Palacios law group helped get residency for both my wife and step son. Our case was much more complicated then most other cases and I only have nice things to say. Specifically Iglika, she was really thorough and very knowledgeable. We were very happy to have her in our corner.

Honestly they deserve no stars! A waste of money and time. You pay these people for their time and cant even get a call back or a response on the status of your case. They were quick to collect the money and never heard back from them in 4 years they did nothing in my immigration case. I emailed Iglika multiple times, and would leave messages with receptionist for her to get back to me and never a response. PLG don’t say you don't see me in your database because clearly you don’t since you would never get back to me, and no I’m not interested in reaching out to you anymore!

Xavier is very patient and professional! He took the time to explain some things for me and my husband because we were confused about the process and offered when we are ready to have us come in in person to talk to make it easier. I appreciated that a lot

I was lucky to have hired Palacios Law group to handle my family court case. During each meeting we had, Jessica took her time to listen and take notes, subsequently advising me about my options. Her professionalism and knowledge made me feel that I would finally get the help I needed. Due to other cases, she had terrific resources to cover for her when unavailable. Steven and Xavier were just as familiar with the matter and were able to step in and handle my court appearances. My case was dismissed within a few months, and all allegations from CPS were withdrawn. Jessica made sure I was constantly updated on the matter even took time to call me after hours or during the weekends. I cannot say how thankful I am to Jessica and her team.

Be weary they talk a good game to snag you at first! The worst experience of a life time. Added so much stress to my current situation with poor work ethics. Unknowledgeable, poor communication in providing you with information that can be crucial to you and your case. Their ONLY concern is about the money they will make from you! They could care less about their clients. They do what benefits them NOT the client! Piece of advice make sure you do your homework before seeking any attorney. UNFORTUNATELY, It’s all about the BENJAMINS for this law firm.

The lawyers are very helpful and very nice always willing to help, but the people at the front they never answer the phone. It's very frustrating but otherwise I would recommend them very good service.
