My girlfriend and I had a great time at the Bleecker Street location. I would definitely recommend the experience. Isabel was super knowledgeable and helped us dial in to our new custom scents. You got the option to customize the bottle and name your scent, it was a great activity for Valentine's Day.

My only regret is that I didn't get the info for the other scents I liked; I want to have a couple of different options!

What an incredible experience! I had a blast designing a custom fragrance with my mom and son. Christian (at Bleecker St) was amazing! Very knowledgeable, listened to our likes/dislikes and nailed the mixes for all 3 of us right off the bat. I would highly recommend going here if you’re into perfume/fragrance!

I love this place! I went to celebrate my daughter's bestie and I was able to create my own perfume! It was an awesome experience!

I had a great time creating my perfume at Olfactory! I took my best friend as her birthday gift and it was such a fun experience. Cindy was an expert in guiding our scents based on what we were looking for. I think our scents we chose both perfectly encapsulated the vibe we described. This is a perfect gift for someone and super interactive! If you go, try to work with Cindy, she was great!

I had such a pleasant experience at this olfactory location over the weekend. Alexx helped me build my scents and made it so fun. I’d come back just to get to make a new scent and chat with her again.

Rowan was an absolute sweetheart! My friends and I loved working with her! She made the experience so exciting.

Had a reservation for two, celebrating my boyfriend birthday. I thought he loves colognes, why not let him make his own unique scent. It’s definitely an experience I would love to recommend the place but I have one reservation. The young lady that worked with us was not as enthusiastic and energetic as I would have liked. As I watch the other fragrance reps interacting with their customers I was impressed by their energy. However, ours was very straight forward with a lack of “energy” just to be nice! I believe she was the manager as they kept asking for her help. With that said I would have thought she would have been friendlier instead she seemed to be annoyed she had to help us, is how she made us feel. As the representative of the company you are a big part of our experience and energy is contagious! Be better!

I love this store! I use my custom fragrance every day and I am obsessed with it. Highly recommend (especially if you are looking for a unique gift).

Wooow love the new location! The store is so cute. I went to make a scent with a friend from out of town and had a great experience. Looks like they have a private event space here too!

Original, innovative, kind with non English speaking tourists. A very good shopping experience.
