Simply the best! Pam is a consummate professional. Her attention to detail, the care provided and the follow up helped me through a very difficult injury.

A year ago Pamela Paspa helped me confirm that I had serious arthritis in my shoulder and that I should consult a shoulder specialist. I consulted two surgeons, the second being a Dr.at HSS that Pamela recommended. On November 3rd, 2023, the surgeon that Pamela recommended performed a full shoulder replacement and 2 weeks later I returned to Paspa PT for physical therapy on my new shoulder. I have been going to physical therapy at Paspa PT twice a week since my surgery and within 2 months I was practicing hot yoga again. I have had minimal pain since the surgery and Paspa PT has helped my range of motion and strength so much that my shoulder is better than its been in the past 20 years. Paspa PT is very sincere, professional, and most of all competent.

Been seeing Hugo @ Paspa PT for 5 months now while marathon training. He is the reason I got to that start line healthy and finished with no lingering foot pain. Hugo Verdi Fortin listened to my desired resolution, and strengthening to avoid recurrence, of a foot muscle dysfunction; tested my use of that muscle; applied therapy; and guided me through a few exercises to begin the resolution and strengthening I asked for in a quick-paced initial session. I look forward to additional sessions with confidence in their effectiveness.

Wonderful facility. I have treated with them for a few injuries, and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, attentiveness and knowledge. You get one on one care with the same therapist who actually knows you and your progress. Plus the equipment and treatment rooms are spick and span. Would highly recommend (and have)!

Paspa Physical Therapy is excellent. They got me "back on my feet" after having developed plantar fasciitis in both feet making walking extremely difficult. They are very attentive to detail, skilled and creative at methods of rehabilitation, and I found them to be efficient in all areas, from the front desk to conducting effective therapy.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Paspa PT. Hugo is wonderful. I have worked with him twice, once for my back, and now for arthritis. He is so kind and is a wonderful teacher. He explains exactly how to isolate the muscles that need to be focused on. He is respectful and always asks if it's ok that he touch you to show you something. I feel very comfortable with him and at Paspa. The staff is also wonderful. Stas, who runs the front desk, is so thoughtful. He always walks me through insurance questions and helps me to book appointments. I would highly recommend this office for physical therapy to anyone.

Kristen is simply amazing. I had surgery for an ankle fracture and was referred to this office by my doctor. Kristen was patient and knowledgeable. She took her time and showed me exercises that will help me gain mobility in my ankle. She even sent me a link that showed videos of the exercises. Seven years ago Paspa helped me get back to playing tennis after an elbow injury. So when I hurt my Achilles I went right there for help. Already seeing results.

I’ve had serious issues with both my knees. Physical therapist and owner Pamela Paspa is incredible and super nice. Highly recommended. The staff is second to none, knowledgeable and friendly. Coming here was a great choice and wouldn’t change it for anything. 10/10

I have been going to Paspa Physical Therapy for several weeks now, after my ACL surgery and couldn’t be happier. The entire staff is super friendly and professional from the receptionist to the physical therapists. And also the office is very pleasant, clean, bright with tons of great energy. I had sessions with Pam and Hugo and they are both amazing.

Update:

I had the misfortune of having another major injury after Paspa PT helped me rehab a surgically repaired ACL. This time I suffered a severe case of tennis elbow after a trainer pushed me too far. I worked with Hugo who is so knowledgeable about the human body and explained exactly how my injury affected other parts of my body. Understanding the physiology behind my injuries really helped me focus my rehab. Both injuries have healed and they are at 100% and I am pain free. I can't recommend Paspa Physical Therapy enough.

I lost a lot of strength during seven weeks in the hospital (emergency surgery, then complications). Kristen did a thorough evaluation of me and developed an exercise program designed to address my problems. She also sent me an email showing how to do the exercises on my own. Paspa has been extremely helpful as I work to recover from the effects of my long hospital stay.

I don't like doing reviews but I had to for Paspa. I was skeptical at first but we definitely became like family from my treatment and wellbeing to working with me finding the best time for my care. Stas and Pam are wonderful and make everything looks smooth.

Hugo is an excellent PT specialist and provides helpful guidance on managing pain, stiffness and inflammation. I highly recommend this practice if dealing with acute or chronic issues.

Gm, I went to PPT the other day for the 1st time, spoke with Stas over the phone last week and he worked with me so helpfully as my work schedule is complicated. We managed a time that worked, Needless to say I was very happy, also therapist Hugo was very helpful and patient and focused getting me back to 100 %. Going 2 x a week and it looks like it will be a smooth process.

All of the therapists here are equally equipped to get you back on track. After my hip replacement surgery, the gang here was determined to get me back on my feet. I couldn't do it without them! Thank You!

I am making improvement and having less pain since I started therapy at Paspa. I had a change in health insurance so had to change therapist suddenly. It was actually a blessing.

After having surgery on my achilles tendon, I had reservations about doing any Physical Therapy of any sort. I tend to be somewhat stubborn in my ways.

I was convinced to find a physical therapist and that decision was the best thing I did. Paspa Physical Therapy not only addressed my Physical surgery but also gave me perspective Mentally on my torn Achilles Tendon.

I have the confidence of using my exercises outside of the therapy and not just feeling like I have to rely on them every day because they set me up with a great program to follow.

All procedures dealing with COVID-19 were in place. I live with someone who is "high risk", so this was extremely important to me. Staff is always friendly and professional. My PT is very diligent in explaining the why's of my pain and has the patience to walk me through the exercises needed to adjust the problem and get rid of that pain.

I cannot say enough good things about Paspa Physical Therapy. From the cleanliness of the facility to the friendliness, encouragement and professionalism of the staff, Paspa gets an A+ from me! After 2 joint replacement surgeries, and now spine problems, I've been to my fair share of PT practices. Paspa is by far the best and every time I see my GP I thank her for referring me.

Paspa is the best place I have ever been to for Physical Therapy! Pam is the most wonderful therapist.the amount of time she spends with me is unmatched. Her work is therapeutic and does what it needs to, without being painful, as can unfortunately be the case at other places. Everyone helping with the exercises is great. Stas takes the time to stay with me during all of my exercises to make sure I'm doing them correctly, and to take breaks when I need. There is no rush to get me in and out as can also be the case in many other places. The office staff is great and so accommodating both in person and on the phone to make/change appointments. They truly care about rehabilitation, and I would recommend Paspa to anyone who needs PT!

The office staff is excellent. They pick up the call on the first attempt, very quick in booking appointments and calling back. They are very helpful when I was running late and requested to reschedule by 15 minutes. Had a great first session with my therapist.

I came in with a pretty bad neck pain problem which was preventing me from working. Now about 2 months later I have much less pain and can work fine. The PT’s have been great and so have the assistants. Totally recommend.
