Great crew of ppl working there. The guys in the mechanical dept are awesome.extremly helpful and knowledgable and extremly curtious. They go way out of there way to resolve a problem till is solved. Been going there for many years and will continue too.

These young people are very professional very thorough, very accommodating and you get a nice car wash after you’re done can’t beat that

I used to come all the time because the service was very good. Then, my orders changed and I only come once a month. Sadly, I have not found service as good. Please keep up the good work. Good service is hard to find

I want to thank these guys. My daughter needed her car inspected but she doesn't have a lot of time. She made an appointment. They took her on time and she out in 20 minutes. Another place, nearby gave her an appointment but when she got there she was told it might be 2 hours.

Helpful, courteous and smiling staff did a fantastic job detailing my car. It is also convenient having my inspection done afterward. I will be going there from now on.

I have gotten my car washed twice now and have been so pleased with how clean my car is when it’s done getting washed. All the employees outside are courteous and work diligently to make sure your ride is sparkling when you leave the lot.

My first time there and if I hadn't relocated to another state, this would be my go to place for oil changes. They're efficient and you get a free exterior car wash after. But you have to get there early.

Terrible experience paid $300 my interior was not clean seat belts and dash still dirty sent pictures and emailed them was promised a refund and was never given it by craig terrible beware!

Let’s just get this out of the way first. It cost more to wash your car here. But, it is well worth the time saved having to dry and vacuum your own car after getting it washed like most places. I have used nearly every car wash in the area and this is by far the best. They focus on the details such as cleaning door, trunk sills, etc, all the high touch areas are addressed. Worth the trip.

Great service till after I left and realized that they put the wrong oil in my car, I called immediately after I left and told them. They told me that was the oil they were told to put in and they could switch the oil but I would have to pay $60 after just paying $50 for the wrong oil

Car wash is damaging Tesla side view mirrors, was told if I used the car wash they would not cover any damage that might occur. So far they said they damaged 4 Teslas since my last visit. If you have a Tesla don’t go here

Poor service Got the show room finish My mats are still dirty And they did even bother Wiping out the cup holderI left and when I went back they said that was not their issue because there was some sort of oversprey on the car they blamed it on the car itself from before Just washed and wiped down that should take care of the issue and they dismissed me with no regard with what I was thinking Very poor customer service You would think they would treat people better There are a few employees there that generally care Is but far and few between If I treat people like that at my job I wouldn't have a job

Newburgh Auto Spa does a good job of cleaning the car. I get the Showroom Finish, which is reasonably priced, unless it's a very busy day, I'm in and out within 15-20 mins. I have not used their detailing services, but intend to. Staff are friendly and professional.

They always take you in quick for oil changes and are helpful without being pushy. Good for when you're on the run and don't remember to schedule an oil change.

Quick, not a great job. Smears on Sideview mirrors, windshield. Outside ok. Discount for military and veterans

Disappointing. Went with advertised brake pad sale coupon.the brake specialist was as called up front from the shop. He asked where my vehicle was, walked out to inspect vehicle. He shined a pocket flashlight on to my rotor right front wheel, then announced " you need rotors". He did not even look at the remaing pad depth or advised he will need to remove wheel for better look. Shook my confidence in their work. I respectively declined.

Pay for car wash service, they never finish the service. Windows are not completely done. Vacuum service stinks.

Will not change your brakes and rotors if you are not buying it from them at double the price, SCAM SCAM SCAMMM

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Customer service is great and they all work very hard and efficient to get the job done in a timely fashion.

