Wow if anyone cares about their patients it’s Elena. She is so compassionate with what she does. She takes her time to explain everything and recommends what treatment she believes will work best for you. Not only is their work ethics unbelievable, they welcome you with so much hospitality. They offer refreshments and everything is clean and tidy.

Elena is very professional. I have very lovely experience. This is my second time here the vibe is unbelievable. Can't wait for my next experience. I will recommend this place to everyone!

I had the Genisis treatment administered by Elaine. The procedure was very smooth and calming. It's one of my favorite facials ever. The office was very clean, staff was very sweet and professional. I've done this treatment before at another establishment prior to my wedding and it left me glowing. Was so happy to find a spot nearby to to do it again. My only recommendation would be to make sure you clean your face well before coming in. Unfortunately, although she did clean my face, it was not properly cleansed prior to the laser and I broke out for the first time ever after Laser Genisis, which has never happened before. I don't really get breakouts and use this treatment primarily for tightening my pores. Nevertheless, one of the other benefits of the treatment: my skin got rid of the breakouts very quick. Other than cleaning your face prior to coming in, I highly recommend!

I took my teenage daughter here to address some acne related issues before her prom. She came out glowing and her skin responded very well. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back again with her. I did my eyebrows there as well - mineral pigment tattoo - the technician was very thorough and I am glad I invested the time and money that day. Love the way my face is framed and it saves me so much time every morning.

I had restylane kysse, revanesse versa and, xeomin, I am extremely happy and so is my family. I feel and look much younger. My lips are fuller and I don’t see all the aging I saw previously in the mirror. The staff is very pleasant and tell you what’s happening every step of the way. It’s very reassuring to be taken care of in medspa. I trust everyone completely and the results are amazing!

Can't recommend PBK Medspa and Lena highly enough. Lena answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable. I also liked that she has so many options besides injectables, like different lasers and threads to address lines and I definitely will be coming back.

I truly wish I can give a higher rating then 5 starts because Elena deserves hundreds of them. I do laser hair removal there the result and experience is good. The hair takes a long time to grow back. The workers are courteous and friendly they explain everything to you before doing the procedure. The office is hygienic, very clean
