I bought a wonderful 2015 Toyota Prius V. My salesman, Matt Tally, was great. Very professional, informed and courteous. They put new tires, rotors, brakes and wiper blades on the car which is in great shape. Everyone was good to work with there from the management and financing ends as well. I’m very pleased that we could buy our now 2nd car from New Country. I highly recommend the dealership and our salesman Matt.

I had an excellent experience with Matt. Navigating the process of purchasing a new car can be stressful. He was not only transparent, considerate, and honest about my options and costs, but I felt as if he also treated me as person rather than a means to make money. The entire process was worry and hassle free. I recommend working with Matt if you are looking to purchase a car!

I purchased a new 2023 Toyota Highlander and was extremely happy with the experience. Everyone at New Country worked together to make the process as seamless as possible. Do not get your vehicle serviced here. I had to bring my vehicle back multiple times for them to get it right. There are still issues with it and I’m just done. Their body shop is run by employees who have absolutely no pride in the work they provide.

Went in for a paint recall. Quoted 3 days, got it back 2 weeks later with bare metal clear coated on the hood and dirt painted in multiple areas, red paint on my white car, and unpainted areas in my door frame.
Got it back one week later and the red was still there, plus the hood wasn’t properly masked off causing the quarter panels to have paint missing. Door frame still unpainted.
Brought it back got the other areas fixed up and to take care of an insurance claim. Quoted 3 days again, 2 weeks later they finally got the red paint out, and painted the other areas they missed… only this time it wasn’t clear coated…
Refused pickup again, 1 more week goes by and it’s finally “done. ”

There is overspray on all my light housings, overspray by my rear badge, masking lines of over spray on ALL the panels they touched, overspray on almost all my gaskets by all the windows, my hood and trunk bolts are rusting now because they didn’t use nylon lined tools and didn’t repaint them after removing them. I brought the last one up multiple times and no solution was offered.

Throughout all this they pulled a dent to repaint it properly, which is very nice of them, and gave me a loaner car for the 6+ weeks they had my vehicle. They also did the NYS inspection for free too, how kind…

In the end I asked why a manager was never called to oversee it, why the shop needed 4 attempts, and why after the customer returned for the first time it wasn’t properly cared for. I was met with passive aggression.

I know I’d be fighting a losing battle if I asked them about the zesty paint. Now I have a nice orange peel coat and because the warranty doesn’t cover plastic, cool white plastics and warm white body tones.

I was excited to get the replacement done. But after nearly 2 months of back and forth, a whopping 6 texts of communication, I can confidently say, avoid this place.

Avoid. This. Shop.

Happy with my Toyota RAV4 love the car, but after the second time to the dealership, dealing with the service manager definitely was not happy. Will be returning to another dealer for service and purchase my next vehicle through them, many recorded conversations to prove.

Christopher was such an incredible help! The Car buying world has changed all together since I bought my first vehicle. The salesman eric was a great help, and I had such a difficult time finding a vehicle that I wanted. I went to 3 different dealers and had to switch a few different times. I ultimately settled with New Country because toyota offers a longer warranty on used then brand new. Eric helped me get the extras I wanted with out a hassle. I would ultimately recommend that you find out exactly what toyota you like, find a toyota dealer close to you and order it.

I drove 3 hours one way to pick my truck up and I was at the dealership for literally 22 min and I was out the door on my way home. I will gladly buy another vehicle from them with the quick and great service

My Prius was making alarming squealing noises after I drove on a highway entrance ramp being repaved, as I was headed home from a vacation. I luckily stopped at New Country Toyota and they were simply amazing. They checked my car and made sure that the noise was caused by debris caught in tar - not anything that affected the car's drivability. I was on my way in less than half an hour after the complimentary inspection. Wonderfully helpful and quick service department!

I have to say to everyone this is the first time purchasing a toyota.my experience was awesome. I found my tundra on Autotrader contacted a salesman at new country Toyota his name was Dan Miller.who I have still not met. Dan had a couple days off to whom he told me to contact mgr Jason Collins. After contacting Jason. He made my trade in and the whole experience easy.now we can't forget Nick. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He was there for the delivery of my first tundra purchase. Once again Jason thank you and your team I give you a 20.from 1 to 10.

I would like to spread thanks to Larry Moore for his exceptional service at Toyota of New Country. What a stellar team of people the dealership has on display. I could not ask for a better salesman to deal with than Larry. Larry took the time and effort to work with me on putting me in my new TRD Pro 4Runner. 5 days in and I couldn’t be more happy to be driving it. I’m a loyal Toyota customer with my previous Toyota which was a ‘16 4Runner limited. Larry kept up with me via email updating me when delivery would happen and a time I could pick up the new 4Runner. Larry was never pushy or anxious to make a deal, he was interested in what was best for me. His generosity and courteous being is something I will never forget in my new Toyota purchase journey. Larry is the man! I wish Larry and his family a happy and healthy upcoming holiday season. I hope he brings a smile to others continuously with his engagement of others like he did with me. I’ve been working with Larry for the last 5-6 months and all that time there was no pressure to put down a deposit or come into the dealership to talk it over. He asked what I was looking for and would let me know. He let me know if they didn’t get an allocation for that month or not and when something did come in he let me know and the buying process was the easiest I’ve ever had with any vehicle.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car here recently. Nick was very kind and informative during our initial appointment. Due to the car shortage, we had to wait a couple of months as expected. During that period of time Nick kept in touch so we did not feel forgotten. Once our car arrived Nick was available to answer all of our questions and took time with us on the day we picked it up. We are very happy with our experience at New Country and we LOVE our new car.

