It was a few days for Christmas and when I got home I realized my tire was losing air. I went online and booked an appointment for the next morning at 10: 30 AM. I went in and ended up getting two replacement tires at a very reasonable price. All done within an hour.

Services was great. Got me in and out being a walk in. I didn't feel like I was a bother. They took care of me. Thank you.

I had a leak in my tire and they helped me soo much had taken it somewhere else the day before and they basically lied to me, I will definitely be coming back here in the future for work Thank You Collum and Justin

They were so nice, They went the extra step for me without even telling me, I notice in middle of the way that my liquid to clean my windshield was refiled.

I wasn't expecting it to be so much. I just figured it would have been a regular oil change. I wish they would have told me before they did it that they were putting synthetic oil in it.

Worst place ever! I went in to get a new tire. They started messing around with my car and then it wouldn't start! They sold me a battery, that less than a year later I had to replace.

We went to go shopping in the states, 2+ hours from home my van started making loud noises and vibrating the steering wheel. I had just gotten my summer tires put on so we thought it need an alignment. Stopped in to have that done. They took it for a test drive and upon returning immediately pulled it into a bay. Turns out the tires were not tightened properly. We were lucky they didn't fall off on the highway. They lifted the van tightened all 4 tires, and didn't charge us a cent. We plan to go back there for all our tire needs from now on despite the distance. Thank you so much!

As a repeat customer for a few years now I have always been taken care of well by Chris and the staff, I have never been misled or jerked around.

They always get me right in for service never have to wait like some other places Always very nice and Honest! Another quality I appreciate if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

One of the best Hospital for your car issues here in Niagara Falls, NY. They are very honest and kind to you. Needed an alignment on my car, called for an appointment, they said "come right in" Wow, never heard that from a mechanic. It was a great pleasure going there. Recommended to everyone

I recently had the unpleasant experience of having 2 catalytic converters sawed off by thieves. I went to Mr Tire and talked to the manager Chris. He assured me that Mr Tire could repair and replace these converters. Well to my surprise after a couple of hours I received a phone call stating the my vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up. Great job Chris to you and your techs. I highly recommend Mr Tire.

Quick service. The Dealer I was taking my car to before always found something that needed fixing (ALWAYS). This shop has NEVER (not once) found something extra to charge me for. If you need it, if you honestly need it - that is OK. I have been coming here 5+ years and I appreciate their Honesty.

Love love love this place! I have been going here for the past few years and everyone I've talked to was already so nice and friendly! They even to take the time to explain everything to me. They are never pushy or try to get me to buy the most expensive item. I am super comfortable coming here by myself.

Do Not come here if you have custom rims … they bend/scratch the hell out of them when they mount them onto the new tires.staff is friendly which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1.

Yesterday I went to get an inspection and an oil change Without them even talking to me they did a synthetic oil change so right there is a huge charge and then on top of that tells me my car won’t pass inspection without replacing a part underneath I sat there 2 1/2 hours waiting for them to get the part for them to charge me $520 and change it was just unbelievable I’m still dumbfounded I won’t be back and I’ve gone here several times never an issue

This is the best auto service place I've been in years. Their prices is awesome And so is there service, and ibce5 something is fix you don't have to go back for the same problem. I love Mr. Tire.

I came in to Mr. Tire to get a quote on upper and lower ball joints. The quote was quite reasonable and I was looking for the 'catch'. Just Visited the location at 1715 Military Rd in Niagara Falls, NY, had the pleasure of meeting Dean and his staff. I came in for a wheel alignment, they checked over my vehicle for me to ensure all safety aspects of my vehicle were up to par as I was heading on a road trip the following day. They were very thorough and honest! Great and fast service! Will definitely recommend this shop!

The guys at Mr. Tire in Niagara Falls, New York are the best. They treat people the way you should be treated.
My son was doing my brakes and was unable the break loose any of the lug nuts. We went there and the dark haired guy with the beard told us give me 10 minutes, and I'll be more than happy to help you. He pulled it in and within 5 minutes had the lugs loose.
Refused to charge us.just told us to have a nice day. You know where I will go to for my tire needs from now on?
Keep up the great job guys, the company is lucky to have employees that care about helping people!

