Huge fan of the brand and this store that I visited many moons ago. Highly recommend anyone outdoorsy to pop in and check out the great array of products, chat to the friendly staff and maybe even catch an event if you’re lucky. Can’t wait to check it out again on my next trip to NYC. Love from Melbourne, Australia

Fast service. But perhaps too fast as I left the location expecting to have received an email receipt of my purchase transaction, after having performed a return where I was told an email for the return transaction would be sent.

Thankfully Patagonia's phone customer service was able to note my purchase in my account should I need a warranty claim to be handled.

I rarely write reviews, but I think it is important to recognize extraordinary service. I cannot say enough good things about Patagonia UWS and the service I received. Kudos to the entire team, especially the amazing individual who helped me this afternoon. Thank you!

The employees were so helpful and helped us get a pair of shorts that were only in stock in the Boston store! Also the store is so pretty and has a comfy couch:)

The local Patagonia has very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The assortment is ok given its a neighborhood store. Often there are community initiatives. I like this store, good vibes!

My experience was great. Colby (hope I'm spelling it correctly) was knowledgeable and a great help. He was also very patient and gave great advice in buying different layers for various weather conditions. The staff in general did a great job in making me feel safe during the pandemic and basically had the entire floor to myself.

Staff is super nice, super helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all, which is what I like.

When we needed help, they were able to assist and clear out all of our questions.

Staff was friendly, informative and interested in making sure that I made the appropriate purchase. Highly recommended!

Patagonia should be considered a religious experience. The staff couldn’t be more helpful…not in that creepy over saccharine way that makes you want to run out of the store and order online…

I like Patagonia but basically every time I want to visit, they’re closed. I get it. You only want to run one shift a day. But that’s also why I never end up buying anything from you anymore.

My girlfriend and I had a lovely time here this afternoon, and came away with a beautiful selection of new clothes. We also had many pleasant conversations with the staff, including the delightful Damian. We felt very welcome in the store and were very ably assisted when trying on and choosing various garments. I would recommend this store to anyone - the staff are a credit to the brand and New York.

Can you lower the clothing that's hanging so high? I don't want to ask your tall employees to hand me down every jacket I want to try on.

Nothing in stock. Few sizes colors available. No gloves. Salespeople offer to call other stores, or say check online. Waste of time.
