I rarely give negative reviews to others, but this time I really couldn't stand it. The owner of this store had a bad attitude and tried to get you to pay more to replace some parts that didn't need to be replaced. After I refused, I had an unpleasant quarrel with the owner. I am a person who knows a lot about cars and I am not easily fooled. If you don't care about money you can go there and give it a try.

This is my go to spot, they fix my tires all the time super quick. Leave it there and go across the street and grab a slice. Chill dudes

The service is great, and they show the customers respect. This service station did an oil change in less than an hour. Always a positive experience.

Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Manager, Aman, is courteous and straightforward. My entire family comes here. If they can’t fix it, you will know. I trust them and highly recommend.

Honest service. Rates are competitive, but get good honest service with a trusting mechanic. Oil changes and car inspections done on site. Had a none starting car and towed it to this place at the height of the pandemic. Although they tried to start it, they were unsuccessful and didn't charge for storage or trying. Aman recommend to take it to the official service shop. Still come here for the normal regular services for years since.

I’ve been coming to this gas station/ mechanic shop for years. Never have I had a complaint and the price’s are reasonable. The manager Aman will work with you to get your car fixed and done right with good parts.

Callers are very rude, they were also talking some nonsense on how I have to pay for my oil change and inspection over the phone to book my appointment.

I moved to the neighborhood few years back and decided to try them out because they are close by. The whole state inspection process took almost an hour and half. Car was put on the lift, wheels were taken out and the manager told me i need to replace my rotors because they were "burnt" (not warped) and quoted $850 to replace them. I had my pads and rotors replaced 20k miles prior. Since then, I just drive extra 20 mins to go to my regular mechanic.

BP Normarathon is a repair shop I’ve been a customer for 20 yrs and I have been extremely satisfied with their service!
