This garage is one to drive by, they destroyed the trim on my new infiniti, I have been working with the manager for three months to resolve but no resolution. They have left me no choice but to seak resolution in court. The only reason I gave it one star is because you have too!

After feeling like I was going to have to go elsewhere from Monro entirely, went back to this location, which undergone numerous management changes; had to get nyst. Inspection- no longer like I need change co’s, Jesse went above and beyond (very nice), as well as Kevin, Terry and Sheldon. Feeling comfortable again car maintenance shopping especially with personnel challenges is no fun.
Headquarters needs to make these guys happy and proud to work for Monro, seen too many poorly run Monro’s recently

It’s so frustrating to find a good mechanic. Especially when you know nothing about cars. I reached out to Monro about a car problem I was having and I spoke with Marissa.
Not only did this wonderful woman take the time to explain pricing, but she also was friendly, personable and knowledgeable! She went over my options, warranties and by the end of our call, I was over the moon! Out of every place I’ve ever been to, I’d highly suggest going to Monro!

Had a state inspection scheduled in advance for the last day of the month and they waited until the morning of my appointment to call me and cancel it.

If I could give this location and company as a whole zero stars, I would. Beyond disappointed, frustrated and upset with the service I received. A continuous amount of problems that they could not figure out but another mechanic did immediately. Customer support was awful and unhelpful as well. The worst.

These guys are amazing. Got me right in with what I thought was going to be an expensive repair…and fixed everything within an hour. And the cost was wayyyy lower than I thought it would be.
So because of that experience, I sent my son there today because we thought his antifreeze was leaking.
Again, got us right in, super friendly and assured us it was not leaking anything! Zero cost. Love love love these guys and highly recommend.

Kevin and crew are amazing. I left the house today with a tire light on. Being that it is -4 this morning I figured it was weather related. I went to the typical gas station air pump to get air. I found I had a bad valve stem. I went to monro and asked for help. With out hesitation they sprung to action getting me in and out in no time. Thank so much.

These guys really know their stuff and take care of the customer's needs. You can trust them and will get the best deal and highest quality in town. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and I was taken care of right away.
My car was ready in less than an hour after getting a state inspection and an oil change.

Positive - I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection the day before my scheduled appointment (my mistake) and they took it in anyway.

Negative - There were 2 separate indicators on the dash that indicated the tire pressures were low (TPMS indicator was lit and display showed what tires were low) yet no one bothered to check them and top them off! I did not ask to have them checked but since the vehicle was there for a state inspection, I thought tire pressure would be part of the checks, if not a state mandated check, at least a courtesy check.

Car for inspection at 8: 30 am appt. Was 1/2 hr late. Was by arrangement to P/U car at noon. Young lady said I had to make another scheduling because I missed the appointed time. Car was inspected elsewhere. Please note we have had thousands of dollars of various repair work done at the Chili facility over the past 15 years on the vehicles we had. Please take my comments in good spirit, I remain, Frederick J. Lloyd.

It was a very busy day and Kevin was alone at the counter but he treated all customers and the mechanics very patiently and respectfully. You are lucky to have him in your company.

Great job trying to scam my 82-year-old mother out of $1,100 yesterday. What you didn't realize is that she's pretty darn smart and did some research on her own. She realized that what you said needed to be done was very highly unlikely the case so she brought her car elsewhere and got it fixed for $90. Buyer beware
