Lots of parking spots no doubt but I got some spaghetti meat balls which got a weird smell kind of undercooked as well. I m sick now I had to stop.

Big and a lot of parking but overpriced iron skillet and rude lazy employees at the store.

I bought one can of freon for my air conditioner for 106.00 dollars. I went across the street to the Love's to park for the night. I checked their price for the exact same can was 54 bucks. How can Petro get away with that. Unreal. Truck drivers keep your eyes open on the prices at Petro

Outrageous customer service. Dirty facilities. Astronomical prices. Only half of diesel pumps are in working order the rest are most of the time are out of service.

One of the best Petro truck stops. It's very big inside they even have a Barber Shop. We had a nice breakfast at Iron Skillet. Great customer service and very welcomed placed.

This was the most expensive restaurant I’ve ever been in except for high end resorts. It’s definitely not worth the money. I certainly would not recommend it nor will I ever return.

Basically has no food unless you want chips or iron skillet.

My shower was really nice.

Would like to give 5 stars. Except for the fact that there is no ventilation. After showering, mirror walls are covered in condensation. Clothes are also damp. It's like being in a sauna. On the positive side, they are very roomy showers. That is always a plus.

This experience was horrible. I'm still hungry after spending $20 on a dinner. And to top it off I had no water pressure in the shower and the room was maybe 50°. Very disappointed in what T/A- Petro is doing to the drivers.

I find it unbelievable that they had no soft drinks available other than for the truckers! Sunday Sept. 11 @ around 11: 30 am. Had to buy an bottle of from adjacent gift store. Really? !

When you replace or check hub cap, hub oil leaks try to put it back again because I get late for my appointment to find Delar fix your problem
I spent almost $500 bucks to do my PM and you didn’t show me when you secured the oil pan. And you give attitude to the customers.

Even though the decor is a little outdated, I can see that the employees do their best to keep the place clean. When I was pumping Diesel in the semi truck fuel island, there were two employees cleaning the pump station and the DEF station for at least 20 minutes before moving on to the next pump station. The bathroom was also outdated but very clean.

Put 62 gallons and they didn't want to give me a shower because i didn't have my Petro card with me. SHAME ON YOU PETRO! YOU SHOULD teach your employes how to treat truckers because you make money only with our help. SHAME. You lost a client

Worst place. Workers act as they own this gas station! Parked at gas station at 2: 30am my co-driver went in for face wash I cleaned window and bought some stuff from inside pulled my truck forward and started waiting for my driver (there was no trucks in any fuel lanes) old guy (worker) came to me asking to leave as I didn’t fueled here and used there washer fluid to clean my windshield. Like seriously? I pump gas every day from petro/ TA. Really disappointed! They need to be trained!

Don't bother coming here for truck service unless you have a day to spend. They used to be good, but now they can't keep anybody employed.

One of my favs, a real trucker stop, any facility with a fitness room is a 5 star in my perspective, Thank you.

Please stop booking service if you can not do service. Only one mechanic. When I show up 14: 30 afternoon, they can not do service. When I show up 0700 am, come back for next day. I do not know why mechanic is available for very narrow window of hours, and they charge hourly labor fees for truck drivers 11hr wage.
And quality of service is less than most developing country's mechanic one.

When you go to Germany or Japan, mechanic are trained from experienced trainer by form of appareticeship. It is very intense sometimes by form of kicking and punching your face sometimes. But they learn professionalism.

When you replace hub cap, hub oil leaks next day. When you ask for brake adjustment, brake shoe catches fire next day.

I thought America is the last hope. But, I believe America is destroying civilization actually.

Haven't been here but for parking in a while. Kasey at the fuel island was helpful, professional & personable.

Iron Skillet was open & I was hungry as I haven't had a decent meal for a few days. My server Melissa & whomever was cooking were phenomenal! My order (chicken parm) took a little longer than other places but came out hot, accurate & better looking than in the picture. If you're there, please be patient it'll be worth it. After a rough week the cleanliness & professionalism was greatly appreciated. I'll be back again when I come through for sure.

Waited for 22 minutes for waitress to give me a menu, then another 17 minutes and she never came back, I got up and left. This is my 3rd time in a month to eat here and every time it’s been the same. I’m on a schedule, like every driver out here and waiting that long for a meal should not be a issue. I sat in the Professional Drivers Lounge and others in the restaurant gets faster service than the truck driver. This place was once a good place to eat, I’ll try the diner next door before coming here again.

Corn was so dry I'm surprised it wasn't popcorn. Fish was stringy and dry. Total meal was inedible. Sent it back. Manager (let's just guess it was the guy walking around doing nothing and talking to waitresses) was terribly busy straightening up ketchup bottles. Never came to ask what was wrong. Waitress was okay. Management not so much. Very disappointed.

Not only is the food severely over priced, they want to charge you a extra 15cents for a plastic bag. …, if you can go on down the road.

