Only one complaint. Don't expect to take a hot or warm shower. Water is cool at best. Complained at front desk but weeks later still no change.

Been trying to cancel my membership for months and have gotten nowhere. Everytime I cal and ask to speak to a manager nobody provides one and just tells me I have to come in to cancel. I have moved and that isn't a possibility. So now I have to go through my bank and create a dispute and have the charges blocked. All for a subscription I used once

Super clean gym and no broken equipment. Staff is all around that place wiping and checking cleaning stations. My only question is…where are the ceiling fans? At least over the treadmills and ellipticals!

Girl at the front desk is helpful and the place is always clean the locker room and bathroom are also clean and they definitely take care of the place I will continue to be a member

Very clean, nice people great price point. I like working out here. It's also conviently located for me.

Not good customer service- would not even agree to change a channel for one TV (out of 20) to a sport channel showing the world cup, apparently its against the rules. So much watch cnn or fox news for 45 minutes while working out.

A place that claims "24 hours" is mostly not. No judgment zone but it's so obvious how much that still happens. Also a bit hypocritical calling out people that drink water from jugs. Not crowded in evening and always clean. Staff could be more friendly.

I start my day off here during the week every day. Great facility. Always clean. Staff is great!

When you finish with your set, do not sit on the machine for 5 to 7 minutes and play with your phone, get up so others can continue with their workouts

I love this gym! Love the price and the benefits included with it like hydro massage and tanning. The only reason I did not give this location a full 5 stars is because of one reason. My important day to get to the gym every week is Saturday’s due to the fact that I work 2 jobs during the week. Not only that but I like to spend a few hours here on Saturdays and am mostly there until closing time. Now according to this location, they are open until 7pm on Saturdays.but the staff that is there every Saturday night start shutting tvs off and starts starts shutting off lights around 6: 30pm in an attempt to basically rush people out of the gym before 7. One night I went up and told a staff member “I thought you were open until 7pm on Saturday’s? ” and the answer she gave me was “we are but us staff are made to clock out exactly at 7pm and no later so we gotta get customers out preferably by 6: 45”. I was shocked. I’m sorry but if this gym is really open until 7pm, and you have members using the cardio machines or weights, and you shut off the tvs and lights at 6: 30 in attempt to rush people out I mean how is that cool? It isn’t. If the owner of this location sees this review can you please shed some light on this situation for me? Other than this issue I have no complaints, but if you guys are open till 7 I’d like to have until 7 to get my workout in with the tvs and lights on.

I travel for work, so I've been to many planet fitness in the rochester area. This is by far the cleanest, most well maintained gym by far. The staff is nice and I saw them cleaning the entire time.

I live in Boston and visit family here frequently and I wish my club back home was as nice as this.

Great no pressure place to exercise! It has all the basics for a good workout. Many machines and free weights. Never a wait!

Love the cleanliness of this gym. Awesome operating hours on weekdays just wished Friday was open overnight as well andSaturday would close at 9 pm, good prices for membership too.

Very clean! What I enjoy about PF is the layout gives you the flexibility to do non equipment workouts as well

This is by far the cleanest and best kept gym I have gone to. From the locker room to the equipment everything is neat and clean. People seem to respect each other and the equipment and wipe machines both before and after they use them. The staff is so courteous and helpful in every aspect from the greeting as you enter to the friendly have a nice day as you leave. They are knowledgeable and there to answer any of your questions. My only complaint is I wish some of the equipment was more updated. Seems to work ok but needs to be updated as some of it has quite a few miles on it. I would recommend this gym to anyone that wants both a good workout as well as a clean, friendly atmosphere

I got banned from a location due to mask ruling. That same day the mask mandates were lifted via the governor. Just annoying

Got COVID a few weeks ago, lungs still aren't back to normal, and still have symptoms.
Tried calling to cancel membership so I wasn't paying for nothing.

SPOKE to the manager on duty at the location, who told me to send an email stating it was cancelled, and since I was a Black card member, there would be no fees, they just needed an email.

Sent email saying I have COVID and don't know when I can come back and would like to cancel.

Was told "Sorry, you have to pay $58 to cancel. You made a 12 month commitment starting in January. We are going to keep charging your card until you pay. ". WHAT? I was told explicitly that being a Black Card member meant I wasn't bound to a commitment and could cancel, by the employees AT THE LOCATION.

