LESS THAN ZERO STARS. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY GAS AT PILOT. I stopped to buy some gas. I elected to pay at the pump, for my convenience. WRONG. I was denied at the pump, so I ran it again. They put 2 $151 holds on my debit card. That has been a week ago. I called them, they said holds would come when transaction was complete. There was no transaction.

The parking lot is very tight. A lot of truckers have issues parking at night as it’s dark and people can’t see when they’re parking. I think this pilot needs a renovation to its parking lot. It needs to be bigger and wider for more trucks.there is potential because behind the fuel area on the right there’s like a huge forests space.
