PLEASE READ! - I received a recommendation to work with her from someone familiar with her work. I looked at her IG page and decided to take a chance on her. First it started going wrong when she gave me the time to drop off my hair for color service and when I arrived she was not there. She told me to push my $480 wig through her gate and she would get it when she came in the next day. I couldn’t because it wouldn’t fit but this was questionable for a so called professional. I had to wait 15 mins for her to come to the shop. Now I came in two days later and she had obviously water colored my 613 wig and ruined it. When I asked if she in fact water colored it she became loud and aggressive which came off as defensive to me. She came off as though she wanted to fight because she felt I had insulted her by asking a simple question. When I asked if she could correct the ruined color she refused and demanded in my opinion in a threatening manner (body language and tone) that I pay her for the service she failed to execute. How professional of her? Where’s the customer service and concern for the client satisfaction? She then took off for almost 40 minutes to pickup a relative during what should have been my scheduled appointment time with an unfinished client still in her chair. I left around 90 minutes in of waiting for her to return as I clearly couldn’t trust that in her anger she would complete my install to satisfaction. I’m obviously never going to work with her again and I recommend that anyone looking to book her take my personal account into consideration. I have never dealt with any business person with such horrible and unprofessional behavior. I never write negative reviews but this time is was definitely worth it and important that I share my experience with any potential victims. On a more positive note there was a very pleasant girl by the name of Tashel in the shop. She did what she could to try and salvage my soured encounter but by then it was definitely too spoiled already. No one should be made to feel intimidated or uncomfortable when they are being charged hundreds of dollars to get a service performed. So basically, I PAID her to learn a lesson. It should be noted that while I am disappointed, this very Truthful review is not being written out of anger but concern for future clients. Buyers Beware.

Sasha is the best hands down. She never disappoints when she does my hair. She guides you in products to use and styling tips at home.

I’ve been going to Sasha for over 3 years and she has never fail me. Even if it is as simple as learning how to swoop your edges, Sasha will guide you through steps and correct products to buy. Today was my fourth wig install and everything was done to fit my skin complexion. Prior to providing her with a 613 wig, I requested a tone blonde with dark brown roots. Ladies when I say I NEVERRRR DO COLOR! I DON’T. Sasha made me comfortable enough to want change and I trusted her to bring her creation to light. When my install was finish I was amazed. From now on I will try colors here and there. One thing I admire about Sasha, she takes her craft very seriously. In order to grow business and clientele she takes time to gain knowledge from other top hair professionals. This is to gain insight on new skills and updated techniques in this hair business. Theres always room for learning something new. Which hair stylist you know that will tell you what specific products to buy in order to maintain your hair? I’ll wait, if you ask me other hairstylist don’t like leaving their products out for you to see. Nevertheless, I will forever be a loyal client.
