The front desk staff are very greattt and good workers, as well as the physical therapists Dan, Ashimi, Jamie, Jason and Maged as well. The chiropractor Dr. Gillman is very great too and very nice. Would 10/10 recommend them!

The front desk staff was very helpful and had friendly interactions with the patients. The office itself was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. I was seen by Dr. Louis and I was very satisfied with the process he recommended for my bursitis/sciatica. I highly recommend this center. Be patient with the wait time bc this is common with any office, clinics or hospital due to so many people with health issues.

Place is great and they take care of me well except I’m having problems with receptionists downstairs on lower level they keep scheduling me too appointments I can’t make it too and are doing what they want with scheduling appointments and was giving me difficulties getting me arranged to an appointment someone should speak to them about this but other then that chiropractors are great and upstairs 2nd floor receptionists they did a great job lower level staff can do better to make this business run better.

Their PT facility is great. The desk ladies are awesome, everyone knows what to do, always polite and helpful.
Doctors and therapists are also nice on the second floor. Good experiences.
However, if you come for orthopedic which is located in the basement floor, it is a whole different experience.
There is one lady who works everyday so amazingly unpleasant.
Every time they will call you 100 times to confirm your appointment on the day before and try to make sure you show up on time, but if you show up on time, the wait time 45min minimum is almost guaranteed.
NEVER been called in on time at basement facility. Average 1.5 hour wait. Currently I am writing this review as waiting to see my doctor. It’s been 1 hour and 40min and counting.
Few times, I got “auto-confirmation texts” from them. So I showed up on time. And I was told there is no appointment.
Of course no one is sorry. That’s fine, it’s not surprising. But they need to figure out their appointment system.
(I never had to wait more than 10min for PT on the second floor, btw. I do recommend PT facility. Stars are for them.)
One good thing in the basement is that their bathroom is very clean.

The office is always clean and smelling fresh the staff of doctors and office assistants treat the patients with respect and support for what ever the patient needs 10/10

Jules, the physical therapist, worked with me with care. Jules enabled me to move forward with a positive attitude and taught me to utilize my own body correctly to support the parts that were "weaker" and in pain. I was also reminded to practice these exercises at home, allowing me to develop my own agency! Thank you, Jules!

Please try to avoid this spot if you’re big on time management. They have the worst time management skills and will make you wait an extra 2 hours especially when you come up to your appointment on time. Some of the office receptionists aren’t as friendly, there’s literally 1 nice receptionist there and the rest will be monotone with you if you discuss your concerns with them. I recommend going to a different spot that actually tends to your needs and will show you that they care.

My first time visiting this facility. Upon registering, I received a personalized welcome folder, which I loved. Everyone was very friendly and hospitable, even offering tea or coffee, to everyone. The atmosphere overall was very pleasing and very calming. I will definitely recommend this facility to all my friends and family.

Worst centre. They took an appointment for scanning. The door was locked in the ground floor. Very unprofessional. They didn’t even inform any cancellation. Then again I took another and they are insisting that I should see they doctors. They keep making you come again to collect insurance. Psychological they make you do it again.

Phenomenal work by the staff here. Yapa, Jerome and Crystal were superb! Their professionalism, care and attitude were gratefully appreciated. I would definitely recommend this facility!

NOT COVID SAFE, not professional! Do not come here. Do not trust them. While I had a great experience first talking with their chiropractor when I first came and I explained all the issues I was having - and he listened - red flags were immediately raised for me. Why wasn't an MD talking to me? The chiropractor was brilliant, excellent, but his scope of practice isn't internal medicine and my first meeting he did things existing outside of his scope. I was scheduled for neurology on the weekend, I arrived on time. Forty five minutes after my appointment start time, I had not yet been seen. The receptionist then told me I was only meeting with neurology to get a chiropractor and PT referral. It's a ponzi scheme because even *if* I wanted to see a chiropractor or physical therapist, I would be quite unlikely to choose this office. I believe in finding the best possible care and I called this office in a moment of need; please heed these warnings. They do not respect your time. They do not follow clocks or schedules. You will waste entire days just WAITING TO BE SEEN. As much as I need a doctor, I also need to be efficient with my time and all this does is make it impossible to plan for anything. If you work, forget about it! You think you're missing an hour of work and you end up missing all of 12-4 though you'll only speak with a doctor for thirty minutes. I recommend integrative medicine practitioners, functional medicine doctors, teaching hospitals. I'm still building the team or doctors I know will be best for me and I'm sure, now, that it doesn't include this office. It's unfortunate because I am sure that there are great doctors here, including Dr. Gilman, head of chiropractic medicine, but this isn't the office for great doctors. Being a great doctor is an anomaly here not a rule. The neurologist was only just reading my file when I sat down for my appointment - an hour after my appointment time! He said "next time bring the MRI report, " though I had already submitted all of that imaging. Dr. Gilman told me it wouldn't just be a place to treat symptoms and not diagnose and that is exactly what this place is. If you want to not know what is causing your issues and feed a cash cow of a business, come here. The neurologist did not even know I submitted an MRI report here. I am literally sitting in the neurologist's office as I type this so these are live and real reactions. If you have a known injury or known cause of pain, then sure, come here. If you have no idea what is causing your issues, then go anywhere else. Me? I'm going to go see a real doctor somewhere who knows how to store my records. They lost files I gave them - confidential MRIs! If I have to go to any doctor and continuously bring them the same paperwork, then that's not a real doctor. The neurologist kept asking me to pull down my mask because he didn't understand me though I enunciate well. As an immune compromised person, I should not have to pull down my mask EVER.

