Love this place my favorite nail salon
I used to have very brittle nails, and now they are healthy! My nails always have me looking my best!

I went to Nail Trix for the first time after trying many other nail salons in the CP area and this place is by far the best. The service, the experience and the work is top notch. I asked for something very specific and they (Henry nail tech) over exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much! I'll be back for sure!

Great atmosphere and they did an amazing job matching my nails to the picture I brought in!

It was the worst pedicure and manicure I have ever gotten. The woman who did it was rushing me and did a horrible job with pedicure and manicure! I just wasted $65 dollars! I don’t recommend this salon to any one! Don’t go there!

Very disappointed in this nail salon. My tech was nice but For something that shouldn’t have been more than $60 total I paid $95. Wanted acrylic but dip powder was used, judging by the tacky soft look of it while she was filing she should have used acrylic. The edges aren’t smooth and have gone over on to my skin, they are already lifting, crooked and rocket nails. I should not have paid this much for low quality. The vibe in the salon is also off. Go somewhere else,

Charged me $20 for nail “caviar” for each nail, $40 total for only 2 nails… then wanted to say it’s because of inflation. You get those beads for around $6 for an entire jar. Way to rip off customers. I paid it because I didn’t want to argue the point but will never go back here again, definitely not worth it. They fell out 2 days later. If you ever come in for a walk in, they never take you but yet have 3+ nail techs.

I honestly didn’t really know what I wanted, I just knew I was excited to find out someone knows how to do designs on nails. I’d been following their Instagram page for a few months and was obsessed with ALL the nails. My boyfriend got me a gift certificate to go there for Xmas. I decided to wait til close enough to Valentine’s Day for a cute look. I went last night and pretty much said “surprise me”. Kyle, the owner, took the time to ask about colors, then gave me some options with different shades and some with glitter. Clearly chose the gold glitter. We talked about designs and from the picture you can see the final results. The hard work and time and effort he put into the design and making them look perfect was amazing. I’ve had my nails done MANY times at other places and they’ve all messed them up and also couldn’t do designs. I am OBSESSED with how amazing these look. They’re perfect! I have FINALLY had an amazing experience at a nail salon. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Amazing place to go and always takes there time with your nails. Also will help pick your colors if you don’t what you want.

I went to nail trix for the first time today and I was very impressed! I was searching for a new salon since my last nail lady switched careers. I had an appointment with Jimmy and he did awesome! My nails look great and he added on a cute design. The other nail techs were very nice, they greeted me as I came in and thanked me for coming as I was leaving. This will definitely be my new place! Thanks again!

Kyle is amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the products and meticulous on ensuring my nails were to my liking. The entire staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Have been getting gel manicures for some time back home but stopped in here for a touch up while I was in town. Forty-five dollars for the service was very pricey, but the worst part was they ruined my natural nail taking off the gel. They filed way down into my natural nail, which isn’t required for gel and the very reason I get it. My natural nails were left rough and yellow. It will be at least 6 months before I can consider getting another while I wait for my nails to return to their healthy pre-visit state. My daughter had ANC and they lifted within days. They were friendly - that’s the only reason for 2 stars.

I absolutely love coming here and have been for several years. The quality, attentiveness to detail, and atmosphere keeps me coming back. Kyle is very consistent with his work and always does an exceptional job. I highly recommend coming here for nail services.

I have been going to nailtrix for the last 4 years and they always do an amazing job! They will always make time to fix a nail if a nail breaks between appointments also which is good for a klutz like me!

I've never gotten my nails done before, especially not acrylic. They were patient, friendly, explained everything to me. They helped me pick colors and design (even though I probably seemed super nervous). I've gotten so many compliments from coworkers, strangers, friends. I had Jimmy, he was very kind! What a wonderful first experience, I've been reccomending them and him to everyone that has commented on my nails!

Everyone here is so amazing! Kyle and Han run an amazing salon and every single experience here is always fantastic! I will always come here for my nails Bc the vibe is one of a kind and my nails are Always Slayed!

I tried this nail spa for the first time because I heard good things from other friends. The massage chairs are nice and customer service in terms of being very friendly are also good. Calling for a pedicure the girl was very nice on the phone.

