Mario and Steve are extremely professional and kept me informed during the entire repair. After an unfortunate event, they made it easy. You would never know my car was hit. It looks like it just came off the show room floor!

I should have written this earlier; I'm a repeat customer. My wife had to have a bumper replaced and checked several other places she ended up back at Steve's. They gave the most thorough estimate, dealt with the insurance and to it done efficiently. Even touched up a little spot on side panel. I first went there when a bird took out my passenger side mirror on 84. Same thing, they took car of it all. However the best was when my car was hammered by that tennis ball hail a few years ago. The damage was adding up to the limits of my coverage. Steve worked it out with the insurance company. To get under the limit they had to just knock out the bumps in the roof instead of replace it. A masterful job, just can't tell they were ever there. Again, prompt, pleasant, and perfect.

Steve’s 9w collision is one of the best auto body shops around. Steve is very knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. I brought my 2017 Chevy SS to Steve’s shop for a full paint job & couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s evidently clear that Steve takes pride in his work. Steve is a honest, genuine, hard working guy who’s meticulous with his work, Steve installed a widebody kit on my car and paint matched it. The final product of the car when finished was breathtaking. My car was badly damaged by a deer, but after the team worked on it, it looked and handled like it was brand new. But best of all, they were great with their information about the process and advice, so I was never left wondering what to do next.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. After we got rear-ended TWICE in 3 days, 1 month after purchasing the car, we took it to Mario at Steve’s 9W. The insurance companies totaled the car bc of a cracked frame. Mario was so helpful, took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions fully. We never felt rushed. The office is clean and bright. Mario handles the insurance companies’ adjusters and always advocated for us, the customer. He doesn’t work at the behest of the insurance company. Kudos to everyone there.

I dealt with Mario & Steve when taking my car here to have some damage taken care of from someone rear-ending my Granddaughter's HR-V. These guys and their staff are friendly, honest and very professional people to work with. Our car was completed in a timely manner and came out looking like new. Hopefully I don't need this kind of service again, but if I do.this is the place I will go to again - they are easy to work with and do excellent work.

I came in with my car door damaged from a truck side-swiping me and knocked-out fog light from a deer. My car has been repaired and looks brand new! I still can't believe how flawless it looks. I’ll never trust anyone else handling my cars than this establishment. The only good thing to have come out of the accident my car was in, was by chance, being referred to have my car fixed here. First I just want to make an honorable mention to the staff members here with their genuine concern about the well being and safety of anyone involved. Its such an underrated act in such a needed time and that alone is priceless in these types of situations. But also speaks volumes about the condition they received the car in. It was, in the eyes of someone with no knowledge in this profession, one of the worst sights I could have possibly seen on my car I just bought like 2 months prior. I was speechless to its condition. From the outside body so deep into the mechanics of the car it just wasn’t something my mind could wrap around the thought of it even being a possibility to be able to be fixed. The amazing people here assured me either way if it’s a total loss or not they would be able to help me with the insurance since I had never gone through anything like this before, they we’re able to help get me squared away with a rental for the time it was in repair and just literally went above and beyond every step of the way to make this process as stress and pain free as they could. After receiving it back all I can say is wow. Thank you so much to everyone who ended up contributing to the absolutely beautiful, brand new, look like nothing even happened condition my car is in today! You guys clearly take pride in your work and when dealing with your clients and it shows! Long overdue review on behalf of Pete’s 9W Collision Center in Highland NY. After hitting a pothole during the construction on Broadway in Kingston, I ended up with two flat tires and rim damage. I had been referred to Pete’s two months earlier after being hit while parked and incurred damage to my front end quarter panel. Steve and Mario were absolutely terrific and were able to make the repairs in ONE DAY! Their work was amazing and 24 hours later after the paint was dry, I picked up the car as good as new. No difference the second time around. Steve and Mario take such pride in their work and doing a quality job all while keeping the customer happy and feeling important to them. It has been a long time since I have seen this type of work from an auto collision repair center! Five stars and highly recommended!

This shop is professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. Steve basically took my hand and walked me through each step of the entire process with the vehicle and insurance etc. He communicated with me regularly, keeping me up to date on any progress. Both times I used Pete’s Auto Body involved a collision with a deer. The quality of the work was excellent. The most recent situation involved an eight point buck running into the passenger side front of my wife’s Kia Soul. We picked the car today it looked like it came right out of the showroom. Excellent high quality work!

Another great experience by Steve and his team! Yes I have been there multiple times! I hit a deer 2 years ago, my car after their work, looked like it was prior to hitting the deer. Then my wife took her car after her car got damaged in a parking lot. The work was impeccable! Now I go in with scratches from a dog that decided to paw and scratch my drivers door. Steve made it his mission to keep the cost to zero for this, because I was a returning customer. Met Mario this time as well, these guys know how to run a business, and it is so damn refreshing in these times where you can run into owners who are just money-makers. AMAZING, AMAZING SERVICE! I had a situation this morning where I needed to have minor work done on a Dealer Loaner Car ASAP. I did not have an appointment, I just went there and explained the urgency as I needed to return the car the following day. I was met with nothing but understanding and compassion. Beyond Expectations! Recently we brought our almost restored Chrysler van to Pete's for some much needed body work. Best body shop around with an owner who gets it done right! Steve did amazing work on my polished metal metallic 2020 Civic Sport. Paint and body work was so on point that it looked exactly like my OEM bumper from the factory. No paint color difference from the body! I'm very glad I brought my car here.

Pete's 9W was highly recommended to me, and now I can see why. Needed to have my car door painted. When I picked up the jeep I was totally amazed, it looked like a new and improved version of my car! Wow and Wow, felt like I was driving it off the showroom floor. Not only did it look brand new, every little detail was "immaculate" sparkling inside and out! I wanted to remove my shoes before entering the car. I even looked at the truck parked next to me which was sparkling too. Our tires were shined! Thank you for a job well done!