From the orthopedic to the chiropracter and the physical therapist every staff member is just the best they make you feel like family and at home. They focus on you and your needs. They make sure you are the priority and im gratful they are here for me

I enjoyed NYMDC without a doubt! As a novice experimenting with having me acknowledging I was living in pain this facility was by far best one of the best facilities I had the honor and privilege attending. The front staff treated me with dignity and respect, the chiropractor and attending chiropractor (s) are very well knowledgable and BEYOND caring! And I've had pleasant experiences with the Physical Therapist too! And if you're looking for advance treatment they have Shockwave Therapy and Red Light Therapy and those therapist are super incredible too! My only advice to someone coming in with pain to be addressed is to please be kind and patient to those which are serving you, acknowledge how you feel and commit to your weekly treatmen. The more I commited to showing up for myself at NYMDC regardless of how I felt the better I felt and you really do get a lot of value here too; it's just all about how you perceive value, I think. Thank you NYMDC!

Drs, nurses even the managers are very nice. I been going about 2 years now and had no problem. I’m glad that I found this NYMDC my pain level is little Manageable. Every little thing helps.

Excellent. Dr Clyne immediately in my first visit fixed my neck stiffness and pain and directed me to the medical advice. Saved my life.

Took my 9yr old son for the first time yesterday 12/13/22 to see Dr. Gillman for adjustment. What a great doctor. My son even said how nice he was when we left.

Took over an hour to see a doctor after my alloyed appointment time.
Dr told the X-ray tech to X-ray the wrong finger.
Took 20 minutes to pay after my appointment was finished.
Told them I did not want to set up a follow up appointment but they set one up anyway.

Came to their office with extreme pain an uncertainty of what was the cause.
By the time talking with the specialist reassured me we were going to put the work in to get back to a better place.
Exercises and stretches helped tremendously the first day Imma stick to my appointments and I believe I'll be in better shape

Doctors are excellent. They take the time to speak & assess what you need. Try to help as much as they can

I’ve only been to the facility twice but I’ve been impressed with how professional and caring the staff is. I especially found Lillian to be very helpful and courteous. I had questions about physical therapy that she wasn’t able to answer on the spot but got a phone call shortly after I arrived back home.

This is the best place for therapy. I've tried the rest, now I can truly say that I found the best.
When I came to nymdc in 2017 I could barely walk. I had a terrible fall on my job and I thought I was going to have to retire and go out on permanent disability. But God had a different plan he put me with the best group of Dr's and physical therapy team. I will tell you Dr. Sadiqu his wife Dr Gilman and the entire staff entreats everyone with the utmost respect and love.
When you come to NYMDC you don't feel like a patient you feel like a family member being taken care of. These people really care. At one time I could barely walk now I can run THANK GOD!

From my personal experience had an accident on may 2016 injected my leg could not walk and a lot of pain thanks to New York diagnostic Center queens treated me very well threpests, doctors, and the staff they were excellent and did their job professionally would like to recommend it to anybody with injury and pain. I feel physically mentally fine thank you

The doctor was okay but when it came to the billing they were terrible. They called to tell me my husbands insurance was inactive but they way they did it, SMH. Rude and dismissive! Only to check myself and find out it is and always was Active. They cancelled all his upcoming appointments without even calling us. The same day I called Northwell and they checked the insurance with me on the phone and booked the appointment. As I said the doctor was okay but they need better people in the billing department. It was our first time there and it was a terrible first impression.

My experience at New York Medical and Diagnostic Center has been very good! The entire staff is professional and very detail-oriented. Indera is very welcoming at reception. I have to say that Sabita and Jerome are the best! They have been extremely helpful in my recovery in physical therapy. Going there was a real pleasure for all my medical needs. I was able to be evaluated, diagnosed and treated at the same facility!

