NCA is a family oriented company. The company hires compassionate leadership who is eager to get you to the next levels of your journey with the company. The adjusters and leadership work hard to ensure that we take care of the injured workers. I am proud to be a part of the NCA team.

Worst company with I ever deal with, Neither Adjuster nor Rep are bougther to answer our calls. Left several voicemails as well as no responce from any one side.

The worst nys comp company times a thousand don't even rate 1 star but you have to give them 1 to post will be posting regularly until I get my script of 10 years filled. Couldn't figure how they had 1.9 stars so I went back to see that all 5 stars were given by employees

I've been trying to talk to someone at NCAComp for months. No one ever answers and when you are on hold and your caller number comes up they just disconnect you. I've been trying to get milage reimbursement but don't see it ever happening. Workers comp needs to step up and replace this third party company.

I need surgical procedures. I've been reaching out to my case worker. When I first nally reached someone at NCA they told me that my case worker had left! My orthopedist has now moved to Florida and I had to find another to take my case. They have denied my doctor's script for an electric scooter. They decided I wasn't eligible. I'm 70 yrs.old with 2 bad knees & back injuries related to my claims and I need a shoulder replacement. How much worse do you have to be?

I would give NCA a negative 1 if I could. I am someone who always sees some positive and right now I am struggling to find it. I have made numerous calls to my adjustors, bc they chg, and supervisors, with no call backs. Emails are rarely being written back to my doctors offices. No call backs they are telling me. I'm not getting approvals for procedures yet I can not speak to anyone. Please be better for me and others.

By far the worst job I’ve ever worked for… workload, pay, management, training, everything is terrible. The ONLY beneficial things are the flex schedule and remote work, even the “bonuses” are horrible. They make it seem like they’re doing you a favor giving you $25-$35 as a “bonus”… it’s actually laughable. The company is ran poorly and is very unorganized. They do not respect nor appreciate their workers. HR basically acts as if she runs the company and they allow her to. She’s very nasty to everyone and the moment you question her or stick up for yourself she terminates you because she likes being “direct” but cannot accept it which is a horrible trait for anyone in management. Both her and my TL fabricated a story to have me terminated and after speaking with previous coworkers this is normal behavior of hers. You’d think since she’s the REASON so many people from the company were let go they would monitor her behavior, but no. They make you feel like you have to bow down and listen because of her title. I feel bad for the claimants who have claims with NCA and provider offices that work with NCA because nothing is completed timely and they make everything a hassle. I would never recommend anyone working for this company unless its to hold you over for another job. Hopefully one day before the company is destroyed by their HR, they’ll make some changes and actually try to KEEP their workers. The company is a revolving door.
