Much thanks to Mr Glass for repairing my windshield. Ivonne was amazing, very friendly and accommodating, on the phone and in person, Ivonne is a great person to have representing Mr Glass. The technicians were awesome, having me show them exactly where my concern was and they explained the process to me. I couldn’t be happier with the work done and overall service that Mr Glass, Ivonne and the technicians provided! I would highly recommend them!

Mr. Glass is always fast, professional and fair priced. Marilyn in the office is the best! We are customers for life!

My back windshield was smashed by someone and Mr. Glass had me in and out same day. Representatives were kind and helpful. The price was also much cheaper than going through Safelite AND it's local - win win

After being jerked around by Safelite for almost a month, i finally came to my senses and told them off. Made an appointment with Mr Glass, was in the very next morning. Zero issues. They did a Fantastic job, replaced my windshield in a little over an hour. Couldn’t be happier. Id recommend these guys to everyone who needs any glass work done on their vehicle 100%.

Considered a quote, but then one of their drivers aggressively tailgated me, swerved in and out of lanes cutting people off, barely maintaining a lane at times (really enjoyed driving on the shoulder actually), and drove wrecklessly between Syracuse and Rochester on Monday, 9/11 in the afternoon between 2 and 4pm. Not sure which agent this is but to drive that way, especially in a company vehicle, doesn't seem very safe.

Both the technicians and the counter staff are super nice. They helped us out & got the job done. We've had them install windshields at our house for cars, this time we brought the car to them they did a great job and very affordable!

I recently had my car vandalized and had to replace two door windows. Mr Glass not only got the windows and installed them faster than the other shops I had been referred to, but they offered to help me with plastic and cleaning up glass while waiting for the parts to arrive. Additionally, the work looks great. I highly recommend this shop.

Very friendly, accommodating staff with great service! Staff gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off and picked me up to come get it when the job was done. My windshield was fixed to perfection.

I’m shocked by my experience after all the positive reviews. The staff was extremely unwelcoming. Not at all what I was expecting. However, I wish that was the cause of my complaint. I was told my windshield would take 7 days to arrive due to my vehicle needing a specific type, however I was received a call back letting me know my windshield would be in sooner. Great. The windshield is not the same as the one I originally had. It’s clearly a cheaper windshield. To top it off, I found what appears to be the innards of a cigar on my dashboard. Very disappointed with the disrespect shown to my vehicle. On the bright side, the job was done quickly and the customer service was improved when I returned to pick up my vehicle.

Mr Glass replaced the custom arched window over our front door. Jose did an excellent job of installing the new window, with an eye to detail. He called when he was on his way, and was very professional. The price for glass and install was also very reasonable. I would strongly recommend them.

Had glass replaced in a window tec was very professional would definitely have them do more work at my house!

My car was broken into and Mr Glass fixed my glass the next day. The wrong part was installed (tint vs non tint) but once the correct part came in they replaced it in under 45-minutes.

They was AWESOME got me in and out with in an hour and half. I would recommend them to anyone. The service was perfect from checking in and out.

Had a leak in my windshield. They were able to take it out without breaking it. Reinstalled it without the leak and put a new rubber seal around for aesthetic look. I would recommend them. I've had other work done with them and they're very thorough, professional and economical.

Great family business. Do a well job taking care of their customers. Every time I stop by with a window replacement or a small job they take care of it faster than every other window company. Very reasonable on the pricing. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Keep up the good work Guys.
