This place is wonderful and the staff is so sweet. They do an amazing gel mani and pedi and it usually stays one quite a while. I always call ahead to see if they have availability and they are usually able to take me within a couple hours

The technicians are wonderful! I have been coming for over a decade. Patty is awesome! I have a standing appointment with my granddaughter. They are punctual, neat and sanitary. Great place overall and my baby loves getting her manicures with her mama

Very offended. I drove a good distance only for the door to be locked at 6pm. They spoke to me from the other side of the door by signaling they were closed. I called and they say ppl had appointments I seen literally 1 person getting a service done. Total waste of my time now other salons will be closing soon because I wasted time getting here and it’s cold. Not nice. State on your website that you need an appointment if that’s how you operate.

The best. I’ve moved all around brooklyn but i keep traveling back for this salon. They are exceptional - in quality, kindness, speed… everything you could want.

The place is clean, it’s easy to make an appointment, and the ladies are always very nice. However, my gels rarely last more than a week without chipping or completely peeling up. At other places, my gels usually last 2-3 weeks so it have them last less than 7 days is very frustrating and expensive.

Very friendly, always willing to try new nail designs and reasonably priced - a pleasure to go to!

I've been here 3 times as it's close to my house unfortunately their job is not good enough.their communication is poor and they are not kind. I will not come again and do not recommend.

When I first called to make my appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure I was quoted $72. When I arrived I wanted to add tips to my manicure, no one told me the price, and I had assumed it was $15-20 more. The lady who did my nails took a really long time applying the tips since they didn’t have any drills. When I got to the register they charged me an additional $50 for the tips. So overall, I paid $80 for a new basic gel manicure with tips. No design, no jewelry, nothing. Everyone was kind, but the lack of price transparency and the ridiculous charge for tips is unheard of in this area. I could’ve easily paid $50 for this manicure. Look at the work she did, it’s extremely puffy, thick and uneven. Never again.

Patty is THE BEST! I moved away and still travel to come here. Everyone who works here is warm and kind and it is the best manicure in town hands down. Thanks for being amazing!

Just got a gel manicure from Patty and it was incredible! She was super quick, extremely kind, and did an amazing job with my nails. Will definitely be coming back for her along with all my friends.

You ran my appointment 30 minutes late while you harassed and micromanaged your nail tech. While I waited I witnessed you very rudely demand your nail tech redo her work on every single nail of yours, which did in fact look impecable.
At every turn, your nail tech responded with kindness and met your unrealistic demands. At no point did I hear you give her a “thank you”.
Your nail techs are HUMAN not machines.
If you want your nails done a certain way, do them yourself!
Please remember service workers provide YOU a service that YOU at will ask for. If you do not like that service, simply do not return. We are not here to meet your unrealistic, unattainable demands but we do try our very best.

They do such a great job here - this has been my go-to nail spot for the last few weeks and I have been more than happy every time! They are very attentive and do a fantastic job.

Been coming here since 2017. Never disappointed. Great neighborhood salon with fair prices and fantastic service. Never feel rushed, even if they are clearly busy. I don’t get anything fancy, usually just a pedi. Lasts a good month, especially if I bring my own polish for easy touch ups later. Couldn’t wish for a better salon.

Such a hidden gem! I always have a great experience and great nails. The environment is clean and relaxing, and the staff is excellent. My go-to spot.

Had a nice, basic mani-pedi for $35. I didn't get the girl's name but she did a great job.

Only had a couple of minor problems that were resolved nicely. I chose this business because in maps, 1) it had great reviews, and 2) it said that everyone has to wear a mask, employees get temperature checks, there's cleaning between clients, etc. I arrive and there's even a "No mask, No service" sign on the door (Yes!). That was great, but I could see through the glass that only half of the 4 employees had masks on, and of the 4 or 5 customers, only 1 had a mask on. I asked the lady at the register why, and she said, "Oh, that's old; we don't do that anymore. You don't have to keep your mask on. " I said, "But that's not safe. " I was really disappointed to see such disregard because we're very much still in a pandemic and infection rates in NY keep rising because of the new Omicron variants and people not wearing masks.

I was going to leave, but she asked if I had an appointment. I said yes, that I called yesterday and made an appointment for noon. My appt.was not there. She said she's the one who makes appointments, so I had to prove to her in my phone log that I called yesterday. I had also requested a wax, but canceled it because of the inconsistent masking; I told her I didn't want to take my mask off in there, especially with an un-masked woman repeatedly coughing. Then, all the employees put on their masks. (there's a big bowl of lollipops; an employee eventually gave one to the coughing woman). A few more customers came in while I was there — thankfully, all wore masks except the tall dude in a man-bun getting a mani-pedi.

Because the service was good— both nail services, and that they all masked up— I would return and recommend this nail salon.

I have been going to Patty's for something like 5 years now, she and all her employees are sweet, very thorough and will always try to fit you in! No matter where in the city I live, I only come to Patty's for my gel manicures and pedicures. I love that its the best of both worlds: great technicians and a very neat and clean salon, but without the overcharges and pretenses of typical NY 'luxe' nail establishments. Right before the pandemic Patty has renovated the whole place and powered through the lockdown without much gvmt assistance for her business- and just for that alone her place deserves your patronage:)

They didn’t last very long. The person didn’t push back my cuticles correctly, and then painted over them, so the gel peeled off around the cuticle area within a few days. The person also used the cuticle scissors to cut off their split ends of their hair while my nails were drying? Gross. Really wanted to like this place. They were nice!

Love this place! Friendly staff and take their time with mani/pedi. Very clean and doesn’t feel overcrowded.

Always do a great job on my pedicure and really reasonable prices in my mind. They always fit me in!

Comfortable store! Good color selection. Got a dip polish and am very satisfied! Not too thick on top (which I LOVE) and my cuticles have never looked/felt so perfect! Will return.
