when using a politically correct bathroom! (Because there are no gender neutral bathrooms at this gym). I have witness the cruelty in this gym almost every time I go. Something needs to be done about this issue. People are there to get healthy and allowing this unhealthy issue to continue is wrong. You would think that now a days people would be compassionate and empathetic, but that's not the case. Generally the judgement is coming from the younger members. (under 21) other then this issue the gym is pretty nice. Lots of machines to use, clean environment, hard to get on the free weights as a lot of men like to hang out on that section, but over all this is a nice gym.

Most of the time I come to this gym on morning time and I get nothing but great atmosphere never had an issue but after 5pm is totally different.
Ppl on front desk is super slow and acting like they dont want to be there.

The stairmasters are out of service most of the time and the TVs on them (4) never work. There are several treadmills out of service always and the majority do not have TV service. The gym in general is not as clean as I would expect at times. During the summer it is filled with young teenagers, that are allowed to workout for free, they take up most of the machinces which leaves the paying members waiting around for a machine to free up, absolutely ridiculous!

This is a really nice gym but I found that people get up without cleaning the equipment off. I was going to use a machine but it had sweat all on it. It was disgusting. It's not the staff fault it's the adults that workout. Come on people clean up after yourself

It was a well maintained gym. The only issue I had with was not only with that branch, it was with all branches of PF. I understand they allowed teens to use the gym for free in summer time which is a very thoughtful step. The downside is that they run around like they're still in their high schools which affects the safety of everyone including them.
My suggestion would be to limit their hours there to off peak hours, to give them the benefits of using the gym and decrease the burden on the other members.
