They changed the music for me because I said I did not like the song to my friend but I didn't realize how loudly I said it. It was Christmas music and hearing it traumatizes me since I hear it all the time at work. 10/10 customer service!

I've been to this store a few times, mainly for their face masks and makeup. The staff there are very welcoming and knowledgable and always helped me when needed. However, I cannot give more than 2 stars because of one worker in particular. Every time I go to the store, MICHELLE (which one of the staff had told me was her name), always had a rude tone when checking me out. Not only that, she would constantly be on her phone while everyone else was working hard. Just today, she was circling around the store on her phone, while I was waiting on line. We made eye contact and she proceeded to walk away, instead of checking me out. Another worker had to run from the front just to help. Previously, she had thrown my receipt paper at me and left in a rush. She seems older than the other workers, yet can't seem to do her job properly. Very disappointing.

I come here once in a while to pick up some face masks and the staff are very welcoming. I haven’t seen her in a while but the girl with the red hair is always super helpful and will remember you! Unfortunately when I had gone recently and tried to ask for help one of the staff had ignored me because she was on her phone. Very disappointing.

I went to visit the store, I will give 3 stars to the workers working hard in stocking the shelves and cabinets but there was one worker, very short. On her phone at the register not standing behind the register but sitting on the floor on her phone.i was happy to see everyone working hard to please the customers but please tell that short lady to do something.

It should be 50% off and they charge full price. Please check the receipt before you leave the store!

I always go here to get my skincare routine products. I go once every few months, sometimes every month the if they something I like on sale. Most of the products are good for my skin. I have semi-sensitive skin. However this store really needs to improve their customer's service skills. The first time I went when the store first opened up in Flushing, the I’ve never seen her again and after that some of the staff there have little clues about their own products and poor identifying the customer's needs, and recommending appropriate products for them. Many times when I went there, the salespeople were just following me around, and asked me if needed help, some just stayed their distance, and when I asked them, they just read what was on the product packet like a robot. Just today, hallelujah! I met another staff member who was very knowledgeable, she gave me honest recommendations of the products that were best for my skin type. I decided to try on the new products she recommended. However, I was disappointed with how they poorly handled a situation today when one of the prices of the products I bought was different from what was displayed. I brought it up to the cashier and the salesperson who helped me with it. She went to ask her manager and when she returned she played dumb and said it was not the right price. I asked them if they can give me the price as what was displayed (it was a $10 difference). I was a salesperson at a cooperating store before too and we made a mistake with the product’s price displayed, we always give the customers the price they saw on the displayed. But the staff members here didn't. I just feel it was poorly handled. I didn't have time to argue with them and I didn’t want to look petty. I felt I was being tricked into buying products and lied to. The girl who was helping me spent a decent amount of time with me in front of the product display, she could have noticed the wrong tag and prices that were wrongly displayed. Credibility was lost today.

One of the best places to buy natural products for the skin, hair and body. It was about a month ago that I stopped by just to take a look, and the first thing that impressed me was the sheer variety, quality and AFFORDABLE PRICES! The next thing was the friendly employees and customer service. The store is very very clean and well stocked. They also have so many things on sale. I highly recommend this place to shop

I have been shopping here for many years. Every time I buy about 70-100 pieces of masks, I will pack them and give a lot of small gifts before. This time, there are no gifts. It is absolutely perfect without packaging.a hair!

I was at the store not to long ago with my child and the second I walked in the staff members literally went on top off us as if we were going to steal… I thought that was odd because there was a good amount of people in the store and yet they literally came running to us but I let it slide then when I went to pay for my things my daughter was just standing in a corner, waiting for me to pay for my things and a staff member repeatedly kept walking past her, looking at her as if she was trying to steal something which made her very uncomfortable… as a person of color, i’m very disappointed, and feel very discriminated against in my whole experience at the store.

Makeup remover DOES NOT remove as cleanly as before, and if you place the ONLINE ORDER, TEST IT at the store and to order.please! They DON’T PAY RETURN SHIPPING, we have to pay $14. Be careful! IT’S NOT FREE RETURN IF YOU ORDER IN ONLINE!

Came in to get a bunch of stuff today. For some reason they were not only playing super loud rock music, while I was there they seemed to play one song 3 times and by the time I left, were playing a 2nd song for the 2nd time. It felt like they were trying to shoo customers rather than create a relaxing shopping experience. So bizarre.

Im a big nct fan. So seeing nct everywhere made me really happy I tried sneaking photos of every cardboard cutout I saw.

This store often has discounts and raffles. There are also friendly employees who will help you choose care products.

I gave 1 star because when I was checking out, their chasier MICHELLE H was so rude and she biased with me. She discriminate among customers like she gave complimentary gift to other customer and she didn't give to me even I paid huge amount.its just a way to make customer happy but she didn't follow as per owner wants. On the paper its written that they will give complimentary gift to customer if they buy stuffs.very bad service and very bad attitude. Actually I used to went their to buy cosmetics from Nature Republic. I never saw cashier or worker who discriminate among customer and so rude like her.

They really should retraining people who are working there! No customer service. Many teenagers just standing there and watching people like we are about to steal something. They don't offer any help at all!

The cashier took my credit card when I was about to pay and he held my credit card to pay without saying anything. We are still in the pandemic, he could just tell me to tap my card instead of took my card from me and did it himself. I don't feel comfortable when he was doing that.

The staff don't care about the customers, they are just talking and watching. Nobody helps me when I was shopping.

Love this place, helpful store associates. The snail solution line of products are awesome. My skin has never felt or looked better. I also have received many compliments to when I wear the Girl Flower fragrance. Very feminine and subtle not overpowering.

Selling at a higher price than other places. It's okay because it's close to my house. But it is disappointing when the buyer has finished paying and forgot to take the goods (maybe the seller forgot to give it). The next day, they made it difficult for the customer. To prove that they have paid but they haven't delivered, the customer asks for the camera to be checked. Only then will they return the goods to the buyer. Avoid this place. Really disappointed with the way to shop here

Good product, bad sales staff. I went into the store picked up what i needed. There were 2 sales staff, one of them was on her phone, walked over to the register, she THEN casually walked behind the counter. They were out of bags! I asked if i can pay for any? NO, had to carry the items bare hand. Worst experience at cosmetic store ever!

Simply overpriced. I highly recommend presents and products online since last I brought an acne product from this store and it BARELY works yet it cost way more than the best ACNE PRODUCTS ONLINE. The place is clean but I highly recommend to get better products online and wait for delivery (if you are patient).

I love Asian skincare products, especially Korean! Makes my skin so soft. The customer service here is great

They are a head and body beauty shop. They sell shampoo and conditioner, makeup, skincare, lotions. Their makeup products are good and their other products smell amazing. I love their mango seed stuff. Good for everyday use but it isn't "Korea" cheap.

I enjoy shopping here. They have many giveaways and very nice staff that are very helpful. This is my normal nature republic spot for these reasons.

Nice and clean, and well merchandize. Many sale item. It's like entering a serene spa place in a busy flushing mainstreet.

It’s a great place to buy Korean makeup or skin care. Everything is not cheap, but it’s around affordable prices and I have bought a few things from Nature Republic which I love, for example the nose strips, charcoal mask and aloe Vera tubs. Everyone is quite friendly and it is a medium size store.

I have not tasted their smoothies, shakes, ect, but they look delish and I'm looking forward to trying one.
