MR WINDSHIELD AUTO GLASS

Called over a month ago and told they were booked for a week out. They took my information and I never heard back from them. I called them back and eventually got them to finally come out. The chip was very tiny. Smaller than a dime and very clean 3 line break. After the "repair" it is much worse than it was. Five times the size. Very clearly will expand in the future as I can see the break on both sides of the windshield at the new (much further out) edge of the crack. Called to express my dissatisfaction and they seemed unconcerned. The last time I needed windshield repair I went to safelight and was very satisfied. Not sure why I cheaped out this time. Will update on warranty if (when) crack further expands.

Replacement of my windshield was handled with the best of care. Office staff was knowledgeable and helpful getting all my insurance claim completed. They were able to work with my schedule within reason so I could be available as needed for the technician to have access to my vehicle. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable as well so the overall professionalism was worth the 5 stars. I would use this company again and recommend to others. Location use was the one on Crescent rd. Thank you!