Best car buying experience I have had in decades. DAN MILLER in sales is awesome. He is easy to deal with, responsive and accommodating. Knowing I had a small drive to reach the dealership, he called ahead of my appt time to let me know the status of their truck-prep. Once I arrived, he came out immediately, we got to work and things were literally seamless. The truck was ready and waiting! Henry in the business office had me sign papers efficiently. I was in and out as quickly as it could be done and I absolutely will be back. Awesome experience with this team - and customer service IS my business, so I am not easy to impress! Thank you Dan, Henry and the entire New Country team.

Fantastic I have no complaints, I had to wait a month and a half for a new 2022 RAV4. Larry and his team made the process nice and easy for me even though I had to meet him late in the day to make it work.all the effort and communication was a big help for me considering it’s my first time taking a new vehicle. I’ve been eyeballing the the newer Toyota’s for a few years and finally bit the bullet, Super happy with my new car nothing but good things!

I had the most amazing service! This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. The staff, especially Larry, we're friendly, understanding, patient, and communicated with me every step of the way. They did all the work for me and was an extremely easy process. I highly recommend New Country Toyota Saratoga to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will absolute go here when due for a new vehicle, there is no other dealership that could possibly compare to the experience I had!

I interacted with Larry and Brandon from sale and finance, respectively. Larry was the main point of contact and is a fantastic person to work with. He made sure a hassle free delivery of the car. Everything was thought out by him in advance via our numerous email exchanges insurance, finance, registration etc. Larry was extremely respectful of my time and i really appreciate that.

Passive aggressive fear mongering customer service: Capable technicians.
Ladies, use a male pseudonym such as Butch, Duke, Beau, and Gaston or, if you're a Sheryl Crow fan, Bill, Billy, Mac or Buddy to avoid stereotypical assumptions that neither you nor anyone you know is capable of performing even the simplest of maintenance tasks.
Took my single owner 2004 Sequoia here in May to repair a non-working rear liftgate. Was quoted $825 to repair the rear latch and $2700 for other repairs; battery replacement ($281), belt replacement ($191), right front axle replacement ($1014), antenna replacement ($470), spark plugs ($200), cooling flush ($250), oil change ($80), and 4WD maint ($270). I have receipts from 20K miles ago when the cooling flush, 4WD maint, and spark plugs were replaced (I have kept every record and receipt since 2004 when I bought it off the lot). Spouse declined all offers except oil change and liftgate repair. Customer service agent Naomi L.was rude, passive aggressive, and pushy. Made innuendos that my wife was going to get stranded or lose control of vehicle if she didnt allow Toyota to do this maintenance RIGHT NOW. Sequoia was at the dealership for 7 days to get the liftgate repaired. 7 days.
Replaced the battery and belt in less than 1 hour myself for $210 vice paying $472 + tax. Reminds me of Amazon offering to install windshield wipers for $300 (look it up!). Had AAA inspect axle and was informed the axle was fine and did not require replacement. I'll update this review when I do replace the front axle, which wont be here, so there is a record of how long I disregarded the recommendation.
Rear lift gate works great and oil change sticker was expertly affixed to windshield. Car repair is a challenging and complicated profession. You dont need to unnecessarily make it more complicated and and play into the stereotype that the dealership is a money pit constantly recommending unneeded, unasked for, and unnecessary repairs.
To be clear, this is not a bad review on the technician making the recommendations. I would not be writing this review if the customer service agent (Naomi) had shown a modicum of professionalism but instead she felt it necessary to belittle and show superior knowledge over another human- Thanks Naomi.

Dropped my car off for an oil change and service, and was told that it would take about an hour and that I would receive a text when it was done, then I never did. I wasn’t able to get my car back until the next day resulting in me having to leave work early in order to do it. When I explained the inconvenience I was told that there was an issue with text communications, when it was then tried again and immediately I received a text from my phone from the same number that was supposed to let me know that my car was ready. I asked to speak to a manager and there was no one there to help, resolve the issue, or compensate for the hours that i lost at work because of their “technical difficulties. ” When I brought my car home I had realized that I accidentally left my wallet in it while it was being serviced just to find out that my debit card is missing from it. I looked everywhere and couldn’t be more sure that i had it before I went to bring my car in. It was in the drivers side door, inside of my wallet so there is no chance that it could have fell out, which if it did I should have received a call or text about a lost debit card but I was never informed. This needs to be figured out and I will definitely be bringing this to someone’s attention.

I just had the best car experience with Dan Miller of New Country Toyota in Saratoga Springs NY. In these unusual times of shipping delays and lack of inventory, Dan was stellar. He was super organized, professional, kept me informed, and most of all is a really kind person. No question, however small, went unanswered and he always got back to me right away.
A shout out as well to the Business Manager, Henry Whitbeck, whose kindness and professionalism also made the experience a superior one. He was thorough, informed, and a really nice guy. He demystified the business end of the transaction. I give both of these gentlemen 5 stars out of 5!