Petros are still my favorite truck stops overall, and this one is no exception. Clean place, restrooms are always clean, showers are good, clean laundry room, well stocked store, and good Iron Skillet restaurant. Getting a bit dated though, as most Petros tend to be post-TA acquisition. Truck parking area is easily one of the best I've seen. Great staff on hand.

These 5 stars are for manager Kelly and the young man who helped me out. The rest of the Petro especially the shop get a negative. I needed to patch up a hole in my trailer. Asked shop to borrow ladder even pay for them to do it. They told me 5 hours with no trucks in the bay. So I went into store was going to buy a ladder. Clerk in store said they only had ladders for themselves. So I stopped by managers office and Kelly was more than willing to help me out. She saved my day. And my load. Something so simple could've ruined my day. As much money as we spend at this Petro as drivers you think we would receive better treatment. Thank you Kelly and the young man who helped me
Update came back on April 1st 2022 same situation in shop a bunch of kids playing nobody working told me they couldn't replace a battery in my truck had to come back the next day. Came back the next morning April 3rd they could put a battery in but I had to wait 7 hours for 5 minutes fix guy behind the counter taren was really nice only bright spot of dealing with this petro if you can get maintenance elsewhere I suggest you do so

WORST Petro EVER! Only food is in their restaurant. No premade anything at fuel island. Pitiful and lacking store

Whats not to like? Food gas gift shop barbershop games room bathrooms cinema barbershop. Our favorite spot to truly stretch your legs and get refreshed. Great staffed info center as well.

Service at shop is getting worse as the day goes by. Technician learns things (that you pay for) from drivers, because they are not trained properly. They charge you for things they don't do. Take your money and done. I miss the old days when I didn't had to ask if they have done this and that, to make sure that service is done right (or what they charge you for)

I stop by petro to get something to eat. And the price of food went up so hi. I decided to go to flying j. In Pembroke to get fuel and food two pork chops 10.00 dollars no way. I will start buying my fuel at pilots and flying j. No more petro or t/ a

Just got this breakfast but throwing it away the hash browns are burned and the omelette has plastic pieces inside please improve you quality of food we are not looking for quantity! Really bad food ruined my morning

Absolutely ridiculous how the pices at the truck shop are gouged for food. It's bad enough millions of drivers are away from their families to haul freight for ungrateful citizens. But now you wanna take large amounts of money out of their pocket? Unreal. Used to pay 4.89 for a small hoagie Turkey and Swiss. Now it's over 6 dollars. Crack is bad kids. #LetsGoBrandon

Stopped in to pick up some food to go. Seems like the food clerk may have been having a bad night. He seemed bothered by me ordering food. How dare me? Check out clerk however was a lot more friendlier. Easy access from I-90.

One of the best travel centers on east coast. Parking lot is huge.plenty of room to park for everyone. Showers are very clean liked the fact that there are so many showers 18 to be exact so that truckers and campers can share facilities without having to wait to use the showers. Overall a great experience.

I stopped here because of my hours and decided to buy some snack then the cashier Irene informed me that there is a $. 10 charge for a bag although a small price I find it ridiculous. Have they herd of customer appreciation or convenience for the customer

The place is clean, friendly and very convenient. The lady at the store help me to get my shower ticket and the waitress at the restaurant was joking with us. It was the best customer service I had in 2016 so far. I recommend this place to everyone who need a truck wash out, scale, fuel, shower, truck maintenance and good food. Not subway!

Clean restrooms & showers. Tons of parking spots open. The store itself is clean and organized.

I have not sat down to a meal, at a Petro in alot of years.
The meal portions are laughable, for the prices. No more sizzling skillets. The menu has been slimmed down. Not impressed

The gap between the bathroom stall doors and the rest of the restroom is large enough to shake a hand through. Not much for privacy. I connected eyes with the person waiting outside the stall from me and shook hands, his name is Dave and he's travelling from TX to see family in New York. We plan on keeping in touch after our awkward meeting at this restroom. If you read this Dave, it was good meeting you!

Lots of truck parking, good food, showers, and laundry. I mean a lot of truck parking. After toll booth, stay on the second from right lane to go strait into the lot.

The restroom found in the diesel pump are disgusting! They smell very bad! They need to improve that aspect very quickly!

A truck stop this large and this busy should be ashamed of themselves for closing the restaurant from 2200-0700 and not offer a hot food alternative.
The windshield scrubbers at the fuel islands are ALL wore out.

It’s the only Truck stop I know that makes you pay for a codriver shower with cash or points if you don’t use a shower credit for the original shower.

Doing laundry here was the worst experience, sure there are plenty of machines but if there is any issue with the cards the staff refuse to exchange quarters so you can do your laundry and the only change machine is in a arcade that is closed off and everything is shut down, should make the change machine available to customers or the staff should give change rather than having to take wet clothes to another location to dry them.
