Not bad for a small store.not that crowded either. They got your basic stuff for your home.prices are decent.

The big tall Spanish manager with the gray beard was very rude. Turned me off completely. Will not be shopping again

I went into your Store on Fordham Rd in the Bronx to pick up a JBL Bluetooth speaker that I bought online for a Fantastc price. I was greeted & treated with nothing but kindness & professionalism from the moment I walked in. I was very impressed with the Staff especially since it was Christmas eve 1 of the busiest times of the year. I definately will be shopping @your store in the near future again.

I came here yesterday for the 3rd time. The two cashiers were very unprofessional. VERY! I simply do not need this kind of negative energy going into an appliance store to purchase something. There are things you just do not do and say to a customer to make them feel like their purchase is a burden to bother them to ring you up. They were also talking negatively about the customers, and there was older elderly customers asking questions. The mannerisms were wrong like they just did not want to be there and ready to go home. This is a good looking store with many products that has changed dramatically from how it looked on the first time I went there.