Shady business practices.gifted full service detail certificate via local flavor. Gift recipient called to schedule appointment and was told since you have SUV it would be additional charge of $20. Upon the arrival of the scheduled detail, gift recipient was told by a different person it would be an additional charge of $40 and that the local flavor coupon only covered a portion of the detail however the certificate reads for complete interior and exterior detail. Manager came over after waiting 15 minutes and he said it would be $60 due to the size of the vehicle which is a cross over type vehicle. He was extremely rude and was speaking in circles and claimed that nobody over the phone would give prices which obviously is not the case. He then got extremely flustered when he couldn't explain the up charges and certificate at which point he handed back the certificate and said we aren't gonna do your car now and you can dispute the charge with local flavor and walked away. About an hour later a woman called and asked if the gift recipient was coming in for the scheduled detail. Obviously no communication. Save your money and head ache and go to a reputable auto detailer who appreciates their customers. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

I Received a Gift certificate (local flavor certificate) for my birthday for Newburgh Auto Spa, It was for a full interior/exterior detail certificate. I made the appt on Monday, the girl said because I had a SUV it was gonna be an additional $10, I wasn’t happy, But I said ok. Went this morning guys came out and looked at my car, which wasn’t bad inside at all, normal dirt on the floor, alittle dust on the windshield, no stains on the seats! The guys said it would be An additional $30 because it’s an SUV, and the certificate is for a normal size small car…. I tried to explain my convo with the receptionist girl the other morning, they got the manager. He came out ready to fight… Tells me his girls would never give a amount over the phone, they know better. I told him that this was a gift, I do not have a large vehicle it’s not a van or anything… he said “well you have a small suv, it’s gonna be an additional $50-$60” So now I got 3 different amounts…. I said this is absolutely insane! He than said “You know what we’re not gonna be dealing with you today, contact Local Flavor and get a refund! ” I said “This is a gift, I called I spoke to one of your girls the other day, how can you all have different amounts? The certificate says full interior/exterior detail! ” He walked away! I was so angry I drove right to Minute Carwash…. Who are the only people getting my business now! STAY AWAY FROM Newburgh Auto Spa! The are crooked thieves! *Also with the certificate it doesn’t include the tax, so I would have to pay the tax also*

Thieves! So I have been here several times with my own car. I took my daughters car to be vacuumed. I got the deluxe.
I placed her apple ear pods (which were in her dash) in the center console for safety.
After returning my daughter’s car she thanked me and asked for her EarPods … I told her I placed them in center console.
GONE!
I hate thieves! I detest them!
I tip on average 10$ with service it’s not much but cmon!
and THIS is how I’m treated!
Don’t bother taking your car to this place!

Today was my first time visiting this place and the service was horrible. I paid for the showroom package. They did a rush job. They threw my car mats around, put them back in the car wet. There is water spots all over my car. Did not do a goid job vacumming at all. The guy was very rude when i expressed mt concerns. I am an active duty Soldier that just wanted goid service. It did not help that i was a female because he thought i didnt know the difference between vacuuming and wiping out a car. I will never go back there.

This experience was horrible. I was charged for “wiping the inside” yet all they did was wipe around the door then have the nerve to say “that’s all we do” never again

Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation & balance and then interior detail. After the first two services are complete (an hour and a half later) detail rep claims that she needs to close up because business is slow. So now we turn down business because there isn’t enough business.

I used to like this place all up until they broke the undercarriage cover to my car. I just bought that piece. 100 $ oil change, and they broke a 260$ piece. I was told the owner would give me a call, but that never happened. Not quality service!

Amazing job with detailing, interior of the car looked brand new. For what had to be done, the detailing was relatively fast. Almost the entire interior was super dirty beforehand.

It was a lovely experience. I like the ease of having your car washed as you watch it being washed. Good customer service and there's a great rapport between the associates. Very professional!

I work at a repair shop down the street, and frequently bring cars here after we are finished with them. People expect way too much for a 20$ wash. Cars always come out clean with interior vacuumed and windows clean. If you’re not satisfied with the outcome spend the time and do it yourself. Worth the money.

They did not put air filter box back correctly when they checked it. The bottom was not fastened. Good thing I caught it a few days later.

The owner is a disgrace to customer service. Don’t ever complain about them doing a bad job or you might just be told to go somewhere else because he gets his feelings hurt when you tell him they did a bad job. Was a loyal customer for over 15 years and seen them change owners and this guy is the absolute worst ever. Don’t waste your time going here.a drive down 17k into the city of Newburgh or go to new Windsor, this place is honestly trash.

