I wrote the above 2 years ago. It's still true. I would add that my repairs are done in a timely fashion. They don't upsell. Rates are very reasonable. In ten years and three different vehicles, I have never had to go back for a "re-do". I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Called to get a ballpark estimate on getting my brake pads replaced and the man was EXTREMELY RUDE. He seemed mad that I was asking a question.

My-Tee Auto always deliver great service at a reasonable cost in a timely manner. I have recommended them to friends and family, and would not hesitate to use them in the future knowing all repairs will be done right.

In retirement, my dad worked part-time delivering parts to local dealerships and auto repair shops. He got to know a lot of the local places really well and he told me "Always go to My-Tee. They have integrity and are honest and do good work. " My dad and I rarely agree on much but on this recommendation, I agree. Dennis and his crew have been absolutely stand-up, down-to-earth guys to deal with. They say what they'll do and then they do what they say. I've never felt, in any of my dealings with them, that they were anything but fair and honest. I'll always make them my first stop for car repairs / maintenance.

These guys went above and beyond to get my vehicle inspected on short notice. All the staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else.

Everytime we need something done on our two cars Dennis and his team are friendly and efficient. Got a flat tire and they fixed it same day for $21! Saved me a huge headache - especially with twin newborns at home! So great to have a neighborhood business that does such good work. Thank you!

Dennis & co.were fast, friendly and knowledgeable, and I actually enjoyed hanging out in the reception and chatting with the staff and other customers. I also appreciated the email reminders about my appointment, and when the first reminder had the wrong time, it was super easy to correct it. Five well-deserved stars!

My dad has also started taking his car to Dennis. Dad’s not big on writing online reviews, so I thought I would just add that he was very happy with the service too!

My experience with Dennis and his team at MyTeeAuto has been exceptional. This family run business is very thorough, most professional, pleasant, dependable and fair. I never worry when they are repairing my vehicle because I know it will be done correctly and at a fair cost. I have recommended them to friends who have also been very pleased with their service. I wouldn't take my vehicle to anyone else. Thank you Dennis and the excellent team at MyTeeAuto.

Had my car for 4.5 business days before ultimately telling me there was never anything wrong with my transmission; made me call them to get ANY information during that time; replaced break bulbs without my consent, then didn't re-seat the bulb housings properly on either side so water leaked into my trunk; and finally made me pay over $100 for the privilege of waiting for my car to NOT be repaired.

My transmission failed literally the day after getting my car back! When I called to inquire about why I was just told the previous day that nothing was wrong and whether what I already paid in labor would be pro-rated against the repair I clearly HAD needed, Dennis just gave me a flat "no".

I initially had my car towed from Fairport out to the city because I trusted My-Tee that much. But after this experience, I won't ever be returning and will do my best to dissuade anyone from using this garage.

Dennis & the My-Tee team are incredible! I’m a single mother (and completely car-illiterate) and could easily be taken advantage of. Dennis and his guys make sure I’m always driving away safe and taken care of. They’re honest and upfront about costs. I moved here 6 years ago and refer everyone here!

Mytee Automotive is a locally, privately, family owned, professionally managed Automotive Service Center, staffed with Master Mechanics.
Their service level is excellent. Their prices are very competitive.
This keeps them busy so call ahead for an appointment.

This was my first visit to Mytee. I made an appointment with them for scheduled maintenance on my Subaru. I was impressed with the work performed and the courtesy and integrity of the people I encountered there. The price for the work seemed reasonable, as well. I'll definitely be going back.

Brian was knowledgable and kept me informed. Answered all my questions, helped me set things up for the future. Exceptional service! Will recommend to others.

My whole family has been using My-Tee for years. I have an older scion that can be a challenge to work on due to finding parts. Dennis and crew are always kind, exceptionally fair and honest in their work. Ive never had a bad experience. MyTee Auto is a wonderful place to get your car looked at repaired especially for Women. They are an Honest Trustworthy Family business and stand behind their work and word. I as a women is very fearful when enter a car shop to get work done as most mechanics see Women and they see $$ as alot of us don't know what to look for and what the estimated cost (s) should be. Not MyTee Auto they walk you thru every step along with showing you the new and old parts. They even offer classes! To Mr. Dennis, Mrs. Lisa and Family I appreciate you! More people come to this shop because they know the job will only be done if it's needed. The labor rate is lower than average. The work is professionally performed by ASE certified technicians. Free tire rotations with oil change, plus all fluids are checked and topped off. Multipoint inspection with every oil change. Brake pad linings, tire tread measurements, They do it all
They check engine air filter and cabin air filters every oil change. People who come to mytee automotive can rest assured that nothing unnecessary is done to thier vehicle. They stand by their work. Came in for an alignment, they did it within the exact time frame they told me. They even called me back within the next day to ask me how it feels. They certainly go above and beyond for their customers!

The only reason I came to My-Tee was for the reviews and they certainly live up to their 5 stars!

I wanted to come here because I didn’t want to pay a fortune for an exhaust replacement, and also the reviews. I was amazed with the work these mechanics did on my Grand Prix. They did a fantastic job with the exhaust and inspection! It took about an hour just like they said. It was quick. Now my car rides smoother than ever. At any other shop it would’ve took longer. The reason why it’s 4 stars (I wanted to do 4.5) is that they gave me an inspection sticker for May instead of June, but no big deal. I still recommend coming here if you want the best service without being charged your entire soul for car repairs.

I've been going there since 1979. They do only what's necessary andn their prices are good. When they quote you a price they stick with it no matter what. I would not take my car any place else. And I highly recommend them.

Staff was super friendly but I made an appointment for a tire change that they told me would take a half hour and I waited around over an hour and a half they just kept saying it will only be a few more minutes.

We have been visiting MyTee for years and years and we keep coming back because they are honest, thorough, reasonably priced and have integrity. If the work can wait till next time you come in, they will recommend holding off til next time. What’s not to like about that? As long as we own cars and live in Rochester, MyTee is the only shop for us.