I came in for an oil change, but at the last minute decided I wanted new headlights and an inspection. Dean went way above and beyond for me in fitting me in and finding me lights when none were in stock anywhere. He was extremely personable and patient with my fickleness. Definitely 5 star service!

The service is great all around. From the management to the mechanic. Been going there since 2008. Also Elvis works there lol. There an guy there thats an Elvis Presley impersonator.

Too often we are prone to comment on what has gone wrong or what has displeased us, moving here from California I was looking for place that offers complete services. I called around and decided to check out Mr.tire, Dean answered the phone and was very pleasant and indicated he could get me in right away for my oil change. Their Tire show room and service bays look well organized And their customer service was top-notch definitely will be back here for my tires and service needs. Definitely treated this new guy well and highly recommend.

Long time customer but the last time i was here they were out of my oil so they switched it to synthetic not telling me that every time i get an oil change it’s gonna cost me twice as much. Also had to wait outside because lobby was full of people not wearing mask including workers, i would recommend getting your vehicles serviced else where.

Made an appt for NYS Inspection, received confirmation and then when I went there, told Inspector was off. Had no problem wasting my time to get there and make arrangements. Would not recommend, could obviously care less about customer.

The store manager was honest and fair. I would highly recommend to anyone to go there to purchase or repair tires.

Have always come here for oil change and repairs and it has usually been a good experience. Came in today after scheduling an appointment online and long story short, the man at the desk was incredibly rude and disrespectful toward me over a minor miscommunication. Our interaction ended with him saying he could not do the repair, which is not a problem and I never gave him a problem. I was nothing but polite to him but he felt the need to talk down to me, and it made me feel unwelcome. I went to another mechanic right after and he took the few minutes to kindly explain to me why he also couldn’t do the repair and gave me some advice on who to go to, could’ve been as simple as that. I never gave this man an attitude or any real reason to speak to me the way he did. That experience was so unpleasant that I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore. Some employees really lack customer service skills, so be aware of who’s “helping” you I guess, because I didn’t get much from them.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Dean was a huge help. Very fast and efficient. Will definitely be back for my next service.

The staff was nice at first but then I had to come back three different times because the first two appointments they didn’t have the part in. Both times they let me drive all the way there (and paid two tolls in the meantime) and then informed me about not having it. I asked if there was a way to confirm the part would be available before I came in and he told me “he has things to do” so he couldn’t call and confirm first. On my third visit, I asked if I could keep my car there overnight and they were blatantly rude to me and responded with “I suppose that would be okay” as if I was an inconvenience to them. The price was good and that’s the only reason I stayed. Never going back.

They do good work, and have fair pricing as long as it's the same as the original quote. So, if you're given a quote, get it in writing.

Kyle, lee, alex, and joe have helped me on multiple occasions and never fail to impress me everytime. Everytime my car comes out of the shop it runs better everytime. I cant thank you guys enough for everything. You're always the first place I recomend when it comes to shops. 12/10 would recommend

Super friendly and informative staff. Stopped in today to have my tire pressure checked. Alex reviewed potential root causes, filled my tires, and encouraged me to schedule an appointment if the problem continues. Informative, not sales driven which is refreshing.

I just had the best service ever. My Nissan Pathfinder was making a weird sound, so I took it to Mr. Tire. The technicians took at look and gave me sound advise on how to handle it. Honesty is the best policy. I will bring all of my automotive issues right here! Thanks Alex! You rock.

We have mostly only gotten oil changes here so my review reflects only that.
1. I always get an appointment within 2 days.
2. The guy at the counter (assuming he's the manager) has been nice to every customer I've seen him deal with.
3. The job was started on time (my appt time) and was finished 20 minutes later.

Recently found myself in a bind and Kyle and the rest of the staff at Mr. Tire not only helped me out during a busy time but did it with a smile. Put me at ease and got me in and out quickly. Would highly recommend!
