Neon Beauty Studio

Went here for gel x. Quality was adequate but it took forever and was expensive. However my biggest concern is their customer service. They made me feel bad for having a sick child that caused me to have to reschedule. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but to approach it how they did, tell me i can come back but have to pay a deposit (which i would have), and then i find out that instead they blocked me so i can never book again, is just ridiculous and unprofessional.
