Graduation party was beautiful and such a fun time thanks to PartyTime Rentals! Special thanks to Melissa who helped me so much with picking out different games/inflatables last minute when the weather became too cold for a waterslide. Everything was perfect!

The staff was great helped with planning and getting everything we need for our event.my family and I were to happy with the results.

Communication was great, quick responses, kind and considerate team. Good rental options for what we needed. Items were delivered as expected, clean, and delivery teams were courteous. Second time using this company and would recommend again.

Our party was a huge success! We loved dealing with PartyTime Rentals. It was easy to order online. The folks at PartyTime Rentals sent the usual email confirmations but also sent reminders for deposits and final payments and updates to the drop off and pick up schedule. The timely communications prevented any anxiety regarding the tables and chairs we needed. Drop off and pickup schedules were adhered to and the drivers were pleasant to deal with. Party Time Rentals is so easy to work with. Just a simple phone call and everything you need for your party is delivered to your home the day before the party. Thank you for helping my family make beautiful memories. The Bridal Shower was wonderful under the tent. It kept the hot sun off of our guests.

I would not recommend Party Time Rentals. We used them for our wedding and it added a lot of stress to an already stressful weekend. They were disorganized and unhelpful. I have never written a bad review in my life, but I’m writing this in hopes of saving future brides or party throwers from the stress I went through.

The week of my wedding they called me to ask where to put the tent up, even though we had done multiple walk throughs of the venue (and they’ve worked with this venue in the past). They were so confused that they asked that I travel an hour and a half north to show them where to put the tent. They also ran their trucks over the big grass field where my wedding took place, making the entire thing very muddy and hard for our guests to walk through. They very easily could’ve driven on the side of the field rather than in the middle of it, and that would have been fine. When I asked multiple times (on my wedding day as I was getting ready) that they fix the issue, they said they could bring big black ugly mats to cover the muddy parts. Left with no other option I said yes. My day of coordinator later informed me that they never brought the mats until she called them several times right before the ceremony. They then charged me for the mats that they had brought late and that were fixing a problem they had created. When they pieced the dance floor together they left clumps of tall grass sticking out throughout the entire floor. The day before my wedding, I was on my hands and knees with my family cutting the clumps of grass with scissors so that it looked semi-presentable and didn’t pose a risk to guests dancing who could easily trip.

My day of coordinator and my caterer were both appalled by the issues Party Time Rentals created throughout my wedding day and actually encouraged me to ask for money back because they had never seen a company do such a poor set up.

Do not hire them. It’s not worth it.

This was our third time renting tables, chairs and a tent from Party Time Rentals. The process couldn't be easier and the service is very professional. The guys show up exactly when they say they will and put the tent up and take it down in no time. We'll be renting from Party Time again.

This place is the best hands down and I've contacted many, many different event rental companies in a large span across the Mid Upstate and Downstate NY region. Their prices are excellent, very competitive and they are willing to work with you to acheive your desired plans for the day of your event. Joanne has been working with me for the past few months for my wedding and she has been a God sent. She is patient, knowledgeable, very informative and highly experienced. She has made several changes for me through the course of my event planning for the wedding and never pressured me or tried to upsell me on anything. She helped me to think about every detail and also helped me remember things I would need for the big day. We are so blessed to have found this company and to be working with Joanne. My event is on June 27th and I will post all the beautiful pics of my light up bar, tent with string lights and everything in between. I hired waitstaff and PartyTime had everything they would need to professionally wait the tables–bus trays and stand, serving trays, glassware, linens, silverware, all sized plates, absolutely everything you need to make you feel like you are at a venue/restaurant. I would give over 5 stars if I could. Overall excellent experience and lots of stress alleviated from me because of their help. Thank you, PartyTime! We will be a loyal customer forever.

I had an amazing experience using party time rental. I ordered everything I needed right online, through their very user-friendly site. Everything showed up on time and in perfect working order and was picked up when they said they would retrieve it. I would definitely use party time again and again!

Beautiful sail cloth tent & restroom! The crew that came to set up and take down was very friendly and professional! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for another event.

We had a wonderful experience with Party Time Rentals! We were able to give our twins a fabulous quarantine 1st birthday party with the help of the inflatable fire/ice water slide. Adults and children had a wonderful time. Joanne and Melissa were so easy and pleasant to work with. The guys who delivered and took away the rental were also pleasant and very professional. We would definitely use them again, hopefully soon! Thank you!

Party Time Rentals did a fabulous job helping me determine the size of the tent I would need for my daughter’s baby shower. They also assisted with the number of tables and chairs I would need for this event, with comfortable social distancing. Everything was delivered prior to the party and the tent secured. Even though the weather was beautiful, the tent provided a measure of comfort, that if it had rained, we were prepared! The tent did provide cool cover from the sun. Melissa and her team were wonderful and I would recommend them when thinking about a tent and set ups for your party!

I rented a tent for daughters graduation party, and Party Time Rentals said that the tent was super easy to put up yourself, and required no assistance from them. In actuality, it was very difficult to put up. I had four men trying to get the tent up for 2 hours. They got frustrated, and eventually I called Party Time Rentals back. They told me they can send me a link to a video, in the middle of a graduation party. Unbelievable, such a waste of time. Never rent a tent from them and put it up yourself. I paid for a tent that I never used. No refund, or anything.