The problem with this place is the lack of transparency. I ask for a specific chiropractor-I'm told that specific chiropractor will be there-only to be assigned to a different person next time. Moreover, the receptions tell me about appointments within a week when the doctor tells me I don't need an immediate followup. And yeah, im using an alias to make the comment.

Chiropractors is so-so. Honestly, they're not my favorite. I always end up with severe pain from them the next day. They need Acupuncture here. All the Phys. Therapy is top tier 5 stars. I can't forget how Dr. Sadigh is very courteous. He seems vigorous and is definitely diligent to his patients. Doctor Naik, Merchant, and Louis are very well seasoned in their career. Dr Jimmy Li, Podiatrist, does 108% more work for you to heal. Trust me on that! They speak with you throughly and don't let you leave until all questions are asked and answered. A bit confusion at front desk sometimes because appts are all over the place. The lower level front desk always has it together and its a very cozy facility. Will be returning for further treatment in foot doc and Phys Therapy.

The staff at N.y. Medical and Diagnostic are the best. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Lillian, an assistant to Dr. Louis is my go to person. She is the most experienced, knowledgeable and professional person that I have encountered anywhere that I receive Medical services. Thank you Lillian for all that you do!

This place is disgusting. Typical mill. 2 hour wait to see a doctor. What is the point of making an appointment at a certain time if you have people sit around for 2 hours to be seen? It's like a 3rd world country in here. Dirty, old paint on the wall, furniture that looks like they got it out of a dumpster, smells horrid, the signage throughout this place is all in improper English. VERY bizarre place. You're better off going down the block to Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group. It's a normal and clean office, doesn't resemble a doctors office in a 3rd world country.

The staff here is wonderful and very accommodating, especially Lillian. While I was waiting for my friend to finish her treatment Lillian was the one who explained all of the services offered here. She was the one who introduced me to this new road of healing!

The staff is absolutely wonderful and pleasant. They are patient and very kind even when you're frustrated because of the wait to see the doctor or the level of pain. Any time I have any questions about my case or treatment plan Maria and Lillian always get back to me in a timely fashion.they're true assets to NYM&D. The only downfall is the parking situation.

Suffering from pains? You don't have to worry anymore. NYMDC is here to help you getting rid of this daily pain that doesn't go away. Great reception desk on each floor. The staff is great. At NYMDC you are treated as a family member. They have all the equipment you need to get you back in good shape. Please don't wait no longer. Go to NYMDC and you will feel like home.

So far my experience has been a positive one. Dr. Lewis is taking care of me, and my physical therapist Samuel Boulos is great. The staff is friendly and attentive. I have no complaints!

There services are so incredible and there staff is excellent I love their therapy remedies and techniques it really help me to feel better and get better for my son I love them alot five star all the way

OMG. From beginning to end it was awful. Son went in for a herniated disc. Physical therapist just stretched him and put tens machine on him which actually hurt him. No real questions, no checking range of motion, nothing really. Took about 5 to 10 minutes of chatting while doing legs stretches (The area where they do that is also soooo tiny that people in the other side would bang into us). I later went to another physical therapist and the intake was an hour with such a range of therapies. Crazy.couldn’t believe the difference! Orthopedist there also didn’t seem that well informed I hate to say. Also, wait time is just awful for orthopedist. I left once because of the wait time and then I waited over an hour another time. Just such a frustrating experience with no results for my son. They also kept giving him tests and X-rays without ever explaining why or the results. He’s still in such pain but I refuse to go back

Staff always helpful and accomodating. Sometimes the wait is long but that is because they spend time with you and not count the minutes like in some places where you are just another number and not a human being.

This place has been very great in keeping me in good health after my work injury. The staff are all great and at tentative to the patient’s needs and concerns. One individual in particular who goes above and beyond to help patients is Lillian. She has selflessly and kindly helped me on numerous occasions. She has always been very kind, organized, caring, and professional in her job. This has translated to the outcome of better patient care, communication, and outcomes. Give her a raise:)!

I wanted to take the time out to show my appreciation for the Men and women at this practice. All of the young ladies on the second floor are heaven sent. They exude compassion and are always willing to go the extra mile! The doctors are truly concerned about making you feel and get back to your self again. They really do make you feel right at home. I started treatment here and Saul results in about 2 1/2 weeks after PRP on my right knee combined with shockwave therapy and physical therapy. The staff is so amazing and really care about you. When my husband passed away the staff was very sympathetic and even sent a card to the house
