Movie Tavern Syracuse

Another great place that I wish was closer to me. Very clean, helpful staff and great food! The seats are so comfortable!

Food was good, but service suffers as we waited forever for all our food to come, and the surrounding sound never worked properly. We had multiple issues with our private party and the manager didn't seem interested in helping us until we asked for a corporate number, then suddenly help was on the way.

Went to see cruella. Movie was great. Service was EXTREMELY slow and in efficient. They had four regional managers there on a Friday night to "welcome you and point you to your theater" on top of the ticket checker.but only one, slightly undermotivated individual behind the bar.which had a line of about 10 people. You'd think the management would just in to help things get moving.but guess not.

Immediately I noticed the girls at the ticket counter chatting on there phones and looked bothered when I said I don’t have a ticket. The sound when the movie was on seemed crackling throughout the movie. Daughter and I ordered pizza and I am sorry to say it was not good. The sauce had a lot of sugar in it. Hardly any cheese on it and the crust was very flaky.
This was a special occasion for Father’s Day. My daughter and I were disappointed! Definitely not the same experience I had in 2019.

Turned on service light in the beginning of the movie and waited 15 minutes. No one came, and no service was given at all.

Was my first time going there. The staff failed to inform me of how Movie Tavern works, I had absolutely no idea I had to go to the bar to order and then go to the theater. The wait times were absolutely ridiculous for food and the front desk lady had the audacity criticize my choice in seating. Won't be coming back couldn't careless. Would not reccomend to anyone absolutely poor customer service.

Was so excited to experience the Movie Tavern but sadly I wasn’t thrilled with it. It’s slightly annoying to have people eating and delivering food around you while trying to watch a movie. Also we had reserved seats and when we got there there was someone sitting there and we had to scramble to find somewhere else to sit. Ended up having to sit all the way in the front, which is the worst place to sit. When I asked the person at the front desk why that happened and if that was normal I was told “I don’t know. ” Wish I had a different experience Bc tickets for a family of four (as at any movie theater) Wasn’t cheap. Maybe we’ll try again but likely not. **money would’ve been better spent buying a projector and a screen off Amazon or Facebook marketplace.

Love the seats, this is our go-to movie theater. Food is mediocre especially for the price, but otherwise we really like this theater!

I ordered food to be delivered to my seat through the app. It hadn't been delivered 40 minutes after the designated time. I went and asked, and had to go out a second time and wait and carry my food to my seat alone. I ended up missing parts of the movie
