Just purchased my second car from Doug! No push friendly service and upon delivery the car looked amazing! He goes above the normal standards to make sure you’re satisfied with your decisions!

Came across the posting for a truck I was looking for at Olean Used Cars on FB Marketplace. Contacted Doug and received a prompt response. Doug had all the answers I asked for and was able to retrieve info I wanted to know that wasnt on the posting. Doug was able to accomodate a change in appointment and work around a snow storm to get me in my new truck. My new to me truck is a clean, loaded, one owner, locally sourced Tacoma that Im very happy with. The entire experience was friendly, professional, personable and I would highly recommend anyone do business with Doug and Olean Used Cars if those attributes are important to you. Thanks much Doug!