So, instead of letting me cancel ONE MONTH EARLY before the 12 month commitment is hit, you prefer to just tell me your going to keep charging me until I pay?

This is absolutely disgusting and unethical behavior, especially towards someone that can't even work right now to pay this ridiculous fee.

Charges 50 cents for disposable eyewear. Employees are rude. I will go to Penfield from now on.

Love this place! People are friendly and know how to help. It's also very clean and decent prices.

Went to the Planet Fitness in Webster. Nice gym, but very small. Possibly due in part to some construction going on, but they were lacking free barbells, so bench, squats, and deadlifts are all reliant on their 3 smith machines, which are almost always guaranteed to be occupied. Would like to have seen some sort of open area to preform freely.

Very clean gym and always machines are open. Only issues I have are:

When doing a complete circuit with the machines people do not pay regard to those and cut in front of you to do one machine making you have to wait to use it. In other gyms there is signage showing that if you are going to just use one machine the person doing the circuit has first preference.

Also as a customer I look at all Planet Fitness as one company, whether they are owned or franchised by individuals, as a Black Card member I should be able to just come in scan my card and not have to sign in an additional paper log to come and workout. Systems should show all of that.

Love the Webster location. They're staff is friendly, everything is very clean and they have everything you need before, during and after a great workout.

Shuts down at 7 pm on Saturday and Sunday, totally inconvenient. This was understandable during the pandemic but not as of May 2021 when almost the entire city is vaccinated and most of the businesses have resumed normal operational hours. I enrolled with PF only because of the flexible and long hours that they offer.

I went to try to use this facity. It's apparently owned by a different owner so I'm not allowed to use it even though I have a premium black card membership that I can use at all other facilities. It's a disappointment to have a huge corporation have these corporate rules and regulations that don't allow a paying member to use this facility. I'm certainly glad there are better gyms such as LA fitness and push fitness which I use regularly on a daily basis. I am.glad to use those gym memberships without any restrictions. I believe that planet fitness corporation and owner will lose a lot of business due to poor corporate rules and regulations that don't allow paying members to use this particular facility. I guess i will have to not recommend this particular gym or corporation to anyone I know. It would be my recommendation to support la fitness and push fitness due to much better rules and regulations that don't stop paying members from getting all the proper member benefits. I also want to say if looking for a 24 hour facility I recommend push fitness very highly.

Every one was extremely friendly and very helpful. As a first time experience I enjoyed the wide range of equipment. All pieces have a picture to help you know what to do.

They have friendly staff which are willing to go out of their way to help you in any way. They are definitely very clean when cleaning their machines and making sure it is safe for those in the gym.

Out of the 3 clubs of planet fitness I’ve been a member of, Victor club, gates club & now Webster club. The Webster club OUTSHINES them all! Extremely clean & friendly staff and maintained without fault! Every time I go, I’m amazed at how CLEAN the club is! As well as maintained & smoothly operating equipment! Thank for making my gym experience excellent!

Very clean, good atmosphere. Decent selection of weight equipment. Large variety of cardio equipment. Friendly staff and members.

Such a friendly and welcoming environment, even in the middle of a pandemic lol staff is very helpful and they keep the place clean. As a overweight woman, I don't feel weirded out coming to here, been here for a week and I actually look forward to coming back. I just hope that they bring the free trainers back because I haven't exercised since high school gym class of 2009 and I need the help lol but its understandable of course. Still worth coming and exercise!

I love the Webster location. The staff are friendly, machines aren't ever broken down.
Nate the Manager is a great guy on top of every thing. I have to give props to one particular staff member, Odin, not only is he very friendly and great to talk to. He comes in early and cleans the bathrooms, vacuums the floor and mops. Today 1/17/21 i knew Odin wasn't here, floors are dirty, bathrooms arent clean, paper towel dispensers and spray bottles are near empty. Nate give Odin a nice raise hes the best!
Also! Rich and Connnor new employees, they also are out on the floor cleaning, friendly guys as well.
Aren't the closing staff supposed to do cleaning and filling?

Love it especially the one in Webster always motivated. Would love to find a work out partner haven't yet. Give it a 5.
