One Yoga for All

Never tried yoga before, but as I’ve aged I realize that I need to improve my flexibility and health. The instructor was very knowledgeable, patient and had good energy. This class was excellent. I recommend it.

Went here expecting a peaceful yoga workout, and instead the employees were aggressive and intimidating and focused on lecturing about global affairs. It was bizarre.

Not a serious or safe space for a yoga practice and dangerous for families.

One Yoga is a beautiful space with wonderful instructors. I am so appreciative that they are in my neighborhood.

If you are looking for a great yoga studio, this is the place! The teachers are warm, and inviting, making sure that everyone feels comfortable in their individual practice. The classes range from different styles and level of difficulty which keeps your individual practice interesting and fun!

A terrific local studio with an intimate, neighborhood feel. Yoga teachers are knowledgeable, experienced, and kind, and offerings go beyond yoga to dance and meditation and even showcases / fairs for small businesses.

One Yoga For All is a hidden gem in the heart of Riverdale. If you’re looking for a “yoga home”, this is definitely the place. I was welcomed by the studio owner, Eduvigis, enthusiastically upon entering. Right away, I felt at ease. She was delightful, engaging, and wonderful to talk to.

The studio is quaint, warm and just the right amount of space to accommodate small or big classes.

During class, the instruction and guidance was clear, concise, and calm. The teacher (Eduvigis) gave physical adjustments to those who needed, and only if consented beforehand.

In addition, to my surprise and gratitude, she extended class a little after the hour, allowing for practice to be completed peacefully without rush, which I consider a big deal and shows a great deal of professional courtesy.

I'm so happy to have found this studio! Warm, welcoming, knowledgable, compassionate, genuinely community oriented.every single instructor offers valuable guidance and integrity. Big fan!

This studio is a highlight of the neighborhood! I've been attending classes here for years, off and on, and I've never been to a class that wasn't amazing. The owner of the studio has created a sacred space that offers so much to the community. From the diverse lineup of classes to the experienced teachers to the welcoming ambiance, I can highly recommend everything about this yoga studio.

This is a welcoming, warm, and accommodating yoga studio. I attend occasional yoga sessions. The instructors guide the class gently yet competently, and they offer variations on the poses to account for people's abilities, are very considerate of individuals' boundaries, and generous with their support.

The studio is well equipped and maintains high health standards to care for all students.

I really enjoyed my session at One Yoga for All. I am a yoga beginner so I was a little afraid to get lost in the class but that was NOT the case. The instructor was very good and easy to follow. She made me feel welcomed and included. I would definitely go back. I highly recommend this studio.

What a lovely community and space. Eduvigis is awesome! She and the staff are friendly down to earth and very knowledgeable about the physical and spiritual practice of Yoga. I highly recommend One Yoga for All - even if you live a little ways away. It's worth the trip!

As someone who had only ever done yoga in video classes, it was took me a while to work up the courage to try a class in person. So glad I did.
The OYFA community and especially Yogi Eduvigis have always been warm and welcoming. The gracious space, the ease of coming regularly-and returning if I've been away- has always made this place really special. It was a literal lifesaver during the pandemic and I am deeply grateful for the skills and knowledge (and encouragement to build a practice) but mostly for the time spent in the company of great people of all ages and abilities with teachers who are so welcoming. LOVE OYFA!

One Yoga for All is a calm, beautiful and encouraging studio. I am a lapsed practitioner and appreciate that Eduvigis personally gave me advice on how to re-enter my practice. Classes - and special activities! - cover many aspects of well-being. We are so lucky to have this studio in our neighborhood!

Being a full-time entrepreneur, comedian, and podcast co-host, stress is a given. Whenever I am in town I make sure to stop by One Yoga For All. As soon as I walk through the door, the stress melts away and the healing begins. The energy is pure, soothing and peaceful. One Yoga For All is the perfect package, their instructors are very knowledgeable and caring as well as patient with a newbie like me. The space is amazing and inviting and really helps to separate yourself from the outside world from the time the session starts till we say, "See you at the next session". I recommend One Yoga For All to everyone interested in working on self-improvement.
