We were shopping for a Firestick at PC Richards today.
Daniel was our salesperson and was so, so very nice and helpful to us. He explained how to use the firestick and actually demonstrated how to add apps and access apps.
He really made this a pleasant shopping experience. I give him five stars

I went into this store the other day. I had to return a pair of beats that were working. Once I got there I realized I didn’t have my receipt. I went to a salesman and tried to see if I can still return with no receipt. Nobody wanted to help me unfortunately. The only person that helped me was this young lady named Naomi I believe. She helped me with my return and convinced me to purchase a brand new pair. She even helped me connect it to my phone! Thank you so much Naomi for making my experience better!

Normally I would go to best buy for anything electronic related however I decided to give P. C Richard & Son a chance since it was closer. The customer service I received from Naomi was astounding, instead of trying to get rid of me she assisted me with any issues I had encountered not only did she take the time to answer my questions but she directed me to the products I was looking for.

Naomi Wills is one of the best Customer Service reps at this location. She is patient and very helpful when it comes to the products PC Richards has to offer. She is also a good representation of the long brand of PC Richards. She is always providing great service to customers.

I went there to get an AC and there was an older gentleman who was so helpful. I believe his name was Kelly. Very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Waited a month for a ac the told me they would have in a few days. And this is after I returned a faulty ac for an exchange. So I paid more money for it and every week they kept telling me it's coming Wednesday or Friday and after 3 heat waves and a month later they finally got it in
