If I could give Suzie a 0 I would. I particularly told her that I only want her to clean my brows due to the fact I barely have any. All I wanted was a CLEAN UP. Not only did she jagger the front of my brows really badly, but she puts me out the chair and told me "YOU NEED TO GO WHERE YOU NORMALLY GO BECAUSE I CAN'T DO IT". What a disgusting person with a horrible attitude.

This is a great place to get your brows done! It’s actually the only place I go to now. I think Suzy does such an amazing job in general, but if your brows were wrongly done anywhere, she can fix them and make you feel brand new again!

I went for the instant bleach glow for my face and neck. I don’t know what they put on my face but I know for a fact it wasn’t the right product coz I’ve been doing it for awhile with them so I know what to expect. Usually when I do it my edge turn a different color either gold or brown. However, today I got so disappointed coz I think they just put some mask on my face and let it sit for 10 min and that was it. It’s either they change their product or it’s not good anymore. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you want to be scammed

Good place to get your brows done, HORRIBLE place to get your lashes done. I wish I took pictures of the lash "extensions" I paid $80 for, but I hated the results of the lashes so much that I removed what was left of them less than a week after getting them done. Not only did the tech not give me what I asked for (which was a natural cat eye look), they did not have a large variety of lashes, they don't even have individuals which is what most people think they're getting, the tech did not use proper technique or tools when applying them, and I was left w clumps of glue on my natural lashes (which took forever to safely remove). This was my first time getting (what I thought was) lash extensions, and by the time I realized I was getting a botched job, it was too late. Not only did they do a terrible job, they gave terrible after care instructions: I was told I couldn't clean my lashes AT ALL even after 48hrs, and I see why I
was told that because the "extensions" weren't true individual lash extensions. Literally anyone could've watched a YouTube video and do a better job than what I received. PLEASE do yourself a favor an go to a CERTIFIED LASH TECHNICIAN and get your lashes done, regardless if the price may seem hefty.

Sonia was amazing doing my eyebrow threading I hadn’t been back for a while because someone messed before but she’s great!

Nice people she did my eyebrows very nice. My only complaint is her touching money and coming back to do my eyebrows. Hand washing she be used between people. I also bought my own eyebrow brush because I didn’t want to use the one they was using on everyone.

Quick friendly staff. Not the most professional, but it's not awful.plus, you get what you pay for

10/10 she threaded my eyebrows exactly how I wanted it, I didnt even have to make any adjustments because she got it right the first time.

My first time at place, was quite impress, the service was great and the work done to me was with perfection, I do recommendation them, give them a try and see for yourself

I asked if they waxed brows and they responded yes and after they “waxed” them the lady says now I have to thread them. Had she told me she needed to thread afterwards I would not have done my brows there. Threading is too painful for my type of skin and makes me red and swollen.
To make things worse they did advise the person that came in after me about the after threading.

Gp was very kind and nice and did my lashes promptly. The manager was very welcoming and outgoing.

Came to this wonderful Salon While Shopping and they helped me and my mother out so fast. Mr. Sam and Jazz were so nice to me. Got my first threading as well. It’s very clean and have nice customer service. I’m Coming Back! ️

Staff and manager was very friendly and professional.
Great service. I felt very comfortable and welcomed at this store.
