I’ve had back issues for years and get massages regularly. I am so happy to have found this place. I have been at least a dozen times and have never had a bad experience. They are professional, reliable, excellent at what they do, and do it all for a very fair price. They provide strong and effective back pain relief for me. I recommend them to everyone in the area! Horrible experience, yet I still tipped which I regret. It was chilly inside, my appt was at 11: 30 & they had just opened the doors & were not set up, they led me to a curtained off space & didn’t say anything to me, my masseuse came in w coat apologizing & changed her jacket & started the massage w/o ever even washing her hands, she was on both the business phone & personal phone while massaging w free hand. She was conducting business and making appointments while massaging me. Usually massages are evenly done on both sides of the body but here the moves were different for each side. It was absolutely horrible.

Used to love this place, but today the cashier - same woman doing the massage asked for a higher tip and she was very rude and wanted to be quickly over with at a first place and that is definitely disappointing in a place where you come to relax. She rushed me to start and then she came in after the end to clean the room and I was not finished changing which is very disturbing! After all she said $10 is minimum tip but I was not happy at all and the massage was not deep at all. She left three times to speak to someone for a while, did not apologize seeing me changing, did not offer water nothing as usual and then asking higher tip? Ridiculous. Oh, there was no music for the first half hour and nobody cared, for the rest of the time, someone was watching TV instead of music. Not what you enjoy but still little lower price than others but is it still worth?

It was a really great experience, haven't had a massage in years. The lady that did my massage was very good and thorough, I was very relaxed and calm all the way. Her technique was a bit harsh for the deep tissue but that was to be expected. I must admit I was a bit nervous because when I got there it seemed as if they didn't know what I was talking about with the Groupon o had. But it was just a matter of them writing down the code instead of scanning it. Glad I went and got a deal too.

I have never written a review but today I got a message. I asked if I could pay with card and the lady said yes. After the massage, she was it was cash only. She said you have to tip a minimum 20%. I said i will tip 10%. The massage was $55. I gave her $80. She handed me $10 back and said that’s all you’re getting back. This place is horrible. As I mentioned I never give reviews negative. The message was average. I would highly highly recommend going to another massage place.

Great Massage Spa. Friendly staff who knows how to give a good massage. The price is very fair for the time and quality of massage. Deals are available on Groupon. Externally clean and was very relaxing. Will definitely come back in the near future.
