We had a great time at Spring Beauty Soho spa.
The massage was fantastic, the place was clean and very comfortable and relaxing. The masseuse, Angel, was kind and so good at what she was doing. She made sure the massage was firm as I requested. The facial was great as well. She applied different products and used hot steam and my skin came out hydrated and so smooth. I recommend this cozy gem in Soho and I’ll definitely come back for more services.

I got a $35 Groupon facial which was average. However at the end, they showed me a tips sheet that showed the lowest suggested tip amount was $20. A 57%+ tip is outrageous.

Amazing experience, highly recommend. Friendly and professional staff, great quality services. I had a facial, foot massage, and eyelashes (my first time!) done and each service was exceptional.

Everything seems fine until you get the service. Very mediocre. Wouldnt call it a massage, unless you accept the upcharge of $20 for a "deep tissue massage. " Otherwise, they're just lightly touching you during the "swedish massage. " Also they put too much oil. Would NOT recommend.

We went for a couple signature facial and it was our first time. Amazing service by Anjo and Annie. We felt very relaxed with refreshed skin.will definitely come back.

I visited Luxie Spa on Grand st on April 7th to get ‘First Visit Signature Facial’. This was the worst facial ever. She applied 3 drops of something and spread it for my face for few mins and then continued to apply 3 drops of few more products. When I complained that she is neither using the products properly, nor giving a facial nor is there any pressure, she said she will give a free ‘neck message’. And then she gave the worst message ever for few mins to compensate for the worst facial ever. It is such a shame since this place is new & has already great rating.

Emily is amazing. I got the Swedish massage and she was very thorough and attentive. She got out all the knots in my shoulders and back. Thank you!

I went on Valentines Day this year and was blown away by the service I received.
I had a 60 min Swedish message and 60 mi facial. During the message, the masseuse asked a few times if I felt comfortable and if I needed the pressure adjusted. The entire staff was so considerate, kind and professional. The spa was clean, calm and elegant. I will make it a point to come back when I’min NYC!

The service is 5 star. Celine was attentive and tried her best to keep me warm.

The room I was in could have been warmer and quieter if the owner had invested in a few more pieces of wood and enclosed the room completely from floor to ceiling. Instead one wall is open about one foot off the ceiling, letting cold air and noise in.

I’ll most likely come back for the facial but not the body massage because of the environment and not the quality.

Took couple massage with my girlfriend. Had great experience! Girls were very profesional and attentive. We felt relaxed and absolutely happy.
Will definitely go there again!

I came here with a voucher and they were able to see me same day for a lash lift. The customer service is really great and overall a very good experience. My lashes look great, and the price is right.

I found this spa on Groupon. I came here as a last-minute birthday gift to myself. I did the couples massage. Upon starting the massages they started trying to sell to us and upgrade our massage while the session was going and I was trying to relax and unwind from a stressful day. It was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. The room was bright and freezing cold, they used gloves which were also uncomfortable and the lotion was super cold. She also got lotion all over my hair, when it was time to pay they forced us to give each person a 20% tip. Tip payment and the amount should be optional. Overall it was hard to relax and I felt like they were greedy about the money and didn't care for the service they were providing. I will not return again!

Got a lash lift done and it was very ineffective and painful. Before the session I said that my I wanted more of a curly look, and to hold the treatment for longer. Instead it was a much shorter time (5min compared to 15) and very painful when it got into my eye.

Tips are computed wrongly not following the right 15%, 20%. Forcing to give higher tips. Massage was average nothing special. Not coming back here.

Brought my mom to the 90 min couples massage/facial package. Place was very clean and the massage was AMAZING. Good pressure and focused on all the knots on my back. Very reasonably priced and they have specials going on!

Emily gave me a great facial. She also explained how to improve my facial routine to keep my skin glowing. She was so knowledgeable and gentle with me since this was my first facial ever. The staff were all really nice and I’m definitely going back.

Clean but definitely will not go back. Massage therapist did not know what she was doing. Person doing facial was applying products to my face and doing treatments without telling me what she was applying or doing.

NY Lash Spa is amaaazing! Been going there for years now. Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff! I’ve been going to Monika and Mina for my natural looking lashes. They do such an amazing job and the retention rate is fantastic! Highly highly recommend this place!

I just had my lashes done here and I Love This Place and will definitely be returning. Joo did a beautiful job on my lash extensions. They are so attentive and caring here, they treat their customers like their family members and made sure I was completely satisfied with my treatments! Really natural looking extensions and helped consult me on the type of look to go for that would suit my face perfectly. Definitely give them a try, I would most highly recommend this place, I have never been to a better spa for Lashes so far ️?

Pretty disappointed with this place, bought a groupon for volume lashes and it’s quite the let down. They were friendly and nice but didn’t ask me what kind of lashes I wanted and just assumed because I got the Groupon I wouldn’t be a returning customer. The lashes came out like I barely had a coat of mascara on and with hardly any volume. They are all very thin and after 3 days have already been falling out. With all the other lash salons around I would definitely go somewhere else over this place. Mostly for the value of what your getting.

Love this place! Been going here for a few months now and Beverly does such a great job! I would definitely suggest if you’re looking for a clean spa like environment, then this is your spot. Beverley is always so prompt and professional and leaves my lashes looking and feeling as if they were my own. Highly recommend!

The only place I go for my eyelash extensions! I’ve got my eyelashe extensions done by Beverly for more than 3 years! She is so professional and amazing, she takes good care of my real lashes as well, very happy with results every time. Can’t wait to get a new set done next week!

Love my lashes! Beverly is the best lash specialist! Lashes last for a month, usually I have to retouch them every two weeks, but with Beverly, I only need to do it once a month, I love it!
