Had to stop going for a bit due to personal reasons, they had no problem charging me the whole time. I finally am able to go again, my locker is empty. The counter guy told me I'm essentially out $150 of gym/shower stuff. How did they know which locker was mine? Are there cameras in the locker room? Do the employees spy on you? Terrible gym avoid at all costs

For it being the only PF in the area it's not too busy around 3pm. Only wish they had more diverse equipment like other gyms but can't complain when the membership is $10/month with extra services included. It's great for what it is.

I love the whole PF experience. The only thing I wish was different would be that their locations were larger. I have a black card and have been to a few and they are always packed. It's very difficult to get to use the free weights.

I came to get my picture taken this past Friday 20,2023 before I went to work, my 1st time there and the make feel like they know me forever thank you for a worming welcome I'll recommend this Patchogue location to anyone looking for a clean and professional atmosphere

Called to ask about membership. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and friendly. I will be joining soon as I need a place to train out of my house. Looking forward to going there.

Staff is friendly. Very clean. All equipment is good shape. There are so many water bottles but no where to recycle them. Also the dumbbells' go up to 75 however experienced lifters would like a little heavier options. Same for the barbells you take of the rack. A little heavier options would be nice.

Excellent new location of planet fitness, brand new facilities with lots of variety for whatever your fitness needs may be.

The men's Bathroom is always dirty and locks are left on lockers permanently. Check out locker# 19

Great location. I usually go early but it's never over crowded. Staff are always friendly.

Can’t wait for the Medford PF to reopen. Very crowded…. Men’s bathroom has one working stall. The other stall has a sign stating that they are working on the problem. That sign has been up for months… bathroom cannot accommodate the crowded conditions… especially on weekends.

This location is very nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It is very clean and well taken care of. Everything is brand new which is also a nice perk.

The new massage chairs are THE BEST.
Hydro comes flat and recline chair.
Very therapeutic

I did my research checking out other gyms and Planet Fitness is the winner. It offers you the most for your money. Keep up the good work.

Had a great time at the Patchogue location. Very clean and very friendly staff. Members were also very good at cleaning machines after use. Highly recommed

Staff is always, helpful, courteous and professional, gym is always clean and plenty machines to choose from. I always enjoy my workout and would definitely recommend family and friends.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The gym itself is super clean! The LongIsland Railroad could take lessons.

Clean! Clean! Clean! New machines, great set up. Samantha is a pleasure with her great attitude, work out tips, and her work ethic! She makes me want to come every day! Not to mention her own success story being a tremendous inspiration for working out! I have never been happier at a gym!

Super courteous staff; friendly and welcoming. They are always working or cleaning. This staff is the polar opposite of the staff at the Medford site. I used to exercise at the Medford site and found them rude and not at all engaged. It was normal to find the staff in Medford on their cell phones. Seldom did they even look at you. They NEVER greet you or acknowledge you. The management is just as rude. I am truly happy that a site was opened in Patchogue, the staff is phenomenal.

Love this gym! It’s clean, well taken care of, multiple team members are always present and equipment is functioning, not falling apart and well placed. Love the functional training room and love that there are three cable machines with various set ups. So if someone wants to do a cable fly, it doesn’t slow down your workout. This gym is so worth the extra drive rather than going to Bayshore and I make time to get there because it’s so inviting, friendly and nice. Worth the $10 or $25 a month

Staff is very friendly and informative, and do not pressure you at all. I have the black card and enjoy the extra perks and freedom to us any location. This location is especially clean and tends to have more room during peak times.

Everyone very attentive and friendly it’s nice to get a good morning and a smile when you walk in…
