Ripped me off
2013 ram took my Flowmaster and tips and left it quiet and no exhaust tips
600 bucks for a ebay 49.99 exhaust.
Total thiefs.they rip me off.

I like doing business at this location but every time I take my vehicle in for an oil change, it takes almost 2 hours. I always call ahead to setup the appointment so I don't understand why it always takes so long. I can't sit around all day waiting for something as simple as an oil change.

Was easily able to set up an appointment on the website. Customer service was personable and helpful. Was able to repair the tire when I thought it needed replacing, saved me money and time.

While driving to Binghamton from
Rochester for a funeral - got a flat, on my run flat tire.
Limped into Binghamton, Mr. Tire was the only tire store with our type of tire in stock.
Steve took care of us in a very timely fashion. We were able to drive home that afternoon. Great service.

Went and got 2 new tires put on 3 weeks ago and an alignment. Got charged for everything and was told I was good to go. I now have to replace both back tires again because they failed to do the alignment they told me they did. Mr.tire admitted to the fact the alignment was not and could not have been done because I need a new camber bolt. And refunded the alignment money and left me paying for 2 new tires. Again. They never mentioned the bolt to me infact said that my alignment was fixed. They lied and charged me for work that was never done and cost me 2 new tires.

I called them and told me it was free to patch a tire so I went and they patched my tire. A few days later I’m still experiencing the same thing with my tire so I took it back and they wanna charge me $25 after they already patched it and say the first time was a free coupon. Unbelievable I feel robbed! Would’ve never took it to this place if that was the case especially because they couldn’t patch it right the first time then try to charge me for their mistake!

Steve has been nothing but up front and honest. He is very helpful, friendly and respectful. I would trust him with my car any day. He is the best hands down

I was in Binghamton from out of town last week, and noticed a nail in my tire Friday at 5: 38 pm. I called several tire companies and they did not answer the call. My third call was to this Mr. Tire location on Court Street.at 5: 45 pm, (closing time was 6 pm) Steve pleasantly answered the phone and I made an appointment for the next day. My tire was fixed by 11: 30 am on Saturday. My experience was very professional, pleasant and handled timely! Now that is customer service.thank you Mr. Tire and Steve - for getting me on the road again. I will always be grateful for your service!

After having a traumatic experience on the way to work and scoring myself a flat tire, they were able to get my car fixed right away. Steve was a pleasure to work with and made sure I was taken care of. I can’t thank him and the team enough. I appreciate everything they do! Amazing service!:)

Do Not take ur vehicle here for service! Went in for a alignment which they charge more than anyone else! $129 plus tax. Dealerships dont even charge this much. I ended up paying $140 for alignment job they could not do. They said we got it close but its still off. Why charge me then? Because we did the work is what they said never going back here again

I've been coming to this Mr. Tire for about a year or more, they've always done right by me and my vehicle, even seeing me when I've had roadside emergencies. They have the best and knowledgeable staff, very friendly.

I went in to mr tire and informed them that the front drivers wheel was making a noise. I was told that the tie rod bolts needed to be tightened and they sent me on my way. That same night, after a 4 hour road trip the lower ball joint went and i skidded on 3 wheels down the road. If i would have been on the interstate, i probably wouldnt be writing this. Now, this is also 3 weeks after i paid mr tire $800 to fix that same wheel and the starter. So now im without a car and not impressed

After going to two other tire stores and being told they could not help me for at least 6 days. Went to Mr. Tire and they got me right in. Fixed my flat tire and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. Did not even charge me to plug the tire. I will definitely make them my first choice next time.

Quick in and out for an oil change and tire rotation. Called day of and they got me in. Also found a screw in my tire and patched the slow leak.

Omg, I was driving out to New York for a long weekend and my tire looked low, but the tire pressure light wasn’t on. I was still freaking out so I called Mr. Tire and Nick answered my questions as I was roughly thirty minutes away. Nick was so helpful and took care of me when I arrived. I was back on my travels quickly. He was so helpful and totally honest and caring! Great customer service and I’d highly recommend Mr. Tire to anyone needing services in the area!

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Clean shop clean office. Had a tire patched on Sunday over 100 miles from home and gained some good info to boot.

Wrong attitudes, really HIGH prices. They will tell lies to make you pay. They told me that I need to give them 900$ for changing some random stuff. I knew I didn’t need those but I let them speak and be careful about their alignments those are REALLY BAD! I never recommend this place…

I went there to get my spark plugs changed. When they were done my truck ran worse than it did when I took it there. So I refused to take the truck until they fixed the problem. They never checked the gap in the plugs. So there for my truck was there 5 hrs for spark plugs to be changed. Never again.

Nick is the best.very knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate as well! If he doesn't know he'll find out what he needs to to solve the issue! Nick needs to be the face of this shop. 100000000000000000%, ETC, REALLY the BEST!

We had a tire that was losing pressure slowly on our trip from Northern NY to our daughter's house in Endwell. We spent the night and on Sunday morning discovered we had a real issue. We found Mr. Tire on Google and they were open on Sunday. We arrived when they opened and was told they would have it done within the hour. As promised, they discovered a small pot in the tire fixed properly by sealing it from the inside. We were absolutely shocked by the minimal price. The technician explained carefully happened to the tire and how he fixed it and quickly sent us on our way to continue our journey south. Thank you so very, very much!

They had my Jeep for 6 months then when I finally get it back after they "fixed" it two weeks to the day later the wheel, brake drum and axle fell off while I was driving at highway speed. Thankfully no one way hurt but my jeep was damaged and as of this (nearly 3 weeks after the accident) I still have yet to be reimbursed for anything. No money for repairs, tow bill, the first round of "work" they did on it, loat time at work. I'd give them zero stars but thats not an option. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

Been coming to this locations for a long time and today was the first time someone ever been so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL, REFUSED TO FIX MY CAR. I believe the guy is name Eric. When I arrive at 10: 15am the lights were off, no one at the desk tv off, would've thought the place was closed. LITERALLY WAS A HORRIBLE VISIT. WHAT EVER HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK DONT COME TO WORK

Was told by the guy who answered the phone that they can’t do inspections. Why offer a service if you cannot provide said services?

Came in after work with a slow leak in my tire. It was found and fixed so quickly. Always receive great service here and never take my car anywhere else for service! I highly recommend!
