Went there today to order suits for my wedding on January 31st. The owner, Guy, and sales worker Mo were awesome! They measured my future husband and the rest of the men in the family and ordered their suits custom fit. We did the buy 1 suit get 2 free deal and it was great. Guy is an amazing business owner, he threw in my future husband's suit vest and socks for all the men on the house. Guy and Mo were very professional and honest about what looks good and what doesn't. I highly recommend this store

I just went to this location because I received a notice that I was selected for a final round in person job interview. I needed a suit right away so I could look my best. Guy and Mike were absolutely amazing to work with and I got everything I needed quickly and in the perfect sizes. Thank you guys so much! I’ll definitely be back.

This place has a wonderful selection of suits at very reasonable prices and if you think they don’t have your size think again, I’ve always had trouble getting the right size, but New York Suits on Forest and Richmond Aves.is terrific. Lauren was especially helpful and Guy is a real gentleman just went back for my 3rd suit. Next time I need one I’ll be back there again.

The owner (Guy) is absolutely awesome. I called and said I needed a suit tailored because I have an odd body shape so he gave me his availability. Within a few days I came in and he helped me pick the exact suit I wanted and did all of my measurements within 30 minutes and I was out the door. Can’t wait to pick up my suit next week.

Bait and switch. I went in for one specific suit that they had online, but when I get there he tells me they don’t have that suit but I have many others. The buy one get two free offer is actually buy one for $349 and get three for $799. Even though I told him I’m a 42 regular, and that I have suits that are that size, he’s trying to convince me I’m a 44 regular. I left and bought my suit at Kohl’s.

Needed a suit for an upcoming wedding. Lauren was extremely helpful in guiding me to the best look and style. The prices were very reasonable. I would certainly recommend this store just ask for Lauren or Mike both are very professional.

Best place to buy a suit on the island and in the New York. After having a horrible experience with Indochino making me my suit for my wedding and having it shipped from China just to be made way to small. With my wedding 2 weeks away, Guy and his staff not only took $600 off the price of my suit after hearing my woes with Indochino. He took care of the tailoring super fast and made me feel confident in counting on them to be on time with getting my suit in time. Best experience getting a suit for me

I went in looking for an affordable suit. Things have been though financially during this pandemic and I was on a tight budget. The sales man Guy, listened to me and treated me with respect and dignity. He got me an amazing deal for a quality suit. I truly felt like I was his life long friend or part of his family. If you need a suit for any occasion in Staten Island or anywhere in New York you have to come here. This was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had because I was not looked down upon or treated inferiorly for being on a tight budget. I was shopping there with my boyfriend 3 days ago and Atef was helping me. He was very professional and has a great eye for fashion. The material for the suits we’re amazing and they last. Atef was very helpful and patient with us and I recommend asking for him whenever you go.

The owner of NYMS, is named Guy. He is not only cheap but also is severely unprofessional and it shows in his product. Make no mistake, if you go to NYMS to buy a suit, the suit will have the same characteristics as its owner: Cheap and Unprofessional. I was there the other day shopping for a suit and Atef helped me get the best fitting suit and was a very good sales man. The fabric was great! I would advise anyone that wants to buy a good suit to shop at this place!

Great experience, Great prices & Great customer service. After having a not so friendly conversation with a representative at Men’s Wearhouse I decided to go here and I’m happy I did. Although I haven’t received my suit yet and cannot comment on their finished product I will give my first encounter a 5/5

Went in for suits for my wedding. Guy and Stefan were great, so great in fact that I went back for a few suits for work too. Awesome customer service and extreme attention to detail. Way better than any big box store I’ve ever been to.

We had just left men’s wear house totally disappointed with the rental options for our groomsmen, they had no options at all and we were going to settle on a color we didn’t like, we were going to have a custom suit made for the groom, again almost zero options and nothing we wanted. We left and went to New York Men’s Suits and right away I showed them a picture of what I wanted and he had it IN STOCK for us to try on and offered to order us anything we wanted. He also had the suits for the groomsmen in the color we wanted and for cheaper to purchase than the rentals at men’s wear house! Almost $100 cheaper! Plus they were 10000xs better quality than the rentals! I highly recommend New York Man Suits we are so happy we walked in there. We will NEVER step foot into a men’s wear house again. Save yourself the headache and go here instead seriously. Prices are great options are great and the staff are great!

I was there with my husband and Atef that works there was very very helpful. He was very nice and was going out of his way to find us exactly what we needed. He wasn’t forcing us to buy stuff we don’t need. Atef was the reason I went back to shop there again for the rest of my family and I suggested this store to the rest of my coworkers.

My favorite place to get my suits from. Whether i am buying a full suit, or even just coming in for a new tie or belt, this place is the best. Very attentive staff everyone is very friendly and willing to help.

Especially look for Patrick, great guy and always knows exactly what i want. This guy has styled me for basically every wedding or party I’ve been to in the past few years. Just recently i went in to buy 3 new suits. I was in a rush and told him i needed to be out in an hour. Not only was everything picked out, but he had me all measured for the tailoring in a very quick time. All 3 suits came out perfect.
