Make an appointment to be told to wait an hour in a full waiting room. Get rid of the appointment button. Also front desk cashier person was very dismissive and rude. Horrible experience in an area full of other body shops that I will now be going to instead for anything needed as pep boys has shown it’s true corporate colors and doesn’t care about their customers only profit

I had a early appointment, arrived before store opened.
Once the guys arrived on time, they began getting the work done.
Great store.

Wait time was shorter than expected. Service was excellent. The guys were efficient and super friendly.

Not only did PepBoys have my tires at a good price but they fit me in to install them on their busiest day. Waiting room was clean and comfortable and they kept me updated by text
All around a great experience

Oil change was good. But I had a 8 am appointment. I was there till 10: 30 just for an oil change. They forgot to notify me that my car was done

I am completely satisfied with the service at this pep boys location.
The manager was considerate, thorough and discussed all my options in detail.
Plus I love getting pictures of what needed to be fixed. This is a great service.

Just needed to get a tire plugged. But with a Tesla, a place needs to have these small pucks that go between the lift and the bottom of the car. This Pep Boys had them and was able to fix my tire in just a few minutes.
Beyond that, everyone there was friendly, professional, and great to deal with. I'll definitely be back for any issues that they can handle with my car.

Did a night time car park and key drop off without an appointment. Received a confirmation text and phone call in the morning. Everything went smoothly great communication and service.

Ash and Matt were so kind and beyond helpful from the second I walked in the door. Very happy and satisfied and I highly recommend anyone to go there!

Got a flat on the road with this pep boys about a block up and the manager passed and helped us get there with great service.

Tried to overcharge me 4x then when I said no they tried to charge $100 diagnostic fee even though I brought in an inspection report from another shop. Very mean and difficult. Hope they didn’t mess with my car, but wouldn’t be surprised if they did.
UPDATE: They slashed my tire. Evil people. Stay away

I was in the Dunkin Donuts drive through the other day and out of nowhere my tire started losing air rapidly. Probably drove over a nail or something. Started to panic as I exited the drive through and immediately to my left about 50 feet was Pep Boys. I drove over parked it and went in. The manager immediately said he would help me out, got my keys and it was being handled within 10 minutes. Not the way I wanted my Monday to get going, but man was I glad they were so helpful and friendly. I'll be coming back for my basic service needs in the future.

I got there early - took my Jeep in before scheduled time. Did a very detailed inspection & notified me of a belt that would need to be serviced soon.

Just to fix flat tire takes 2 hours, they pass some lady before me, because they have friendship.

They can make you wait more than 3 hours even if you have app and it is an easy job, they know nothing about time. Bad experience.

Ash and Jason always hook it up. They've been taking care of Enterprise cars and my personal car for a while. The best parts and prices with swift service!

Totally awesome service. Treated me like royalty. I could not believe the level of service I received and the promptness of repairs. The front desk manager even called me to see if I had arrived home safely. I had to call my friends and tell them how I was treated. PEP BOYS IS MY NEW VEHICLE SERVICE CENTER HANDS DOWN.

Came in today for an inspection and the manager at location was very friendly and personable. Biggest bonus was I was in and out within 30 minutes!

If i could give zero stars i would. I made a 10Am appointment on line. Got a conformation. I got there at 10am I was told there is a 3 hour wait. I told them I made a 10am appointment online I then was told there is a 3 hour window when you make a appointment online. There is nothing on the website that states that. What is the point of being able to make appointments online if your not going to honor them. If they were backed up and running behind they could have at least give me a call so I don't waste my time by going there for no reason.

Every time my parents and I ever come to get service on our vehicles, they are always so generous and helpful. Yesterday
I needed my tires looked at because I had low tire pressure, the manager I spoke to was so kind, and he happened to be the one who helped me when I came to get them looked at! You guys are truly appreciated.

The staff @ Pep Boys were knowledgeable and experienced. They provided outstanding service with a quick turnaround on a job well done.

I had 4 tires replaced at Pep Boys on Veterans Road in SI earlier today. The manager Ash made sure I was in and out as quickly as possible. Great customer service and very satisfied with my experience there.

I used to go to mavis on forest ave. Horrible service i can to this store and ash was amazing this is my new store for everything

Ordered my tires from tireRack & had them shipped to Pepboys. They installed the tires 20$/each. Even though the optional alignment was an additional 99$ it was worth it. Still saved more than 100$ from the dealer… tires/labor/install/alignment. They said car would be ready in 2hrs and it was.

Great service and soooo accommodating! They were supposed to close at 6 and stayed open an hour later to finish up my car and make sure I could pick it up! Will 100% be back!

Excellent service! Got a flat on a long road trip and these guys were great! Knowledgeable and helpful. Got us back on the road quickly!
