Great service, have rented here for years, friendly, helpful and much more reasonably priced than the other options on the Fulton chain!

My sister rented a pontoon boat for camping. A lady said ours was the biggest and newest one they had. When we got on, the floors had moss on them. Don't know if she meant 'new, new' or got it as a new one that was previously owned. But the pontoon ran good. First time on one and enjoyed it

We had a great experience with this family owned business. Our dog friendly pontoon boat was priced very fair for the entire week and ran great. Gina was great and easy to work with when we booked by phone, and Paul was super helpful (and funny) on pickup and drop off. Met the nice owner and her adorable dog the day we left and told her we will be back! Thanks to all at Palmer for being a great part of our ADK vacation.

Michael and Cindy are the hosts with the mosts. We haven’t felt so welcomed since renting out a wedding hall. Be wise, be good, and be here.

There was a lot of spiters and it did not look like they clean up after each indivual famliy and there was no light in the frige or in are bedroom the light was on the floor in pieces but over all of that it was good

When you have a problem they totally ignore you. Still waiting on the refund from September, out boat broke down 2 days in a row and we were promised a refund. We stayed in one of the houses for a week, never got any help when needed. Bugs and mice were everywhere ewwww never again. Still waiting on our refund, did I mention that already.

Mike and his staff are awesome. Boat was clean fueled and a staff member goes over everything with you

Just finished renting a boat from these folks. If I could leave zero stars I would. They had old boats and the boats were dirty. All the seats were wet from a rain the night before. We tried to go swimming then quickly realized there was no ladder to enter or exit the boat. When we returned to the rental office we mentioned it to them and they said we would have to wait to speak with the owner via phone call later. The owner then called us on our way home and became immediately irate saying that we must have stolen his ladder because his staff (which consisted of young teenagers) went through their normal routine with us) which they did nothing of the sort. In short make sure you read your contract and verify you have everything you should or better yet SAVE YOUR MONEY and find a place that has an owner that won’t be unprofessional and rude to you.

We rented a pontoon and had the best time. The service was wonderful. Always polite and helpful that I highly recommend this place. My family and I would definitely do this again. Thank you Palmer Point Marina

If I could leave zero stars for this place I would. We had a nice day out on the water but the boats were under powered and had not been cleaned from the previous use. Ours had wet dirty towels and bottle caps strewn about. The seats on the boat were wet and when you sat on them left you feeling dirty. There was no ladder to enter or exit the boat which made swimming very difficult. When we returned to the rental office we mentioned the ladder and a possible discount, we then were told the owner was not around at the time and we would receive a phone call from him when he was available.
The owner called us and was immediately rude and accused us of stealing the ladder. I understand that you sign a contract at the beginning of the day stating you have all of these components so be careful and ensure you actually do have them. They did not mention them all and we will never be back. TERRIBLE customer service and a terribly disrespectful owner.

I've rented both a cottage and a boat from them, always extremely responsive and friendly! We had a slight issue memorial day weekend with having too many people and they accommodated us with a larger boat. I always recommend them to people if they're visiting Old Forge.

Very lovely cabins on the shore of 4th Lake Old Forge. Some of the nicest proprietors I've ever met. Such a family oriented spot of beauty and tranquillity. Love it there!

The price was right and we had an amazing time. Just wish there was a bigger engine on the boat, but other than that the whole family loved it and the hospitality was awesome. We will be doing this every year from now on.

Outstanding customer service. People are great. May not be the newest boats on the lake but they are reliable and reasonably priced. Again the people are great. Gave no experience with their cottage rentals but wouldn't rent a boat anywhere else