However the thing I couldn't get past is on the menu it says men: 5 dollar extra charge. I thought it was bizarre and asked why but she only said "well men don't get pedicures often so we charge more because they need more work. " I don't understand what more work is considering I'm not receiving nail polish or coats of any sort. On a side note I get pedicures every two weeks. Not that it matters but she seemed to not be connecting the dots in terms of logic.

As a spa professional myself working in the industry I can tell you there's no good reason to charge men an extra charge. My pedicure the lady I had gave a great pedicure but to be honest you could get the same experience elsewhere for less price. Just couldn't get over extra charge for less work.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I sat there for 2 hours getting a basic acrylic design. I was told Tony could do it, and then after he paints them he tells me he “doesn’t know if he can” and then cleans up his station and I sit there for 10 minutes with no communication at all until finally someone decides to come over and do the design for me. To top that off, after the design is done, Tony comes back and starts to redo it and messes up some of the design. I mentioned it to him and he put a top coat on claiming it “smoothed it out” when it didn’t and then he got up again and walked away. I have never had a worse experience.

Had the best experience just today. Han out did herself. I had lash lift and tint, underarm waxing, brow wax and tint. She did outstanding made me feel comfortable even stayed late. Thank you Han i definitely will return and spread your name. Really appreciated you making me look great no more Angry Bird eyebrows according to my 10 year old. Love it

Went to Nail Trix mid-may 2021. Had gotten ANC acrylics and a gel pedicure. Gel pedicure came out amazing and at the time, the ANC acrylics came out beautiful too. I was overcharged though because what I saw on the price sheet versus what I actually had to pay was over priced. The nail tech told me that my nails would be good on for 4-6 weeks. 4-6 weeks later, all my real nails under the acrylics cracked. The nail tech shaved down my nail beds way too thin, causing major damage to my real nails. Also, when getting my anc acrylics taken off, the girl seemed very inexperienced considering she was almost going to let me walk out of the store with a bunch of gooey nail residue on my fingertips. Really liked this nail salon but now I’m having second thoughts.

Do not get a regular manicure here. They do not know how to do them properly. They push ANC nails, which is fine, however I just wanted a manicure. Top 2 coats slid off one nail completely and half off another nail within 1 hour. Other nails fine and lasting. It did look like ANC nails are done nicely.

I won’t be returning. They treat their staff like garbage and destroy your real nails. In my photo you can see how low they brought my real nail down. All my nails have cracked over and over. DO NOT GO HERE!

Went in to get ANC after work. Was told they didn't have anyone there to do it. So I decided on liquid gel. The board said $55. The guy that did it squeezed me in because he finished up early. I am grateful for that. Otherwise I was going home with bare nails because the other worker was already soaking the ANC before finding out no one was available to do them. The guy was great and did a wonderful job. The reasons for 1 star is I ended up paying $75 for the nails and then tipped him $15. I have never had to pay so much to get my nails done. I should have been told it was going to be more than what their board said. The polish I picked was in their normal pricing swatches. I won't be going back. I was completely taken advantage of.

I would say I had some mixed experiences here. I had Kyle quite a few times and he did great. Although, when I had others the quality was really poor. I've also heard staff members gossiping about eachother right in front of me, which was a bit unprofessional. Overall, I've gone a few times and will not return. The high cost and overall experience were just not worth it to me. You can find other nail salons in the area that are cheaper and do a decent job.

When i called and made my appointment i sent a photo in for the nails i wanted and they said they could do them.i asked for a price twice and she didn’t give me one.when i got there she told me it was going to be $5 for the design per nail.i was intending on spending that much because it’s the $5 per nail and the $20 for a full set.i ended up changing the nail design i wanted.while my nails were getting done, the nail tech would get up and work on other people while on mine.my nails did not look that good at the end of the appointment and on of my fingers was smudged, she put nail polish over it and told me to add a clear coat when i got home.about 4 days after my nails started chipping.overall would not go back here.

Nail trix is the best in the capital region! Every tech does a fantastic job and is friendly and clean! Well worth the price and time!

So clean! Staff are diligent and do exactly what you like. I recommend Tracy for UV Gel. She has done my nails twice and they are flawless. I will be back for sure!

I made an appointment with Ben to fix my nails after a previous salon butchered them and I could not be more happy with the outcome, 100% returning!

This is a wonderful place to go, very personable. Especially Emma, she is fantastic, what a hugh asset she is to the company!
