Whoever was working the desk at 7am was just rude I understood the fact that nobody is there but cutting a customer off mid sentence is unacceptable, also what is the point of saying you open at 7: 30 just to have no workers there until 2 hrs later? I took my business else where because the employees not being there was turn off 1 but then you’re rude and rushing conversation? No thanks have a great day

There’s a new worker in the front, he helped me figure out what was going on with my car and got things fixed within the hour and the prices wasn’t crazy either. He’s definitely turning the shop around I will definitely be going back

I used Groupon and was able to get my car in and out. The mechanic was nice and they were efficient.

They do cheating They put the ad on group on and denying to accept group on cleints and coupons i had purchased the coupon from groupon for oil change and visited there 2 times in last three weeks but they are not accepting the deal which i purchased in groupon, pathetic service they are not ready to talk also whenever i go there they just asking me if u have groupon i said yes then the guy says we dont accept that dont come here,
Last time also they did not accept and i paid full amount for the oil change the guy told me come next time we will do it but now u have to pay so i trust him and paid that time and went there again but they doing the same and denying for the group on.
This is cheating i had already paid for the oil change they have to do it or else do not put your ad on any coupon aps just to cheat people.

Got there at 755am for an inspection & was out at 815am. Service was quick& efficient. Staff was pleasant. This is my 2nd inspection there. I'll always take my business here. Thanks guys!

As usual this place is great for a quick quality service with a great price to follow. Highly recommended.

It may not look fancy but lines are usually short if you go early and work is done fast. When all the other places have a long wait, they can usually take you.

One of the best there is, they are professional and they offer such good prices

Pitstop has became my mechanic family, when I go I am always treated with luv & care. They super convenient/local. I appreciate them b/c as a customer I car is definitely in great hands.

Needed state inspection. Everything went smoothly. It was early in the day so was out in about 30 to 45 minutes.

BEWARE. Brought my 2018 Audi for an oil change because I was in a rush. Been there before so thought they were capable. I was WRONG! They drained my transmission fluid instead of engine oil, then proceeded to add oil on top of the old oil overfilling my engine with oil! AND Started the car with too much oil and NO TRANSMISSION FLUID! SMOME WAS EVERYWHERE! I WAS THERE FOR 4 HOURS while they tried to fix it! Then tried to charge me for the godamn oil change!

This place was horrible there lucky i gave them 2 stars and I will never go to there again the mechanics are not knowledgeable one seemed to ignore me cause i was aking questions about my own car, and I felt that because I was a female.smh

Go here for oil change and inspections they always treat me right. They make suggestions but aren't overly pushy.

Went there to get an inpection. Man behind the counter was cool and easy. Took my keys, moved the car into the shop. Few minutes later I was out of there.

I wish I can give no stars it's sad because these dudes are very knowledgeable about cars but they choose to rip people off. I advise not to give them your bissness they well take you for a ride. My engine light was on and i they told me i needed a crank sensor and for the part and labor was $500. I had feeling i was being robbed but did it anyway then i did the research i was mad at myself for letting them rob me. The part only cost $70 and only takes 1/2 hr to install. A job that's supposed to cost $170 & you charge me $500 FOH. If you still choose to go to these crooks go on Amazon get you a diagnostic machine for $50 it will tell you exactly what's wrong then order your on parts then just pay for the labor. If not they will clip you like the did me SMFH.

Always a quick and easy process. Everyone is so great. I don't trust anyone else with my vehicle. Still feel the same after 10+ years and 3 different cars.

Very unprofessional. Monday morning. Guy started screaming at me that I have to have an appt when I pulled up to the shop. After calming him down he told me I need new tires and he could do it after 10am. I bought new front tires and brought it back. 11.30 my car finally gets on only to be told my cars tie rod is seized and will cost $90 to fix. I asked the gentleman if I can get it fixed for cheaper and bring the car back he said yes come back Wednesday. Wednesday I call to make sure and I’m told by the guy that they don’t make appts and they have a big job that they’re working on and “that’s how it goes” very egoistic very shady and unprofessional. Don’t waste your money here there are many professionals around the area

Our service guy Kitch is excellent and very quick. He is personable and very capable. I would definitely go back again for an oil change.

