I've been buying Ford products for over 50 years, had various degrees of experience with different dealerships but my experience with Northeast Ford has been one of the very best. The salesman Christopher Talbott was exceptional, as was the with the entire staff, including the owner. Very personable, professional and just down right friendly. All together an easy comfortable experience.

I traded my Toyota Tacoma in on a Ford F150 last week at Northeast Ford. Ashley, Christopher, William, Stacy were very friendly and helpful. They also gave me a good deal including a $500 military debate. I would certainly recommend them for anyone shopping for a new truck.

Sales was great there was no pressure as we would go back to check what they had repeatedly. I know if I have any questions I can call or stop in with no pressure! Financing was also fabulous, very pleasant and helpful. My second truck from them and I would definitely go back!

If you need a Car or truck and you haven’t stopped here you are simply missing it. Lann and his team not only put me in the exact truck I needed but they made the entire process a BREEZE. It should be Zero Stars. They have been buying used cars since the pandemic and selling lemons. The mechanics they have are not used to working on other makes and models. All the dealership wants to do is detail the stock they bought and sell quick. They even have a board in one of the offices behind that mustang explaining what they have for stock used and must push out without a inspection. They don’t take accountability for anything. The mechanics are useless and can’t even diagnose a evaporation code without calling another dealer. I am happy though that I called NY News investigative team and they are on it with other customers about the same complaints as myself. BUYER BEWARE! They give Millerton a bad name

The dealership put an inspection sticker in a truck with a broken windshield and gave us a certificate that they owe me a new windshield. It has been three months and nothing, I want a factory windshield when spending close to 60k for a truck. Sketchy dealership defiantly not buying another vehicle from them when I have a list of repairs that need to be done. I'm going to the state now.

I scheduled a service appointment and they didnt touch my car for 3 straight day.it just say there in the parking lot.after 3 days i told them I'm coming to take my car back and bring it to a shop that will actually work on it.total and complete waste of my time

Sold me a car within 6 months the heat went out had to do all the breaks. Loose hoses caused my car to run in limp mode. Get told I bought the car as is. Stay away will never give my business to them again.

Extremely rude gentleman in the service department. Will not be bringing any of my company vehicles there just based on that one interaction. If he can’t be bothered neither can I. I know dealerships don’t like doing warranty work but it’s a warranty nonetheless. I’ll be going somewhere else thanks

My F150 was due for a oil change and the check engine light came on, I called Northeast Ford for a appointment they got me right in in a few days. They did the oil change and service and also diagnosed the check engine light it needed a part they didn’t have in stock John called me the next day he got the part and scheduled the repair for the next day. Brought the truck to them the next day they took it right in and had it done in half an hour…. Great job and service thank you very much Northeast Ford!

My F250 diesel showed an emissions fault and would not exceed 5 MPH. I had it towed to Northeast Ford for repair. 8 days and $1520 later they said it was fixed. I never made it the 30 miles to home. Basically, they shotgunned out a couple of parts (that were fine) but never found the problem, which turned out to be a bad NOX sensor. Afraid that the "factory trained" mechanics at another dealer might do the same thing, I purchased the $1300 worth of diagnostic equipment and fixed the truck myself. Northeast Ford's management decided they really didn't need to refund me anything. No explanation, just "thanks for your business".

Don't do business with them. They are very unethical!

In answer to Northeast's response below:

Dear Lann,

We've not met. During my experience there I dealt with John, Service Manager, and another John, Dealership Manager. I'm guessing your knowledge base is either word of mouth or computer files. Regardless, I'd like to respond to your comments.

Whether the vehicle was towed in or driven in has no bearing on your attempt to repair my truck.

It did indeed show up with a P207F code. This is a two step diesel emissions code (for those who don't know), first limiting speed to 50 MPH for 400 miles, then shutting down the truck by limiting speed to 5 MPH. The 5 MPH mode is commonly called "Limp Mode". As you say, this was the state of my truck upon arrival at your dealership.

When I drove away from your dealership with my "repaired" vehicle, after paying $1520, the same P207F code popped up less than 20 miles from your location. The dash message indicated "Idle Mode", speed not exceed 5 MPH. Obviously, Northeast had not repaired my truck. The parts you replaced were fine. Had you really repaired anything, I'd have most likely experienced no problems for at least a few thousand miles. This truck had 43K on odometer.

I was able to drive the truck back to your location. I indicated that the truck was not repaired. Nine days later I called to inquire. When the service manager called back and said the mechanics wanted to pull my EGR cooler, I knew that 1.) That is a "heavy repair", and that 2.) That was not related to the problem. Your comments regarding code P207F are correct until you get to the part about EGR cooler. That has its own specific codes, P0402, P0403, P0404, P0405, & P0406. So, once again, it seems my research on the matter exceeds your knowledge on the matter. Probably forgiveable were it not for the fact that the "factory trained" mechanics result in a shop fee of over $100 per hour.

That is when I instructed the service manager to "push it out of the bay and into the parking lot, and do no further work".

When I spoke to John, the Service Manager, I stated what I've just said here. Ditto, with the dealership manager. They did not seem to think any compensation was in order.

Folks will only see positive reviews on your Facebook home page as you've deleted my post and blocked me from posting further.

With the proper diagnostic tools in front of me (and I'm not a trained mechanic) I was able to diagnose a bad NOX sensor. To me, it's obvious Northeast either does not possess the Ford IDS hardware and software, or no one there knows how to use it.

In this instance, your complete denial of misdiagnosis or wrongdoing is a perfect example of why folks should not bring their cars or trucks to you for any reason. I wouldn't even buy from you.

I loved my experience at North East Ford! The team was straightforward, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I found the perfect vehicle for my needs and was even happier that I could make my purchase with a local business. A special shout out goes to Christopher who provided exceptional service going over the features in my car and making sure that I had everything I needed before driving off the lot!
