All the employees were nice and professional. I love how my nails turned out. Can’t say enough good things about them, highly recommend for anyone who regularly gets manicures.

My mom always talks about her salon now that she moved from NJ. I went to visit and needed a refill so she brought me here. Prices are fair, quality of service is great, the salon is beautiful, and hospitality was amazing. I will always come here when I come to visit my mom! Ken is my new friend. I’m picky about my nails but I came and got a classic French set and they did great!

My wife convinced me to go with her and one of our daughters to get a pedicure. Man, was it relaxing and I was really impressed with the cleanliness and how polite the staff were. Ken (the owner I think) was super nice, and the staff (Jason, Grace, and Katie) did a fantastic job. I didn't get nail polish, but the lotions and oils, and hot stone, and callus sanding and massaging were outstanding. I didn't realize how much my feet needed it. The salon does not smell like nail polish or remover. It's very odor-free and pleasant. The interior is really nicely designed and decorated, very relaxing. And, they gave us a massage for our shoulders at the end. Pedicures are not my thing but I would do this again someday. If you're a lady looking for a salon like this, I don't think you'll be disappointed. And if you're a guy whose girl is asking you to go, ignore the potential stigma attached to a guy getting a pedicure and just go do it. You'll be surprised at how relaxing it is. I would recommend New Apple Nails & Spa to anyone.

This nail salon is my favorite. I got dip powder ombre nails which I didn't even know was a thing and they're beautiful! Lily did my nails and Neo did my toes. Ever one was super friendly and they give great massage with the pedicure and manicure. I feel like royalty here. Everything is super clean and they have more colors than any nail salons I've been too. They're waxing is a great job too. I highly recommend. Can't wait to go back soon!

Back again for more these ppl are the best so great with nail work. Massages. Moisturizing. Too many colors! I love the dip powders lasts so long and leaves your nails healthy afterwards. Àgain can't stress enough this is the best nail salon I've ever been too.

After only 2 weeks of having my nails done, my finger nail turned green and is infected. While i was getting my nails done, I noticed that another worker beside us was also taking care of somebody and my nail tech and the other one next to us were sharing tools with me and the lady next to me. Used the same filer, scissors, and other nail tools used for acrylics. I think it’s really gross and terrible that they are sharing tools first off all, and that my nails are turning green underneath. I immediately took my nails off after paying $70 for these nails. Not worth it whatsoever. Don’t recommend at all

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I called before hand and asked them for prices and told them specifically what I wanted then when I arrive they start trying to tell me different prices.second the nail tech I had JANE was very rude and unprofessional every time I’d ask her to please fix a mistake she’d get upset and ignore me and then the nail didn’t even come out nice. I honestly disliked her work.my acrylics came out super uneven and full of bubbles inside multiple nails.on top of that at the register she had the nerve to ask for a tip after the horrible work she did. Won’t be returning.

This place is amazing. I’ve finally found my spot for pedicures. They have so many amazing options to chose from. The family/workers are super nice as well. They give you shoulder massages after your purchase and depending on the pedicure you pick you get a 10 min massage, hot stone massage and all. I recommend to try this place out and you won’t wanna go anywhere else afterwards!

They always do a great job on my nails! I get pedicures and have slightly ingrown toenails that can be very sensitive. They are always very gentle around that, the whole experience is very relaxing and my nails look beautiful!

I finally left this place and found another. I was tired of never being spoken to unless it pertained to the choice of the color I wanted and if I was going to tip! My first time was pleasant enough. The young lady spoke to me. But when I came back she wasn’t there and I got another nail tech. She never spoke to me. I tried making conversation but it went nowhere. I found a place where they interact with their customers. And frankly I like the final product better.

My experience was great this was my first time here, I was recommended by someone I was not disappointed.
Neo took his time and I was very relaxed. I didn’t feel rushed and I do recommended you call for appointment, it was very busy.
I told him I will see him in a few weeks. Enjoy the day.

I’ve since moved out of the Buffalo area back to NYC, so I haven’t been here in a while.
However this was my go to salon for manicures and pedicures when I lived here. The price is great, the location is clean and provides a great level of customer service and atmosphere. Highly recommend coming here and trying their services!

After searching for a nail salon to get my nails done for my bridal shower I found New Apple Nails who had the best reviews with over 700. When I entered, Lily asked if I would like Dip. I said “yes” and showed her the inspirational picture I had if she could do something like that. She helped me pick out a color and told me what the cost would be for what I wanted. She was very thorough, and did an amazing job on my nails. I will definitely be back for my bachelorette nails and wedding.

I have been going to Apple Nail SPA for some time now and have never had a bad experience in fact quite the opposite! I leave there feeling very relaxed and satisfied with any service I have received! Yesterday Honey did my pedicure and it was excellent! Thank you Honey and I will definitely be asking for you to do my next pedicure! Ken the owner makes sure everyone is happy and that his staff is well trained! Thank you all!

This was my 2nd time going to this salon and both times it was amazing, I love that they do back massages and hand massages while getting your nails done it’s very relaxing a nice touch to the service. Jason did my nails and he did a great job, I got the dip powder full set, they last longer and the paint doesn’t chip or wear off definitely recommend this salon for your service I will be a returning customer for now on I am very happy with my nails love them!

I absolutely love this salon! I have been going here for a long time. New Apple Nails is extremely clean and the employees are so kind. They are there to give you a great experience. Customer service is a 10/10 for sure! I have gotten the following services: gel manicure/pedicure, acrylic nails and dip powder nails. My nails always hold up and if there are any problems they are always happy to help fix anything. Overall, I recommend this salon to everyone!

My usual salon was closed, and my nails needed some serious TLC ASAP! New Apple is the best little hidden gem! The salon is beautiful, modern and spotless. The atmosphere is calm and serene. And the staff are SO friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the quality of my entire experience - I walked out feeling so relaxed, and my nails look amazing! First time there today with my sister and niece. They got us right in on a Saturday afternoon! I didn't catch the name of the woman who did my pedicure, but she was so gentle with my ticklish feet! Lily took care of my gel manicure and shoulder massage and both were great! Service was quick and friendly, salon was cleaning peaceful! Will definitely come back!

Came in today for some work on my nails, the usual girl who does my nails was out today, a guy offered to do my nails instead. Which was a terrible mistake. The process was very painful, didn't get the design that I asked for and by the end my fingers were all cut, nicked and bleeding. Additionally, I was charged almost 100 dollars for the poor experience. After I walked out the guy came out yelling and telling me that if I wasn't going to leave a tip I should find another establishment to go to. I wasn't tipping him over the nightmare he put me through. Never again will I do business with this nail salon.

My little sister went there for a full spa pedicure. She really enjoyed the experience and recommended it to me. After going there myself, I can confirm that it was one of the most enjoyable, relaxing, and the BEST experience I have ever had. The staff were also super patient and friendly. I also forgot to mention the fact that the nail salon smelled nice, which is surprising because many other salons I have went to are all stinky and smell disgustingly awful.
