Oneida Travel Plaza

Farm stand out front on Saturday morning was excellent! My breakfast was so fresh it still had a little guy on it. Clean bathrooms too.

Crowded, smelly, restroom needed cleaning, sinks filthy, overflowing trash receptacles. We had to wait nearly a half hour to get a burger at Burger King and another 20 mins for a coffee from Starbucks. A few employees at both restaurants were harried and rude to customers. Parking lot packed and very dangerous for pedestrians. I expect this is due to the fact that every other rest stop is closed, so you have to go 60+ miles between rest stops.not at all good for a TOLL ROAD (In addition, there are these absurd little "text stops" with no bathroom facilities, perfect for those individuals who are willing to risk an arrest for public urination/defecation, but not for the rest of us).

Clean and useful.the bathrooms are right next to where you enter the building, which is nice. A lot of places put them on the opposite side so that you have to walk by the places where you would spend money. That wasn't the case here, but it's also a smaller area. There's a Burger King and Starbucks available as well as a small store. There's a Sbarro there, also, but it wasn't open even though our was the middle of the day, so I'm thinking it might no longer be open. In that case, it should be replaced so there's something other than Burger King.

Bathrooms were filthy and smelled like they were never flushed. Even my husband remarked on the dirtiness and smell.
Based on the lack of cleaning in the bathrooms we opted NOT to leave without buying food.

Clean and convenient travel plaza. One problem I have is that it is not RV friendly, so if you are bringing an RV, you will park where all of the trucks are.

Nice people there to serve you. A good stop to make. And who knows who you might see there. Farm market with homegrown produce.

We need a quick bathroom break after getting out of the Cross Bronx Expressway jam up. This vast mall in New Jersey was a convenient place to grab a quick bite and use the modern and clean facilities. Also, there is a Cheese Factory in the mall.

Clean bathrooms and open restaurants so that we purchase drinks for the ride. We picked up some information of things in the area as well. It had all of the items needed with a rest stop.

Not a place to stop for Burger King. The people there were disrespectful and Rude. My daughter did not get her milkshake, cinnamon crunch $$, she wanted, because they did not know how to make it. Gets better, it was not that the girl did not know how to but she did not want to. When we asked for the milkshake, we were told sorry to busy. Then told to get a drink from the fountain, but we had already payed for the milkshake. After some talk with 2 workers, we ended up with a watered down vanilla shake. Not Happy At All!

Was there 6/22/20 at 6: 20pm. Woman’s room was disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere. Toilets were filthy. Sinks were a mess. Never seen a rest stop that bad. If I could give no stars I would.

It was partially closed so I could not experience it in a full context. The bathrooms were kept in order with social distancing guidelines adhered to.

Easy on and off highway. Place was amazingly clean inside and out. Clean restrooms and had 3 different places inside to get something to eat and drink.

Very poor! Stopped at this travel plaza as it had a Sbarro and it was closed at 5: 45 pm! NY I-90 with all that traffic is crazy being closed that early. Ended up eating at Burger King and it was good, but not what we had our heart set on.

The men's restroom doesn't look like it's been cleaned in a week. There is grime on each of the sinks and urinals that doesn't accumulate within one day. Thick soap-scum or dirt on the sinks. Don't even want to think about the other surfaces. Makes me sad. Wish I took photos, but the phone was in the car.

Sbarro Pizza was great. Friendly and professional staff: attentive to customers’ needs. Fast service and great pizza. Carol (the lady who took my order) went an extra mile and made my day. Thank you very much.

Tried Sbarro's Italian Eatery for the first time. And it was actually pretty good kind of pricey though for what I got I could imagine spending $22 on one plate of food. But it was 895 per pound. Anyways a lot of the workers there are Cole they don't talk to you unless I have to, I will tell you that the lady that was cleaning the bathrooms was very nice I didn't catch your name. I can tell you she has to work for a lawn chair so she kept the bathrooms really clean and she was very polite. As for the other workers what can I say you're in New York

Restrooms were definitely not up to standard and went to the Burger King inside there and staff was friendly but all i wanted was a coffee and it was cold and stale. It was 630am

Not bad & not good either the only good thing should say about this place is the works where good. The prices where what we all like to call HIGHWAY roberery. Its not their fault so it gets 3 stars.

These bathrooms are a disgrace! Filthy and smelly. We pay tolls, we should able to express it to be clean, not fancy, but clean.

Bathroom was kinda gross. All the stores were nice though - there was a Burger King, a gift shop, ATM, etc. There's also one of those old-timey penny imprint machines.