Very nice staff, I have been here several times and I haven't had an issue with them yet. I have gone for an inspection, oil changes and my recent visit was for an alignment. My alignment is still a little off but they are having me come back so they can check it and hopefully correct the issue. I recommend you cant go wrong.

Great service this morning 12/31/20. I was met by the tall AA man, took the car, within 15 mins he completed the job. 5 xxxxx

Went there for a oil change and they didn't change my oil filter. I came back the next day and they changed the filter, but did not appoligse or top off my oil, which was 1/3 qt low after the filter change.

Love this place. Everyone is friendly and professional. Very satisfied with their work. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this place for your auto needs

This place is horrible! Stay away.
Got a Groupon for a wheel aligment. Made an appointment and once i drove for 40 min they calceled it (were too busy)!
Refunded Groupon
2 weeks later i changed a rack and needed aligment so i tryed again. This time i called 2 times 8 am and 915 am and both times was told by Mike to come at 10 am.
Came at 945 and was told by an owner that i wasnt listening! And i should get out nothing availible till Wednesday! After driving unstable car in a rain from Flushing! I had to drive back and did it localy!
I am talking to Groupon and will make them drop this guy and will call Better Business Bouro to get this people out of business. Look at rest of reviews here and stay away!

I will never go to the Pitstop again! Fitch (manager) failed my inspection because I refused to buy 300 dollars tires that I did not need. They just lost a customer and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

They advertised in Groupon app about oil change, wheel alignment and inspection. It’s seems to be cheaper so I purchased all three of them. I made an appointment when I went there they gave me hard time that they don’t have time to perform any service so I beg for them I came from ten miles away and you guys even don’t have courtesy or respect. Finally they performed the oil change and told me to come back another day. I made three appointments when I went there they refused to perform the service and told me that they are busy and no one was on their work shop. I only saw the customer lady was fighting with them over the bill and service. I guess these people are dishonest and unprofessional especially the manager.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Your in and Out (depending on what your having done) Prices very reasonable! All the staff are extremely friendly and on point! It's nice to know that if you have a problem with your car.whatever it may be.it will be taken care of if you bring it to them! Great Job Guys.very happy and a Forever customer!

Charges a hefty price without getting the issues fixed. Should’ve read the reviews before coming here. Not the only one speaking how they upcharge their customers. Not the right way to do business especially during this pandemic. Honesty goes a long way.keep that in mind.

I have been a customer of pitstop since ‘91. Great service friendly staff and always professional. You even get free coffee and donuts.

Ovet charged and the mechanics do a sloppy job i had to return several time before the fix it right.

This is the worst mechanic establishment I have ever been to. I had an alignment done 2 months ago, but my vehicle starting pulling to one side. I decided to take it in so they could check it. Alignment comes with 6 month warranty, at least so I was told. They took my car for 15 minutes and it was placed on the lift and returned to me. I was then told I had a to pay a bill of $79 plus tax. I asked for an before and after print out of the alignment and I was told the machine wasn’t working to print it. Then owner got very defen and nasty, because I asked what they did and why I have to pay again. He even said he would keep my vehicle if I didn’t pay the bill and charge me storage fees. He was verbally abusive and so rude. I would never recommend anyone to this establishment.

Very friendly staff, and the lady in the front desk was amazing, smiling all the time and very helpful, I want there with my 3 years old daughter, she got her a special sticker with her name on it, my daughter loves it.
The car service was perfect I did a wheel alignment, oil change and state inspection, the price is unbeatable and the quality of the service is wonderful.

Trendy cafe atmosphere for a auto repair shop where you can sit and wait for your repair they fhave coffee or water choice you can be served quickly you can watch your auto repair threw a assembly line like service line has a Easy Flow and no clutter as to allow customelrs to enter and exit with their auto in an orderlyfashion.

Got an oil change and Inspection. They also checked my fluids. Found out that I needed a transmission change (found another retailer at a cheaper price).
