Posting about a year later since I’m still dealing with their garbage. This is all in relation to the Airmont office. Front desk lady was not friendly at all, it came off as rude and unwelcoming. I remember feeling like she might be like that because of my religious clothing because when I had called to make the appointment she was very friendly over the phone. Doctor wasn’t especially forthcoming with information and I kept having to dig for information but I’m not a dr so I didn’t know what questions to even ask him. I left feeling confused as to why my injury happened and how to prevent it in the future. The meds they prescribed for the pain never made it to my pharmacy- I tried twice to call and get them to send it again and they claim they did but my pharmacy never got the order. (I’ve used the pharmacy for years and never had such an issue before). I left many messages over the span of a year to the billing department and they never called me back, instead they sent my bill to a collections agency. They charged me $470 for a wrist band when they told me it’ll cost $25. In the messages I was very specific about this charge and that they should call me to discuss it since I’m not paying close to $500 when it’s their issue for lying to me when I was there and getting the wrist band. The on call rep this evening was friendly and put a note for the billing dept to call me in the morning. We’ll see. Edit: they never called lol
Wish they're would be such a thing as a zero star rating. Crazy wait times. Doctor came in much later then the appointment time, so he decided to claim that my appointment was actually later! Finally when he came in he was very rude and with bad attitude. Crazy wait time to take an x-ray. Would suggest to go to a different doctor's office.
I never had a problem with a dr here but setting up an appointment is a nightmare so much so I’m considering going elsewhere. You are either on hold for a very long time or get a mailbox recording and can’t proceed. I see I’m not the only one with this complaint either it’s ridiculous
Some time ago, my daughter experienced severe ankle pain, and the process of registering her at the medical facility was quite time-consuming. However, this was only a fraction of the challenges that followed. Upon entering the office, a staff member at the desk began shouting at her inexplicably. Although uncertain of the exact reason, I couldn't help but suspect that the mistreatment stemmed because of us being Jewish. Strikingly, when a non-Jewish patient passed by, the staff member's demeanor quickly shifted from hostility to extreme politeness, bidding farewell to the other patient. However, this rude and unpleasant behavior resumed as soon as she interacted with my daughter again. On the other hand, the doctor displayed utmost kindness, but the X-ray technician exhibited rudeness once more. Regrettably, my wife's attempt to write a review regarding our experience was deleted. Nevertheless, this review serves as just the beginning, as I intend to reach out to community leaders. It is disheartening to witness such occurrences in a neighborhood predominantly inhabited by Jewish residents.
The receptionist at the front desk was exceptionally rude. I had to walk in to make an appointment because no one answers the phone and I ended up walking out without an appointment because of the attitude.
Dr. Robinson is a great doctor, he has a great bedside manor when it comes to talking to his patients and making sure he does everything in his ability to be helpful. 100 percent would recommend him to anyone who is experiencing pain
The care that I have received from this team is the Best. They were there for me every step of the way for my hip replacement and still here for me. Thank you so much.
Dr Hinki showes genuine concern with me the patient Tom armao, especially that I'm a bilateral leg amputee with major back problems and shoulder pain, explained different options that I have going through this life-changing experience.
Dr. Bhadra is highly experienced in the area of Orthopedics. Dr. Bhadra is also very Professional and answered all my questions regarding my upcoming Hip Surgery.
Dr. Mehta was very kind, professional and explains everything to you. Her personality is above and beyond! She makes the patient feel comfortable and her staff is very courteous.
Dr. Robinson is thorough and his knowledge deep. I like that he is not surgery oriented. He has helped my recovery from serious neck injury and sent me to the best physicals therapy I have ever received.
Dr. Hinke is without question the nicest, most knowledgeable and talented physician I have ever had. She takes her time and never makes you feel rushed and I feel she genuinely cares about her patients.
Dr. Davis was amazing with my 6yr old. He was friendly, my daughter was relaxed and he was very knowledgeable when I had questions. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. I honestly couldn’t say enough great things about them. All around amazing!
I was very satisfied with the service provided by this office. I recently had an elbow surgery done with Dr. Bhadra. Recovery was quick and easy. I highly recommend them.
Office staff was friendly and inviting. Dr. Shuren has a wonderful temperament, explains things in detail and was generally concerned about the reason for my visit. I'm very happy u was referred to his office.
Dr.listened carefully, had an x-ray taken, made a diagnoses and showed me the reason it was made. All done quickly and I have what I feel is a definitive answer to my complaint.
I had to see Dr Robinson for a hip pain issue As always, he listened, assessed the problem offered me solutions The cortisone shot was the way to go for me for this issue at this point I appreciate his care and highly recommend this doctor As busy as he was he took the time to really understand my problem and help solve it
Dr. P saw me twice and didnt even realize we met before and asked what I was here for. Because I went to find out about my blood work and knee pain and was brushed off. Not to mention horrible front desk receptionists.
I am having major symptoms including losing feeling and functioning. Doctor spent MAYBE 6 mins with me, didn’t look at my MRI cd’s, referred me to have an MRI on an area that isn’t bothering me, and to have an EMG. Made appt for EMG for the following day, they called me back and said it was a mistake and they can’t do EMG until Mid March! Spoke to a neurosurgeon that evening and made an appt to be seen immediately bc he believes it’s significant and shouldn’t be pushed off. I will never use NEOSM again. The only bright light was Keisha at the front desk who was very caring and understanding. As I was checking out I couldn’t control my tears bc I was so frustrated with my “visit”. I had been in such pain and was losing function and I felt like more could’ve been done then prescribing pain med and an MRI for an area that wasn’t an issue. She was calm and comforting so I appreciated that.
I just called to ask if I can be put on a waiting list for an earlier appointment since I am in so much pain. I felt so dumbfounded by the attitude of the receptionist, so cold and no compassion for patients
I am so happy I found this office. The ladies at the desk are wonderful, the nurses are wonderful, the wait time is minimal (which I REALLY appreciate). I absolutely LOVE my Doctor, he listens to everything I am saying (also very much appreciated). Checking out is a breeze, the ladies at the check out are also great. There is not one bad thing about going to this facility.