Great place to get an oil change, especially if you have a Mini Cooper. About $50 less than Valvoline would have charged me and you can save even more with "VIP Club" discounts. They did a full brake job for me and I saved a lot by becoming a member. They even got the BRAKES light that's been on since Mavis did my brakes to turn off.

I highly recommend this place. I'll keep going back there because of the excellent service and not because they tried to upsell me for something i didn't need, the way many other service centers do.

Unfortunately, some of the employees don't give correct information, seem confused about pricing and are misleading. Too bad because this type of service is a nice idea and can be a thoughtful gift.the staff wasn't able to accurately provide pricing for what I wanted. I bought a gift card (I learned my lesson, no more gift cards for me!) Now I'm stuck with a card. Lesson learned!

This place is just EH when it comes to washes and oil changes. I wasn't impressed. My car wash was mediocre at best. Don't think I'll be back.

I have seen many owners come and go but the service is ALWAYS top of the line and that's what has kept me coming back for all these years.

I always get my car washed here, the staff does a phenomenal job inside and out! Ladies and Senior Days discount. Worth every penny!

I brought my car in for an oil change and interior detailing on Wednesday January 20th. The pricing on the app says $49.99 for express interior detailing, and $74.99 for Mobil One Synthetic oil change. At the shop they have these services listed as 59.99 and 84.99. I questioned the advertised pricing on the app. The cashier brought it to the owner's attention who came over and WOULD NOT HONOR THE PRICING ON THE APP! Completely misleading!

Not even an apology for the mistake, just an "it is what it is" answer.the app wasn't updated in two years. I told him they should either take down the app, or update the pricing, that it's misleading customers. This is clearly Bait and Switch. He brushed me off and walked away, told cashier to give me a 15% discount. I still paid about $20 more than I expected $157 total. I have used their services in the past and like the work they do, however I will bring my car to the dealership for future oil changes and detailing. Or I may go to their local competitor, they'll respect a loyal customers business. Here we are, in a down economy, and we want to support local businesses. This interaction made me feel worse than actually paying more for service. I would pay $157 for a high level oil and great detail service. But never again from Newburgh Auto Spa on Rte 17K.

It's a shame as it's not a big business, it's a small business, but they clearly don't care about misleading customers with pricing.

Their app is not correct, but their website is.so I’m not sure why their IT person can’t update the app’s pricing.it’s 2021, I have a website that filters out to my social media when I update it. It’s not that difficult, and wouldn’t be misleading, then on top of it all to be treated like a second rate customer! Peace kiddos, I’ll get it all done at Nissan and pay extra for their accurate, and clear upfront pricing

Convenient. Usually wash my car myself for a quarter of the price. However having your car vacuumed and the windows done is worth the price. Many options to choose from. The employees work very hard.

I am giving one star to this merchant due to the manager not honoring a certificate for a complete auto detail that I purchased through LocalFlavor.com. I initially presented the certificate for this service and was told by the cashier that I would have to pay the sales tax upon the completion of the service. There was no mention that I would have to pay any additional money. However, when I picked up my car, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $20 for the service. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager told me that the cost of the complete auto detail went up from the certificate price of $169.99 to $189.99 and that I would have to pay the $20.00 price difference. When I told him that I expected him to honor the certificate, his words were "It is what it is and you have to pay it". How very unprofessional to say this and not honor the certificate for the service. If I wanted my car back, I had no choice but to pay the additional money. I will not use this business again nor would I recommend it.

The response from the owner indicated that he does not understand or does not want to acknowledge the poor business practice of not honoring the LocalFlavor.com certificate for the service negotiated by LocalFlavor.com. This issue is not about paying the sales tax. I reported this issue to customer service at LocalFlavor.com. They understood the issue and provided a refund for me. Thank you LocalFlavor.com.

Priced higher than usual and they don't clean the inside of the car immaculately. They will reclean if asked but the money you have to pay is crazy to even have to ask for a reclean. The cleaning has gone downhill.
