I’m leaving an honest review, so hopefully it’s not met with any negativity. I used a Groupon for a gel pedicure. The young lady doing my pedicure didn't seem to know what she was doing. The things I’m used to getting with my pedicure weren’t done or were done without much care. For example the cleaning of my cuticles was done after my foot soaked for less than a minute and without cuticle softener and the scrubbing with the pomace that was done with no pressure. She filled the bowl up a third of the way and put soap and the blue powder. When she was done applying the scrub, she rinsed my feet in the same water with the soap and blue powder instead of fresh water. She applied the gel polish and then filed my nails again after they had been cured, which can damage the already polished nails. There was a young lady next to me doing lashes, not sure if she’s the owner. She was having a conversation on the phone and using profanity, I had my young daughter with me and found that very unprofessional. I love to see a small business flourish so I hope they train the young lady on how to properly do a pedicure and also be more professional when clients are being serviced. Thanks
Update: I’m so glad you responded. My child was actually right in front the door so I’m not sure how you didn’t see her when you walk d in. I would love to see the certification and license of this young lady because she clearly wasn’t sure of what she was doing. Instead of taking my honest review and trying to fix the issues you accuse me of trying to harm your business. You are very unprofessional, regardless of my child being there it’s not respectful to be on the phone cursing while clients are being serviced. Also, if you have an issue with people using Groupon why put your business on the site. It’s actually away for you to build clientele. I def called both the number in Groupon and and Google before I came. The place was also empty which is why I was serviced so please with the pointless comments. Please get it together for your business sake.
