Loved loved loved this place! Boris gave me full head of highlights and a haircut.the color looked even better than the photos I showed him. Cut was sexy and sleek. The salon was luxurious and treatment was top notch all around. They even gave me a free hair mask. Didnt want to leave! I'll be back! Xx

Decor is really nice but stylist tried way too hard to push product. Also I asked for volume on top and they were just like “no that’s not trendy. ” Def not going back.

A little hard to find but once you're in there - great service, great atmosphere, and fair prices. I came for a blowout so can only speak to that. I also love when hair stylists give me recs based on my specific hair type, which they did (without directly pushing products). I'll be back!

Book your appointment here ASAP. I went in with highlights from another salon that I was not happy with, I just felt like the stylist didn't hear what I wanted. Trish not only made me feel heard, but walked me through all the realities of what I was asking for (maintenance), as well as what to expect from a single session. I felt so much better from the consultation alone. I booked, came back in, and "the transformation" was truly transformative. I am a million times happier with my hair now, I wish I had gone here in the first place!

Came here for a balayage service with Stephanie. I explained to her my hair goal and she took the time to explain her honest opinion and realist achievable result. I went from level 2/3 Asian hair to fabulous caramel balayage with dimension and all nicely blended. She really takes her time and cares about the integrity of my hair. I respect her professionalism and her passion for her work.

I had the best experience with Wendy at Palms Salon! I was looking for a new salon in NYC and decided to give Palms a try. The atmosphere was lovely and Wendy gave me a great cut & fixed my hair color. I love it and will definitely be returning!

First off, the salon itself is BEAUTIFUL! But more importantly, I got the most excellent haircut from Gigi. She really listened and cared about what I wanted from my haircut and was very thorough in her questions! I have curtain bangs that have had a few botched jobs, so I have been hesitant on getting my haircut again. This was by far the best haircut I have received. Gigi gave great advice for styling curtain bangs as well. I will be back!

WENDY CHANGED MY LIFE! I've been going to Wendy for 5+ years now for my hair extensions and color. It is super hard for me to trust ANYONE with color, which is why I am so grateful that Wendy eased me into a blonde transformation. This was my first time at this salon and let me just say, my experience was 10/10! Wendy was my colorist. I showed Wendy a few photos and provided a loose description of what I was looking for, and she made it a total masterpiece of a blonde moment. I can tell that Wendy (and the entire salon of experts) really care about their craft and want to make sure everyone looks and feels their best. I totally loved my balayage! Wendy did a great job! From understanding exactly what I needed and making sure that we are on the same Chanel, to the entire process of getting a wonderful tone in my hair.
I loved the tone and the gloss that my hair acquired, it make it look healthy and with volume. The staff was amazing in Taking care of every detail and ensuring I was feeling comfortable. They are just sweet and attentive, making the salon a place where you enjoy to be.

I am extremely satisfied with my color by the super talented, Wendy! She's very patient and through during this process. She truly achieved the color I wanted, dealing with my old highlights and color. And I really appreciate Ariel and Trisha's effort on designing this look, too. The entire staff are amazing. I've been getting my hair done by Ariel for the past 6 years and he has always given me the blonde Barbie hair of my dreams! This time around I wanted a little change, and he knew exactly what to do! He spiced it up with some copper and gold tones because he knows what looks good against my complexion, and more importantly he knows what I do and do not like. I am very particular with my hair (color and care), and he attention to detail is impressive, so to have a stylist that you fully trust is invaluable. He is also just a joy to be around!

Maintaining blonde hair with extensions can be a true challenge. Yay to Wendy who is my hair hero. I made an appointment with Wendy and I came in with such a blonde mess! I wanted a drastic change and to go darker. It was very hard to do my hair because I have so many broken pieces due to going platinum overseas some months ago. Wendy’s recommendation about what we could and couldn't do was so spot on. I totally trust her. She really knows what she is doing. This salon also has a very chill vibe and everyone is super nice. Very happy with the result and my experience ️

Alesia did such a great job with my highlights and lowlights. She took me from box color to a very natural look. I have never been happier. She knew what to do and made me feel very comfortable. Made suggestions of treatments we could do in the future. But not high pressure! The cut is so great. I have natural curly hair and cuts are my biggest fear. She knew exactly what to do. She listened to how I wanted it blow dried. I wanted it straight but with body. It was perfect. Can’t wait to see her again!

I would like to say Wendy is very nice and funny and knowledgeable she knows what she is talking about when it comes to hair and products. I've been having some issues with my bleached balayage blonde hair. She recommended me what to use to fix my hair. My hair was looking like a lion hair when I went to see her and after she treated my hair my came out looking nice and silky. She is very honest and she will tell you what is best for your hair. If you ladies ever want to know what style and color suits you, Wendy will be the best go to person.

Wendy did my color for the first time and it came out beautifully. She gave me a rich chocolate brown that covered all my resistant greys too. I had different shades of mess going on and she was able to blend them making it look like I have sun kissed highlights. I was extremely satisfied. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I was in New York and decided to treat myself.my hair was dry and had some damage from previous color. Wendy is amazing! She's so knowledgeable.we discussed my options. I appreciated that fact that she cares about the integrity of the hair.my hair looks the best it's ever looked. The color is on point and my hair looks like it has life again lol.
