I did not like the extra charge of $3 at the end of pedicure. I paid cash and should not have to pay a service fee

I’ve been coming to Palazzo for ~2 years and always love my nails! Henry did my ANC today quickly and efficiently and they came out beautiful!

Second visit: Hannah did an even more amazing job the second time, if possible! Everyone at this salon is so nice and welcoming, it makes the entire experience a great one. I got a fill for my acrylic set and a pedicure and am so beyond happy with the results. Hannah did everything quick and efficiently, without sacrificing quality. Will definitely be returning!

I love this place! I walked in without an appointment at 945, and I was in a rush because I waited last minute to get my nails done for a wedding. Hannah took me right away and started working on my ANC while I decided a color. I got a full set ANC and spa pedicure and I was out the door in an hour. My nails were just how I wanted them. I do think it’s a little pricey but I very much enjoyed the relaxing environment and how quick she was. I would definitely recommend them!

I can not recommend this nail salon enough. My first visit my entire family came to get pedicures and manicures. They took their time and their patience with my 5 year old was remarkable! I have been able to walk in, with minimal wait and my nails look fabulous!

I had Henry my first time there. He was amazing. The shape I wanted a was perfect and it was reasonably priced. Conversation was also great. Overall 10/10 experience.

I stopped here from out of town while waiting on a flight. I was so pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and service I received. I got a gel pedicure and manicure and they fit me in as a walk in. Hana didn’t compromise the lovely job she did even though she was busy! Thank you!

I had Hanna do my full acrylic manicure with chrome brushed on. She was so gentle and did an amazing job! I’ll certainly be back!

Customer service is not there. They take on too many customers for the little staff they have. The girl who did my nails was rotating through myself and two other and doing a pedicure at the same time. I got home and my nail snapped right off from nothing. Over priced for the service they give. Never again wish I could go and get my money back

The place is very nice inside i was very impressed but without an appointment on a slow day it took me an hour to wait to get a an acrylic set.they took people over me that don’t have an appointment and i continued to wait and they would tell me every once in a while someone’s coming to help me and they never did.as a cosmetologist usually first come first serve is something all salons follow and this one did not.they did a good job on my mothers toes but that’s if your lucky.very unprofessional and slow.

We came in with an 8 year old and no reservation. We were seen quickly and the little girl was thrilled with her experience. We all were! Nice place, nice people.

I went for a basic pedicure to get my toe nails cut. I booked on line. Arrived and they were ready for me at 4pm as scheduled. Hana was excellent. Very Professional. Very relaxing atmosphere w/ quiet relaxing music in the background. The basic pedicure included massage, lotion, and hot towel. The entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. Bring cash to tip.

This was my third time coming here and each time I have loved it! Hannah has done my nails each time and today I asked if it would be possible to add a little flower and I was not expecting it to be so cute but they are adorable! Definitely coming back!

Extremely clean. Atmosphere was very nice. Went early in morning so it was very quiet. Very happy with my pedicure!

Service was very good, but I called ahead a made an appointment for 1: 15. I arrived about 1: 05 didn’t get my pedi until 2: 00. Very long wait.
