I am staying in Rochester for a month and my neck and shoulders got triggered from working too much. I couldn’t work for a whole day and was close to a migraine. Online booking was easy and I could get in the next day. Zach listened and did an incredible job. I feel 100% better and I am so grateful my friend recommended him. He is as good as the massage therapist I see every month at home! He goes deep, which my body needs, and I even felt my spine adjusting itself while he worked on me. Thank you so much!

I have worked with Dr. Rob since he was in Irondequoit and upon coming here began to work with Dr. Phil as well. Those two and everyone else in the building are great people and always greet me with a smile. I wouldn't go anywhere else as long as they're in business.

I had such an amazing experience here. Sheila was my LMT and she was very wonderful and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She kept asking me if the pressure was too much and adjusted to my needs. I will definitely be coming back to her

Dr phil is great. He is not just a chiropractor he also gives you exercises to do at-home to help you

Dr. Robert DeNero is fantastic! He truly takes the time to hear all of your concerns and throughly explains step by step what he is going to do to help you and why. You can clearly see how much knowledge he has in what he does and how passionate he is about helping you.

I love going her for my adjustments. I always leave with techniques to improve movement after my adjustment.

It's easy to make an appointment either online or by phone. Dr. Bechard is very thorough including both adjustment and exercise demonstrations.

Recommended by a friend. My boyfriend and I come in as needed. We mostly see Dr. Phil and recently been also seeing Dr. Devaney. Both are great listeners and take the time to give you some exercises based on their assessment.

Today I came in for maintenance with no particular issue but Dr. Phil noticed the slightest limitation in my cervical rotation. That being said, it's visits like these I always appreciate for make you feel taken cared for.

Thanks to Robert DeNero, who has helped so much after 3 car accidents, he is able to decompress my body so I’m able to live a healthier lifestyle!

Dr Rob is great! I went in there very stiff and unable to rotate my back, and Dr. Rob used stem and cracked my back and neck and walked out with more movement and felt great

The only chiropractor I’ll ever go to. After years of neck issues due to a herniated disc and bone spur, Dr. Rob has been the only one to really help, explain in simple terms exactly what’s happening to me when I have certain pain, etc. Well organized office with nice staff and a clean facility.

Sage is really wonderful, always asks about your expectations and explains the process she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during the session. After it's over you feel like a brand new person

Wonderful place, people, and environment. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I see Dr. Michaela and she is incredible. At my first appointment she talked me through everything she did and eased all my nerves about seeing a chiropractor for the first time. She is friendly and always makes me feel so much better.
